each intelligent terminal corresponds to one employee and is used for collecting interaction information among the employees and generating an attendance block chain according to the interaction information, wherein the interaction information comprises file mutual transmission information and/or local area network information;
each attendance record corresponds to a department needing attendance and is used for collecting an attendance block chain;
wherein, each attendance recorder records employee information of each department in advance;
and the server is used for receiving the area attendance block chain uploaded by the attendance recorder and acquiring the attendance condition of each employee according to the area attendance block chain.

The intelligent attendance system based on block chain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front end of the server provides a plurality of interfaces for connecting with the attendance recorder; and deploying a back-end development system in the server for realizing unified attendance data processing.
3. The intelligent attendance system based on block chain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the interactive information is local area network information;
when intelligent terminals of staff in the same department are close, automatically establishing a local area network and generating local area network information; the local area network comprises a wireless wifi network and a Bluetooth network;
generating an attendance block chain according to the local area network information; the attendance block chain records the time information of the mutual induction of the two intelligent terminals, and realizes attendance mutual authentication.
4. A blockchain-based intelligent attendance system as in claim 3 wherein the server determines the status of employee attendance by:
if staff exceeding the preset value in the same department realizes attendance interaction, directly judging the whole staff of the whole department, generating marking data, and marking that all the staff of the department arrive on duty;
if the attendance checking interaction is realized among the staff of which the number does not exceed the preset value in the same department, judging that the staff is out of duty;
and acquiring staff not realizing attendance checking and mutual authentication, and sending information not participating in the mutual authentication to an intelligent terminal of the staff.
5. The blockchain-based intelligent attendance system of claim 4 wherein when the employee receives information not participating in the inter-work, the employee can choose to initiate a vote and send voting feedback information to the server;
after receiving the voting feedback information, the server sends the voting information to the intelligent terminals of other staff realizing the attendance interaction of the same department as the staff, and judges whether the staff not realizing the attendance interaction arrives at the post or not according to the voting result.
6. A blockchain-based intelligent attendance system as in claim 3 wherein the server determines the status of employee attendance by:
presetting a parameter state value of whether the workload is oversaturated, if so, carrying out an oversaturated classified attendance mode, introducing a customer service state parameter of an external system to assist attendance, continuously changing a preset rule on the head queuing state of a customer service queue, pre-judging that an attendance whole person is on duty, pushing a complaint link to staff in the duty, if staff not on duty exist, feeding back complaint conditions, and if no feedback exists in a preset time threshold, confirming that the whole person is on duty.
7. The intelligent attendance system based on block chain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the collected interaction information is file interaction information;
when the intelligent terminal detects the files sent by the intelligent terminals of other staff or the intelligent terminal sends the files to the intelligent terminals of other staff, the current time stamp and related intelligent terminal information are acquired, an information block is generated, and the attendance block chain is updated according to the information block.
8. The intelligent attendance system based on the blockchain as in claim 1, wherein the server is provided with an access login port, and an administrator can access a website of the server in a network encryption mode for acquiring the blockchain data so as to trace the card punching condition of staff.
9. The blockchain-based intelligent attendance system of claim 1, wherein the server is provided with a performance calculation module, and the performance calculation module is used for obtaining interaction and communication times of staff according to the interaction information and calculating performance and compensation of the staff according to the interaction and communication times.
10. The intelligent attendance checking method based on the block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
logging in information of an intelligent terminal capable of attendance interaction in advance;
when the intelligent terminal of the staff detects the interaction information, generating an attendance block chain according to the interaction information; the interaction information comprises file mutual transmission information and/or local area network information;
and storing the attendance block chain, and acquiring attendance conditions of all staff according to the attendance block chain.
