An embodiment of the present invention provides an order inventory allocation method, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a first embodiment of the order inventory allocation method of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the order inventory allocation method includes the following steps:
step S10: and when receiving an order submitted by a user, generating a pre-emption stock corresponding to the order.
It should be noted that, the execution body of the method of the present embodiment may be an order inventory allocation device for performing inventory allocation on sales orders in the electronic commerce industry, or other order inventory allocation systems including the order inventory allocation device that can implement the same or similar functions. The order stock distribution method provided in this embodiment and the following embodiments will be specifically described with an order stock distribution system (hereinafter referred to as a system).
It should be appreciated that the above-described orders may be orders submitted to WMSs (Warehouse Management System, warehouse management systems) for users.
It can be understood that the inventory preemption may be performed by performing the inventory preemption deduction operation according to the information such as the number of orders after the user submits the orders.
In a specific implementation, after a user places an order, the order placed by the user can be submitted to the WMS system, after receiving the order placed by the user, the system can acquire information such as commodity model, order placing quantity and the like of the order, and if commodities corresponding to the order exist in a warehouse of a company, the inventory preemption deduction of the commodities can be performed according to the order information.
Step S20: and acquiring the order type corresponding to the order, and determining the inventory allocation flow corresponding to the order according to the order type.
The type of the order, that is, the type corresponding to the order placed by the user, may be, for example: a general sample order, a standard order, or the like, the present embodiment is not limited to a specific order type. The common sample order can be an order corresponding to a sample which is given to a customer, and the standard order can be a normal sales order.
It should be appreciated that the inventory allocation process described above may be a process of deducting inventory of an order. In practical applications, the inventory allocation procedure may include: default allocation, general price inquiry allocation and batch delivery allocation, wherein the default allocation and the general price inquiry allocation are allocation modes for deducting company own inventory, and the batch delivery allocation is allocation modes capable of deducting company own inventory and supplier inventory simultaneously, and the specific allocation modes of orders are not limited in the embodiment.
In a specific implementation, if the order placed by the user is a sample order, the sample inventory of the warehouse is deducted at this time, and if the order placed by the user is a standard order, the standard inventory of the warehouse is deducted at this time.
Further, in order to conduct a transaction when there is no product corresponding to the order placed by the user in the warehouse inventory, the step S20 includes: step S21: acquiring an order type corresponding to the order, and judging whether a product corresponding to the order exists in an own warehouse or not based on the order type; step S22: if the product is not available, generating a purchase order corresponding to the product based on the order, and purchasing and warehousing the product according to the purchase order; step S23: and when the product purchase and warehousing is completed, judging whether the order belongs to a batch delivery order, and determining an inventory allocation flow corresponding to the order according to a judging result.
The self-owned warehouse may be a self-owned warehouse of a company selling goods.
It should be appreciated that the purchase order described above may be an order for purchasing a product.
It will be appreciated that the batch delivery order described above may be an order requiring batch delivery of the dispensed product according to a schedule, as desired by the customer.
In a specific implementation, after inventory pre-occupation deduction is performed on an order submitted by a user, whether a product ordered by the user has a product which is not in a company's own warehouse or not can be checked according to order information, if the product does not exist in the company, a purchase order of the product can be generated according to information such as the model number and the quantity of the product in the order submitted by the user so as to purchase the product, and after the product purchase and warehousing are completed, whether the order needs batch delivery can be judged, so that different inventory allocation modes are used for the order according to whether the order needs batch delivery or not, and inventory management is more reasonable.
Step S30: and carrying out inventory allocation on the order based on the inventory allocation flow, and clearing the pre-emptive inventory when the allocation is completed.
It should be noted that, after determining the inventory allocation flow of the order based on the order type of the order, inventory deduction may be performed on the order according to the inventory allocation flow.
It should be appreciated that after the allocation of inventory to an order is completed, the pre-empted inventory corresponding to the order may be purged to make the allocation of real inventory.
In the specific implementation, after the payment of the user is completed, the inventory allocation can be performed according to the result of inventory preemption of the order, if the order placed by the user is a batch delivery order, the inventory allocation flow corresponding to the order is batch delivery allocation, so that the inventory allocation can be performed on the order in a batch delivery allocation mode; if the order is a general online order ordered by the user on the vending platform, the inventory allocation flow corresponding to the order is default allocation, so that the inventory allocation can be performed on the order in a default allocation mode; if the order is an order which is traded after the user performs online price inquiry and obtains quotation, the inventory allocation flow corresponding to the order is general price inquiry allocation, so that the inventory allocation can be performed on the order in a general price inquiry allocation mode, the pre-occupied inventory of the order needs to be removed after allocation is completed, and real deduction of the inventory is performed.
