It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
The garbage weight determining method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to an application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein the weighing apparatus 102 is communicatively coupled to the computer device 104 for data interaction. The weighing device 102 is used for acquiring weighing data and is divided according to a vehicle-mounted mode, and the weighing device 102 can be a vehicle-mounted bucket-hanging type weighing device, a conveying type weighing device and the like; the weighing apparatus 102 may be an online weighing apparatus or an offline weighing apparatus, divided by the data storage means. The computer device 104 may be a server, a terminal, or a combination of a server and a terminal.
With the improvement of living standard, garbage generated in public places is visible everywhere. In the process of garbage collection and transportation, environmental protection enterprises often need to determine the garbage weight of each waste production unit. The existing weighing mode is that after one-time collection and transportation is completed, a collection and transportation enterprise returns to a treatment plant to weigh through a wagon balance, and the total weight of the obtained garbage is combined with the collection and transportation barrel number of each waste production unit filled by a collection and transportation person in the collection and transportation process to reversely push the garbage weight of each waste production unit. However, because the density of the garbage in each bin is different, and the number of bins filled by a shipper may be wrong, a large error exists between the generated waste unit weight obtained in this way and the true value. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a garbage weight determining method for accurately and objectively acquiring the garbage weight of the waste producing unit.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, there is provided a garbage weight determining method, comprising the steps of:
s202, weighing data of all garbage cans in at least one waste production unit in a preset period are obtained; the weighing data are obtained through the weighing equipment when each garbage can is received and transported.
The waste producing units are public places such as schools, enterprises, factories, markets and the like where kitchen and other wastes are produced, and garbage cans are arranged on the waste producing units so as to collect the wastes of the waste producing units. The waste producing unit needs to clear the garbage of all the garbage cans in the unit in a preset period, such as clearing the garbage once a day. It should be noted that the number of the corresponding waste producing units in the collection and transportation process may be one or more. Correspondingly, in the process of collection and transportation, weighing equipment is placed on a collection and transportation vehicle, the collection and transportation vehicle sequentially collects and transportation garbage of each garbage can of the waste production unit according to a preset route, and when each garbage can is collected and transported, the weighing equipment can respectively record weighing data corresponding to the garbage can once for obtaining the garbage weight of the waste production unit. The weighing data correspond to the garbage cans, and represent a series of information of the garbage cans in the collection and transportation process, such as weight acquisition time, weight of the garbage cans, waste production units where the garbage cans are located, numbers of the garbage cans and the like.
Optionally, the weighing data may be obtained by acquiring weighing data of all the garbage cans in the waste producing unit in real time in a preset period of time when garbage is collected and transported each time; the weighing data of all the garbage cans in each waste producing unit can be extracted from the weighing data of all the garbage cans in the waste producing units within a preset period.
S204, carrying out validity check on the weighing data of each garbage can to obtain the weighing data of the effective garbage can of each waste production unit.
After the weighing data of all the garbage cans are obtained, the validity of each weighing data needs to be checked to ensure the reliability of the weighing data of each garbage can. For a plurality of waste producing units, the waste producing units to which the waste producing units belong are checked according to the effective weighing data of the waste producing units, and the weighing data of the waste producing units are acquired. Obviously, for the validity check of the weighing data of each garbage can of a plurality of waste producing units, the two links of the validity check of the weighing data and the judgment of the waste producing unit to which the weighing data belongs can be subdivided, and the two links can be performed simultaneously or sequentially.
For example, if the garbage of the waste producing unit a and the waste producing unit B are collected and transported within the preset period, weighing data of all the garbage cans of the two units are obtained. The method can firstly test the validity of the weighing data of all the garbage cans to obtain the weighing data of the effective garbage cans, then judge the waste producing units to which the weighing data belong, and respectively obtain the weighing data of the effective garbage cans of the waste producing units A and the weighing data of the effective garbage cans of the waste producing units B. And the weighing data of the effective garbage bin of the waste producing unit A and the weighing data of the effective garbage bin of the waste producing unit B can be obtained simultaneously according to the weighing data of each garbage bin and the judgment of the waste producing unit to which the weighing data belongs.
S206, determining the weight of the garbage generated by the corresponding waste producing unit in a preset period according to the weighing data of the effective garbage can of each waste producing unit.
After the weighing data of the effective garbage can of each waste producing unit is obtained, the weight of garbage generated by each waste producing unit in a preset period can be determined. Firstly, extracting the garbage weight of each effective garbage can in each waste producing unit from the weighing data of the effective garbage cans of each waste producing unit, then carrying out summation calculation on the garbage weight of the effective garbage cans of each waste producing unit to obtain summation calculation results of each waste producing unit, and finally taking the summation calculation results of each waste producing unit as the garbage weight generated by each waste producing unit in a preset period.
