In this embodiment, the user's offer intention is determined by historical access data of the user to a plurality of target objects, so that the user can be determined at multiple latitudes, and the accuracy of the offer and the success rate of the offer service are improved.
In order to easily understand the technical solution provided in the embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, a complete offer service processing procedure is used to briefly describe the offer service processing method provided in the embodiments of the present application:
(1) Responding to a telephone access request of a user, and acquiring telephone access data of the user; confirming the user's offer intent based on the phone access data; when the user's offer intention characterizes agreeing to the offer, the user is determined to be an offer object, the user identification corresponding to the user is determined to be an offer object identification, and the telephone access record corresponding to the user identification is determined to be offer object behavior data.
(2) Responding to a user access browsing request, and identifying a target object accessed by the user for browsing; acquiring historical access data of a user to a target object; confirming a user offer intent based on the historical access data; when the user's offer intention characterizes agreeing to the offer, the user is determined to be an offer object, the user identification corresponding to the user is determined to be an offer object identification, and the historical access data corresponding to the user identification is determined to be offer object behavior data.
(3) Based on the offer object behavioral data, an offer object type is identified.
(4) Based on the types of the offer objects, the offer business processing nodes corresponding to different offer objects are matched, and a matching result is obtained.
(5) And generating the offer business data according to the offer object behavior data.
(6) Historical offer data of the offer service processing node is obtained.
(7) According to the history offer records, determining the history offer times; determining the current invited times according to the historical invited times and a preset invited times threshold; determining the current offer frequency according to the current invited times; an offer schedule is generated based on the current number of invitees and the current offer frequency.
(8) And issuing the offer service data and the offer schedule to the corresponding offer service processing nodes based on the matching result.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments described above are sequentially shown as indicated by arrows, these steps are not necessarily sequentially performed in the order indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in the flowcharts described in the above embodiments may include a plurality of steps or a plurality of stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of the steps or stages is not necessarily performed sequentially, but may be performed alternately or alternately with at least some of the other steps or stages.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the application also provides an offer service processing device for realizing the above mentioned offer service processing method. The implementation of the solution provided by the device is similar to the implementation described in the above method, so the specific limitation in the embodiments of the one or more offer service processing devices provided below may be referred to the limitation of the offer service processing method hereinabove, and will not be described herein.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, there is provided an offer service processing apparatus including: an acquisition module 502, an identification module 504, a matching module 506, a generation module 508, and a delivery module 510, wherein:
an obtaining module 502, configured to obtain an offer object identifier and offer object behavior data;
an identification module 504 for identifying an offer object type based on the offer object behavior data;
a matching module 506, configured to match the offer service processing nodes corresponding to different offer objects based on the offer object types, to obtain a matching result;
a generating module 508, configured to generate offer service data according to the offer object behavior data;
and the issuing module 510 is configured to issue the offer service data to the corresponding offer service processing node based on the matching result, and the offer service processing node sends an offer request to the offer object according to the received offer service data.
In one embodiment, the matching module 506 is further configured to obtain historical offer data of the offer service processing node; generating an offer schedule according to the historical offer data; and issuing the offer service data and the offer schedule to the corresponding offer service processing nodes based on the matching result.
In one embodiment, the matching module 506 is further configured to determine a historical offer number based on the historical offer record; determining the current invited times according to the historical invited times and a preset invited times threshold; determining the current offer frequency according to the current invited times; an offer schedule is generated based on the current number of invitees and the current offer frequency.
In one embodiment, the obtaining module 502 is further configured to obtain user access data; and acquiring the identity of the offer object and the behavior data of the offer object according to the access data of the user.
In one embodiment, the obtaining module 502 is further configured to obtain phone access data of the user in response to a phone access request of the user; confirming the user's offer intent based on the phone access data; when the user's offer intention represents agreement offer, the user is confirmed as an offer object, the user identification corresponding to the user is determined as an offer object identification, and the telephone access record corresponding to the user identification is determined as offer object behavior data.
In one embodiment, the obtaining module 502 is further configured to identify a target object accessed by the user for browsing in response to the user accessing the browsing request; acquiring historical access data of a user to a target object; confirming a user offer intent based on the historical access data; when the user's offer intention represents agreement offer, the user is confirmed as an offer object, the user identification corresponding to the user is confirmed as an offer object identification, and the historical access data corresponding to the user identification is confirmed as offer object behavior data.
The various modules in the offer service processing apparatus described above may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, or a combination thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 6. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer device is for storing offer object behavior data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program when executed by a processor implements an offer service processing method.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 6 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present application and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present application may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor when executing the computer program performing the steps of:
acquiring an offer object identifier and offer object behavior data;
identifying an offer object type according to the offer object behavior data;
based on the types of the offer objects, matching the offer service processing nodes corresponding to different offer objects to obtain a matching result;
generating offer business data according to the offer object behavior data;
and transmitting the offer service data to the corresponding offer service processing node based on the matching result, and transmitting the offer request to the offer object by the offer service processing node according to the received offer service data.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of: issuing the offer service data to the corresponding offer service processing node based on the matching result comprises: acquiring historical offer data of an offer service processing node; generating an offer schedule according to the historical offer data; and issuing the offer service data and the offer schedule to the corresponding offer service processing nodes based on the matching result.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of: generating an offer schedule from the historical offer data includes: according to the history offer records, determining the history offer times; determining the current invited times according to the historical invited times and a preset invited times threshold; determining the current offer frequency according to the current invited times; an offer schedule is generated based on the current number of invitees and the current offer frequency.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of: acquiring the offer object identification, and the offer object behavior data includes: acquiring user access data; and acquiring the identity of the offer object and the behavior data of the offer object according to the access data of the user.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of: the obtaining of the user access data comprises: responding to a telephone access request of a user, and acquiring telephone access data of the user; based on this, according to the user access data, obtaining the offer object identification and the offer object behavior data includes: confirming the user's offer intent based on the phone access data; when the user's offer intention characterizes agreeing to the offer, the user is determined to be an offer object, the user identification corresponding to the user is determined to be an offer object identification, and the telephone access record corresponding to the user identification is determined to be offer object behavior data.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of: the obtaining of the user access data comprises: responding to a user access browsing request, and identifying a target object accessed by the user for browsing; acquiring historical access data of a user to a target object; based on this, according to the user access data, obtaining the offer object identification and the offer object behavior data includes: confirming a user offer intent based on the historical access data; when the user's offer intention characterizes agreeing to the offer, the user is determined to be an offer object, the user identification corresponding to the user is determined to be an offer object identification, and the historical access data corresponding to the user identification is determined to be offer object behavior data.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
acquiring an offer object identifier and offer object behavior data;
identifying an offer object type according to the offer object behavior data;
based on the types of the offer objects, matching the offer service processing nodes corresponding to different offer objects to obtain a matching result;
generating offer business data according to the offer object behavior data;
And transmitting the offer service data to the corresponding offer service processing node based on the matching result, and transmitting the offer request to the offer object by the offer service processing node according to the received offer service data.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: issuing the offer service data to the corresponding offer service processing node based on the matching result comprises: acquiring historical offer data of an offer service processing node; generating an offer schedule according to the historical offer data; and issuing the offer service data and the offer schedule to the corresponding offer service processing nodes based on the matching result.