The embodiment discloses that when receiving an order submitted by a user, a preemption inventory corresponding to the order is generated; acquiring an order type corresponding to the order, and determining an inventory allocation flow corresponding to the order according to the order type; inventory allocation is carried out on the order based on the inventory allocation flow, and the pre-occupied inventory is cleared when the allocation is completed; compared with the prior art that inventory management is performed by adopting a single-type inventory mode, and inventory pre-deduction is performed when a user submits an order, because the embodiment determines the corresponding inventory allocation flow according to the order type corresponding to the order by generating the pre-occupied inventory corresponding to the order submitted by the user, and performs inventory allocation of the order based on the inventory allocation flow, the technical problem that inventory deduction errors occur due to the fact that corresponding inventory allocation cannot be performed according to the order type of the order in the prior art is solved, and inventory management of the order is further standardized.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a second embodiment of the order inventory allocation method according to the present invention.
Based on the first embodiment, in order to allocate inventory for an order when the order does not belong to a batch delivery order, in this embodiment, the step S23 includes:
step S200: and when the product purchase and warehousing is completed, judging whether the order belongs to a batch delivery order.
It will be appreciated that if a user requires that the order be delivered batchwise according to schedule at the time of placing the order, it means that the order belongs to a batchwise delivery order; if the order requires a one-time delivery, it is indicated that the order does not belong to a batch delivery order.
Step S201: if not, judging whether the order has pre-occupied stock or not when the order meets the preset delivery time and the preset delivery limit.
It should be noted that, the preset delivery time may be the latest period of the customer to which the order needs to be delivered, and the preset delivery limit may be the amount of the order placed in the singular, and generally, the amount of the order delivered to the customer may only exceed or be equal to the preset delivery limit.
It should be understood that if the order does not belong to a batch delivery order, the order may be allocated in a general inquiry allocation or default allocation manner, and when the order is allocated in a general inquiry allocation or default allocation manner, the allocation of the inventory of the own warehouse is performed first, so as to ensure the inventory turnover rate. If the inventory allocation is performed by default allocation, since the order for default allocation needs to be premised on inventory preemption, it is necessary to determine whether the order is premised on inventory when the inventory allocation is performed by default allocation.
In a specific implementation, after the order is found not to belong to batch delivery after judgment, if a default allocation mode is adopted to allocate the inventory of the order, whether the delivery time and the delivery quantity of the order exceed the preset delivery time and the preset delivery limit or not is firstly judged, if yes, the default allocation is ended, and if not, whether the inventory of the order is preempted or not is judged.
Step S202: and if so, inquiring the available inventory of the order according to the bill of lading corresponding to the order.
It should be appreciated that the aforementioned bill of lading, namely (D/O), is provided. In practical application, the pre-occupied inventory corresponding to the order can be queried according to the main bill number or the bill of lading of the order, so that the order can be allocated based on the pre-occupied inventory.
It will be appreciated that the allocable inventory on hand may be an inventory in the inventory on hand warehouse that may be inventory allocated.
In a specific implementation, if the order does not have the pre-occupied inventory, ending default allocation of the inventory; if the order is in the pre-occupied inventory, the inventory which can be distributed in the self warehouse can be queried according to the main bill number or the bill of lading of the order.
Step S203: and carrying out inventory allocation on the order based on the allocable own inventory, and clearing the preempted inventory when the allocation is completed.
It should be noted that, when inventory distribution is performed on the dispensable own inventory, ascending distribution can be performed according to the production date of the product, so that the product line produced first can be sold, and the product performance is prevented from being changed due to overlong storage time of the product in the warehouse.
It should be appreciated that if the user cancels the order after placing the order or the user fails to place the order, a cancel preemption process may be triggered to interrupt the inventory allocation for the order.
Further, in order to update the order status after the order allocation is completed, after the step S203, the method further includes:
step S204: and judging whether the order is distributed completely or not.
It should be appreciated that after the allocation of the inventory to the order, a determination may be made as to whether the inventory allocated to the order meets the user's needs, i.e., whether the allocation of the order is complete.
Step S205: and when the order is not distributed to be completed, judging whether the available inventory is pre-distributed to be completed or not.