According to the method, firstly, weighing data of all the garbage cans in at least one waste producing unit in a preset period are obtained, then validity verification is carried out on the weighing data of each garbage can, the weighing data of the effective garbage cans of each waste producing unit are obtained, and then the weight of garbage generated by the corresponding waste producing unit in the preset period is determined according to the weighing data of the effective garbage cans of each waste producing unit. The weighing data are obtained through the weighing equipment when each garbage can is received and transported. The method is to check the weighing data of the garbage bin of at least one waste producing unit in a preset time period, so that the garbage weight of each waste producing unit is obtained. That is, in the process of acquiring the weight of the garbage of each waste producing unit, various influencing factors such as the collection time, garbage cans, waste producing units, different garbage cans of the same waste producing unit and the like are considered, so that the acquired weighing data information of the garbage can is more objective and comprehensive by the aid of the multidimensional information. After the weighing data is obtained, the obtained weighing data is further subjected to validity verification, and the weighing data can be ensured to be matched and valid with each waste production unit, so that the garbage weight of each waste production unit obtained through the weighing data is objective and accurate under the condition that the weighing data is objective and valid
When the garbage weight of each waste producing unit is obtained, the garbage weight is generally calculated based on weighing data corresponding to each waste producing unit, so as to ensure the accuracy of the garbage weight. Based on this, the steps of acquiring the weight data will be described below by way of one embodiment.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, each trash can is provided with an information tag, and weighing data of all trash cans in at least one waste production unit in a preset period is obtained, and the method comprises the following steps:
s302, aiming at any dustbin, when the dustbin is received and transported, the information label of the dustbin is read through the weighing equipment to obtain the identification information of the dustbin, the weighing weight of the dustbin is collected through the weighing equipment, and the weight collection time of the dustbin and the position information of the dustbin are obtained.
Describing the information of the garbage can from the time of acquisition, and acquiring the identification information of the garbage can by the weighing equipment at the moment of starting the collection and transportation process; in the process of collection and transportation, the weighing equipment continuously records the collection time of the garbage can, acquires the collection time period, and then performs normalization processing on the collection time period to generate the weight collection time of the garbage can; at the moment the receiving and transporting process is completed, the weighing equipment obtains the weighing weight of the corresponding garbage can. Because the position information of the garbage can is fixed in the receiving and transporting process, the method and the device do not limit the acquisition time of the position information of the garbage can, and can be the time of starting the receiving and transporting, the time period in the receiving and transporting process and the time of ending the receiving and transporting.
The weighing equipment acquires the identification information, the weighing weight, the weight acquisition time and the position information of the garbage can in a preset mode, and the acquisition mode of the information of each garbage can is introduced as follows:
the identification information of the garbage can is obtained by reading the information label of the garbage can through weighing equipment, and the identification information of all garbage cans in each waste production unit is obtained through an RFID technology in a preset period by taking the information label as a radio frequency identification (Radio Frequency Identification, RFID) information label as an example. The weighing device is provided with an RFID reader, all garbage cans of all waste producing units are respectively provided with RFID tags, and the weighing device reads the RFID tags of the garbage cans through the RFID reader when receiving and transporting each time to acquire the identification information of the garbage cans. The identification information comprises the association relation between the garbage bin and the belonging waste producing unit and the distinguishing relation between the garbage bin and other garbage bins of the belonging waste producing unit.
The weighing equipment is provided with a time acquisition device, the time acquisition device of the weighing equipment is used for acquiring the weight acquisition time of the garbage can, and the form of the weight acquisition time is not limited, and can be 'X years, X months, X days, X minutes'.
Be provided with position sensor on the weighing equipment, obtain the geographical position of garbage bin through weighing equipment's position sensor, this application does not limit the representation form of positional information, can be with longitude and latitude characterization.
The weighing equipment is provided with a weight acquisition device, such as a weight sensor or a weighing scale, and the weighing weight of the garbage can be acquired through the weight acquisition device of the weighing equipment.
S304, determining the identification information, the weighing weight, the weight acquisition time and the position information as weighing data of the garbage can in a preset period.
The identification information, the weighing weight, the weight acquisition time and the position information acquired by the weighing equipment are used as a set of weighing data of the garbage can. Then, in a preset period, a plurality of garbage cans are received and transported, and a plurality of groups of identification information, weighing weight, weight acquisition time and position information corresponding to the garbage cans are acquired through weighing equipment.