In one embodiment, a computer program product is provided comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
acquiring an offer object identifier and offer object behavior data;
identifying an offer object type according to the offer object behavior data;
based on the types of the offer objects, matching the offer service processing nodes corresponding to different offer objects to obtain a matching result;
generating offer business data according to the offer object behavior data;
and transmitting the offer service data to the corresponding offer service processing node based on the matching result, and transmitting the offer request to the offer object by the offer service processing node according to the received offer service data.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: issuing the offer service data to the corresponding offer service processing node based on the matching result comprises: acquiring historical offer data of an offer service processing node; generating an offer schedule according to the historical offer data; and issuing the offer service data and the offer schedule to the corresponding offer service processing nodes based on the matching result.

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, database, or other medium used in the various embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, high density embedded nonvolatile Memory, resistive random access Memory (ReRAM), magnetic random access Memory (Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory, MRAM), ferroelectric Memory (Ferroelectric Random Access Memory, FRAM), phase change Memory (Phase Change Memory, PCM), graphene Memory, and the like. Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory, and the like. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can be in the form of a variety of forms, such as static random access memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), and the like. The databases referred to in the various embodiments provided herein may include at least one of relational databases and non-relational databases. The non-relational database may include, but is not limited to, a blockchain-based distributed database, and the like. The processors referred to in the embodiments provided herein may be general purpose processors, central processing units, graphics processors, digital signal processors, programmable logic units, quantum computing-based data processing logic units, etc., without being limited thereto.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (10)

1. A method of offer business processing, the method comprising:
acquiring an offer object identifier and offer object behavior data;
identifying an offer object type according to the offer object behavior data;
based on the types of the offer objects, matching the offer service processing nodes corresponding to different offer objects to obtain a matching result;
generating offer business data according to the offer object behavior data;
And based on the matching result, transmitting the offer service data to a corresponding offer service processing node, and transmitting an offer request to an offer object by the offer service processing node according to the received offer service data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the issuing the offer business data to the corresponding offer business processing node based on the matching result comprises:
acquiring historical offer data of the offer service processing node;
generating an offer schedule according to the historical offer data;
and issuing the offer service data and the offer schedule to corresponding offer service processing nodes based on the matching result.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the generating an offer schedule from the historical offer data comprises:
according to the history offer record, determining the history offer times;
determining the current invited times according to the historical invited times and a preset invited times threshold;
determining the current offer frequency according to the current invited times;
and generating an offer schedule according to the current invited times and the current offer frequency.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the offer object identification, and the offer object behavior data comprises:
acquiring user access data;
and acquiring the identity of the offer object and the behavior data of the offer object according to the access data of the user.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the obtaining user access data comprises:
responding to a telephone access request of a user, and acquiring telephone access data of the user;
the step of obtaining the offer object identification and the offer object behavior data according to the user access data comprises the following steps:
confirming a user offer intent based on the telephone access data;
when the user offer intention characterizes agreeing to the offer, determining the user as an offer object, determining a user identification corresponding to the user as an offer object identification, and determining a telephone access record corresponding to the user identification as offer object behavior data.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the obtaining user access data comprises:
responding to a user access browsing request, and identifying a target object accessed by the user for browsing;
acquiring historical access data of a user to the target object;
The step of obtaining the offer object identification and the offer object behavior data according to the user access data comprises the following steps:
confirming a user offer intent based on the historical access data;
when the user offer intention characterizes agreeing to the offer, determining the user as an offer object, determining a user identification corresponding to the user as an offer object identification, and determining historical access data corresponding to the user identification as offer object behavior data.
7. An offer service processing apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the identity of the offer object and the behavior data of the offer object;
the identification module is used for identifying the type of the offer object according to the offer object behavior data;
the matching module is used for matching the offer service processing nodes corresponding to different offer objects based on the offer object types to obtain a matching result;
the generation module is used for generating the offer business data according to the offer object behavior data;
and the issuing module is used for issuing the offer service data to the corresponding offer service processing node based on the matching result, and the offer service processing node sends an offer request to an offer object according to the received offer service data.
8. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6 when the computer program is executed.
9. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