It will be appreciated that when the inventory allocated to the order meets the user's needs, it is determined that the allocation of the order is complete; when the inventory allocated to the order does not meet the user requirement, the order allocation is judged to be incomplete, and the order is still required to be allocated at the moment, so that whether the available inventory is remained in the available inventory can be judged, namely whether the available inventory is pre-allocated is judged to be completed.
Step S206: and updating the order state corresponding to the order according to the judging result.
It should be noted that, the order status may be a current stock and picking allocation status of the order, including: order/pick distribution complete, order/pick partial distribution, and order/pick pre-distribution complete, which is not limiting in this embodiment.
In a specific implementation, the pre-occupied inventory of the order can be queried according to the main bill number or the bill of lading, the pre-occupied allocation of the order is compared with the allocable own inventory, and if the allocable own inventory is smaller than the pre-occupied allocation, the allocation of the allocable own inventory part is indicated; if the available inventory is larger than or equal to the pre-occupied allocation, the available inventory is indicated to be allocated, the pre-occupied allocation can be ended at the moment, allocation inventory data and order picking data can be saved, the order state corresponding to the order can be updated, in addition, the goods of the products in the order, the back order API and the available inventory can be updated, and the like, so that the inventory required by the order can be clearly cleared from the initial sorting, and the order picking can be reasonably performed.
Further, in order to inventory the order when the order belongs to a batch delivery order, after the step S200, the method further includes: if yes, carrying out inventory allocation on the order based on the allocable own inventory; when the allocation is completed, the remaining quantity to be allocated of the order is obtained; acquiring user available inventory and public inventory of the order; when the number of the residual to-be-allocated exceeds a preset allocation threshold, judging whether the pre-occupied inventory meets a preset ordering condition or not; if not, judging whether the available inventory of the user exists; if not, judging whether the public stock exists; if so, generating public inventory preemption corresponding to the order according to the product model, the product attribute and the product sales order corresponding to the order; correspondingly, the step of performing inventory allocation on the order based on the inventory allocation flow and clearing the pre-occupied inventory when the allocation is completed comprises the following steps: and carrying out inventory allocation on the order based on the public inventory, and clearing the pre-emption inventory and the public inventory when the allocation is completed.
It should be noted that, the remaining to-be-allocated amount may be an amount of inventory that needs to be allocated after the order is allocated using the allocable own inventory.
It should be appreciated that the user-available inventory may be an inventory that may be allocated for inventory that may be subject to the order, which may include inventory sold by a supplier at a company. Accordingly, the public inventory may be a supplier inventory. In practical application, the corresponding user available inventory can be queried according to the sales order number and the provider name of the order, and the public inventory of the order can be queried according to the IPN (internal part number) of the order.
It is understood that the above-mentioned preset allocation threshold may be zero. In practical applications, if the remaining quantity to be allocated of the order is less than or equal to zero, the batch delivery allocation may be ended.
If the available inventory of the user exists, generating user inventory preemption corresponding to the order according to the product model, the product attribute and the product sales order; correspondingly, the step of performing inventory allocation on the order based on the inventory allocation flow and clearing the pre-occupied inventory when the allocation is completed comprises the following steps: and performing inventory allocation on the order based on the available inventory of the user, and clearing the pre-emption inventory and the user inventory pre-emption when the allocation is completed.
In a specific implementation, if the order is a delivery order, the inventory allocation of the order can be performed in a batch delivery allocation mode, firstly, the inventory of the own warehouse can be allocated, namely default allocation is performed, if the inventory of the own warehouse is insufficient, the corresponding user available inventory can be queried according to the sales order number and the provider name of the order, the public inventory of the order can be queried according to the IPN of the order, the pre-occupied inventory of the order can be queried, if the residual quantity to be allocated of the order is not zero, whether the pre-occupied inventory of the order can meet the customer requirements is judged, if yes, batch delivery allocation is ended, if not, whether the user available inventory exists is judged, if the user available inventory exists, the user inventory pre-occupied corresponding to the order is generated according to the product model, the product attribute and the product sales order of the order, the inventory allocation is performed on the basis of the user available inventory, and the pre-occupied inventory of the user is cleared when allocation is completed; if the available inventory of the user does not exist, judging whether the public inventory exists, if so, generating public inventory preemption corresponding to the order according to the product model, the product attribute and the product sales order corresponding to the order, distributing the inventory of the order based on the public inventory, and clearing the preemption inventory and the public inventory preemption when the distribution is completed. After the inventory allocation is completed, allocation inventory data, pick order data, and pick order details may be saved, as well as the goods for the products in the order updated, the return order API updated, the allocable inventory itself updated, and the like.