According to the embodiment of the application, the weighing equipment is used for collecting the identification information, the weighing weight, the weight collecting time and the position information of each garbage can in the preset period, so that the obtained multidimensional weighing data of each garbage can comprehensively and accurately reflect the garbage collection and transportation conditions of each waste production unit, and the accurate garbage weight is obtained.
In the above embodiment, the weighing weight of the garbage can is collected by the weighing device, and forms a part of the weighing data. Based on this, the manner of acquiring the weighing weight will be described below by way of one example.
In one embodiment, a locator is provided in the weighing apparatus, and acquiring the position information of the trash can includes:
and determining the position information of the garbage can by reading the positioning information of the weighing equipment on the positioner.
The weighing equipment is provided with a locator, when the weighing equipment receives and transports the garbage can, the locating information of the locator is read, and the read locating information is used as the position information of the garbage can.
According to the embodiment of the application, the read positioning information of the positioner is used as the position information of the garbage can, and the position information of the garbage can be accurately positioned.
And screening the weighing data of each garbage can to ensure that the weighing data are effective, thereby obtaining the accurate garbage weight of the waste production unit. Based on this, the steps of acquiring weighing data of an effective trash can will be described below by way of one embodiment.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the validity check is performed on the weighing data of each trash can to obtain the weighing data of the effective trash can of each waste producing unit, and the method comprises the following steps:
s402, acquiring collection, transportation and card punching data of each garbage can; the receiving and transporting card punching data are recorded by receiving and transporting personnel when receiving and transporting the garbage cans.
The collection and transportation card punching data is a series of collection and transportation information representing the garbage cans in the collection and transportation process, such as the collection and transportation barrel number, the collection and transportation position, the collection and transportation time and the like of each waste production unit, and is recorded by collection and transportation personnel when each garbage can is collected and transported. For example, when the receiving and transporting personnel records the receiving and transporting barrel number in the system, a system instruction is triggered, and at the moment, the system automatically acquires the receiving and transporting position and receiving and transporting time of the receiving and transporting personnel at the recording moment.
The generation of the receiving and shipping card punching data and the generation of the weighing data of each dustbin in the above embodiment are performed synchronously, that is, when the same dustbin is received and shipped, two groups of data, namely the receiving and shipping card punching data of the dustbin and the weighing data of the dustbin, are generated respectively. The two sets of data are different in that the receiving, transporting and punching card data are according to the data generated by receiving and transporting personnel in the receiving and transporting process, and the weighing data of each dustbin are the data acquired by weighing equipment in the receiving and transporting process.
S404, carrying out validity check on weighing data of the corresponding garbage can through each receiving and transporting card punching data, and determining the validity of the weighing data of the corresponding garbage can.
In the collection, transportation and punching data and weighing data of the same dustbin, the weighing data are obtained through the weighing equipment, and when the weighing equipment fails, the weighing data obtained by the weighing equipment are invalid and are not easy to perceive. Therefore, the weighing data corresponding to each garbage can be verified through the collection, transportation and card punching data of each garbage can based on preset verification conditions, the weighing data which are not verified are regarded as invalid weighing data, and the weighing data which are verified as valid weighing data.
The preset verification condition can be whether the weighing data and the receiving and transporting card punching data are consistent, if so, the weighing data are judged to be valid, and if not, the weighing data are judged to be invalid. The preset verification condition can be that the threshold values of the weighing data and the receiving and transporting card punching data are in a fixed range, if the threshold values are in the fixed range, the weighing data are judged to pass the verification, and if the threshold values are not in the fixed range, the weighing data are judged to fail the verification, and the weighing data are judged to fail the verification.
S406, according to the effectiveness of the weighing data of each garbage can, determining the weighing data of the effective garbage can of each waste producing unit.
Each waste producing unit corresponds to a plurality of garbage cans, and according to the effectiveness of the weighing data of each garbage can in each waste producing unit, the weighing data of the effective garbage can, namely the weighing data of the effective garbage can of each waste producing unit, are obtained.
According to the method and the device, the weighing data of the corresponding garbage can are checked through the collecting, transporting and punching data of the garbage can, the effective weighing data are obtained, various error factors in the process of obtaining the weighing data are considered, and the weighing data can be matched and effective with various waste production units.
When effective weighing data are acquired, the weighing data are verified based on the collection, transportation and card punching data, so that accuracy of a result of calculating the weight of the waste unit garbage through the weighing data is ensured. Based on this, a verification step of validity of the weight data will be described below by way of one embodiment.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the shipping punch data includes shipping location and shipping time; the weighing data comprise weight acquisition time and position information; the validity of the weighing data of the corresponding garbage can is checked through the receiving and transporting card punching data, and the validity of the weighing data of the corresponding garbage can is determined, and the method comprises the following steps:
s502, checking position information in weighing data through a receiving and transporting position in receiving and transporting card punching data aiming at any garbage can.