In the embodiment, when the order does not belong to the delivery order and satisfies the preset delivery time and the preset delivery limit, whether the order has the pre-occupied inventory is judged, if so, the available inventory of the order is queried according to the corresponding bill of lading of the order, the inventory of the order is distributed based on the available inventory, and finally the pre-occupied inventory is cleared when the distribution is completed, so that the inventory of the owned warehouse can be preferentially used, and the inventory turnover rate is ensured. In addition, when the order distribution is completed, whether the inventory capable of being distributed is pre-distributed or not can be judged, the order state corresponding to the order is updated according to the judgment result, so that the inventory required by the order is clear, and the order picking is reasonably carried out.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a third embodiment of an order inventory allocation method according to the present invention.
Based on the above embodiments, in order to perform inventory allocation when the inventory of the warehouse does not meet the customer requirement, in this embodiment, after step S10, the method further includes:
step S207: and when the order state is an order part allocation state, acquiring the quantity to be allocated of the order.
It should be noted that, the above-mentioned order part allocation status may be an allocation status when the order is still not satisfied with the customer's requirement after the order is allocated using a part of its own inventory.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned quantity to be allocated may be a quantity that needs to be allocated after the inventory allocation is performed on the order by using the inventory on hand, that is, the allocated inventory in the inventory on hand plus the quantity to be allocated may meet the customer requirement.
In a specific implementation, if a customer places an order after inquiring and obtaining a quotation, stock allocation is performed on the order by adopting general inquiring allocation, and stock allocation is performed on the order by adopting a default allocation mode when inquiring, namely, stock allocation is performed on the order by using the stock in the self-owned warehouse, and after allocation is completed, if the number and the stock of the order do not meet the requirements of the customer, namely, the order state of the order is a partial allocation state, the number to be allocated, which is required to be allocated, of the order can be obtained.
Step S208: inquiring the purchase warehouse-in allocable stock of the order according to the sales order number corresponding to the order.
It will be appreciated that the Sales Order number, i.e., sales Order, is a document number within the seller Sales department.
The purchase-warehouse-in allocable inventory may be an inventory of the order purchased from the supplier side, which can be allocated.
Step S209: and when the purchase warehouse-in allocable inventory exceeds the quantity to be allocated, performing inventory allocation on the order based on the purchase warehouse-in allocable inventory, and updating the order state based on an allocation result.
In a specific implementation, if the purchase and warehouse-in allocable inventory exceeds the quantity to be allocated, the order inventory allocation is completed and automatic picking can be performed; if the number of the to-be-allocated inventory is not exceeded by the purchase, warehousing and allocation of the order inventory is completed but picking is not possible. After the order stock distribution is completed, stock distribution data and order picking detail data can be saved, goods of products in the order are updated, and an order return API (application program interface) is updated, after the data saving is completed, if the stock distribution quantity of the order is greater than or equal to the order quantity of a customer, the general price inquiring distribution is ended, otherwise, purchase is continued, and after the purchase, the stock distribution is carried out until the stock quantity meeting the requirement of the customer is reached. After the allocation is completed, the invoice detail state and the invoice state of the order are required to be updated, and the invoice detail state and the invoice state are transmitted back to the order system, wherein when the quantity to be allocated is equal to the quantity allocated to the order, the invoice detail state is finished in order picking; when the quantity to be allocated is less than the quantity allocated to the order, the invoice detail status is partially allocated. When the number of customer orders is not equal to the number assigned to the order, the invoice status is partially assigned; when the customer order quantity is not equal to the pick quantity, the invoice state is pick complete; when the number of customer orders is equal to the number assigned to the order, the invoice status is assignment complete.
When the order state of the order is the order part allocation state, the method acquires the quantity to be allocated of the order, inquires the purchase-warehouse-in allocable inventory of the order according to the sales order number corresponding to the order, performs inventory allocation on the order based on the purchase-warehouse-in allocable inventory when the purchase-warehouse-in allocable inventory exceeds the quantity to be allocated, and updates the order state based on an allocation result, so that warehouse allocation can be fully performed, and inventory management of the order can be standardized.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium, wherein the storage medium stores an order stock distribution program, and the order stock distribution program realizes the steps of the order stock distribution method when being executed by a processor.