It should be noted that the shipping location in the shipping and punching data is consistent with the representation of the location information in the weighing data, such as in terms of latitude and longitude.
And corresponding receiving, transporting and punching data and weighing data are provided for any garbage can. When the weighing data is checked through the receiving and transporting card punching data, the receiving and transporting position in the receiving and transporting card punching data and the position information in the weighing data are respectively extracted, and then the position checking is carried out on the position information in the weighing data through the receiving and transporting position in the receiving and transporting card punching data. If the position verification is passed, the position information in the weighing data is effective, and subsequent operation is carried out; if the position verification is not passed, determining that the position information in the weighing data is invalid, and discarding the group of weighing data and the shipping record data.
S504, if the position information in the weighing data is valid, checking the weight acquisition time in the weighing data through the receiving and transporting time in the receiving and transporting card punching data.
It should be noted that the time of collection in the collection and shipping card punching data is consistent with the time of weight collection in the weighing data, for example, the time of collection and shipping card punching data is expressed in the form of X minutes at X years, X months, X days and X hours.
Since the weighing data includes a plurality of information such as position information and weight acquisition time, the position information in the weighing data is valid, and the weighing data including the position information cannot be represented as valid. For the sake of stability, the weighing data is further checked in case the position information in the weighing data is valid.
Similar to the position verification, the collection time in the collection and transportation card punching data and the weight acquisition time in the weighing data are firstly extracted respectively, and then the time verification is carried out on the weight acquisition time in the weighing data through the collection time in the collection and transportation card punching data.
S506, if the weight acquisition time in the weighing data is effective, determining that the weighing data of the garbage can is effective.
If the time check is passed, the acquisition time in the weighing data is effective, and the weighing data of the garbage can is determined to be effective; and if the time check is not passed, determining that the weighing data of the garbage can is invalid, and discarding the group of weighing data and the collection and transportation card punching data.
In the embodiment of the application, the weighing data of the garbage can is determined to be effective or not through position verification and time verification of the weighing data by the collection and transportation record data. The invalid weighing data is removed in the checking process, the effectiveness of the weighing data is ensured, and the checking process is clear in logic and easy to operate.
The validity of the weighing data is checked, firstly, the position information in the weighing data is checked, and the validity of the weighing data is continuously judged on the basis that the position check is passed. Based on this, a verification process of the position information in the weight data is explained below by an embodiment.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, verifying the location information in the weighing data by the shipping location in the shipping and punching data includes the steps of:
s602, acquiring a position distance between a shipping position in shipping and punching data and position information in weighing data.
Converting the receiving and transporting position in the receiving and transporting card punching data and the position information in the weighing data into numerical scalars of the same unit (such as coordinate points which are uniformly converted into actual positions), then calculating the difference value of the numerical scalars of the receiving and transporting positions and the numerical scalars of the position information, and taking the absolute value of the calculated difference value as the position distance between the receiving and transporting positions and the position information.
Optionally, the distance between the collection and transportation position of the garbage can in the collection and transportation card punching data and the collection and transportation position of the garbage can in the weighing data is used as the position distance.
Optionally, the distance between the receiving and transporting position of the waste producing unit in the receiving and transporting card punching data and the receiving and transporting position of the garbage can in the weighing data is used as the position distance.
S604, if the position distance is smaller than or equal to a preset distance threshold value, determining that the position information in the weighing data is valid.
The preset distance threshold can be set independently according to the definition of the position distance, and the smaller the preset distance threshold is, the higher the effective credibility of the position information in the weighing data is.
The method includes the steps that when the position distance is the distance between the receiving position of the garbage can in the receiving and transporting card punching data and the receiving position of the garbage can in the weighing data, the position distance is compared with a preset distance threshold, if the position distance is smaller than or equal to the preset distance threshold, the position information acquired through the weighing equipment is consistent with the receiving position of the receiving and transporting card punching data, namely, the two groups of data are acquired based on the same garbage can, and the position information in the weighing data is determined to be effective. If the position distance is greater than the preset distance threshold, the position information acquired by the weighing equipment is inconsistent with the receiving and transporting position of the receiving and transporting card punching data, and the position information in the weighing data is determined to be invalid possibly because the two groups of data are not acquired based on the same garbage can due to factors such as faults of the weighing equipment.
For example, when the position distance is the distance between the receiving position of the waste producing unit in the receiving and shipping card punching data and the receiving position of the garbage can in the weighing data, comparing the position distance with a preset distance threshold, and if the position distance is smaller than or equal to the preset distance threshold, determining that the garbage can corresponding to the weighing data is the garbage can of the corresponding waste producing unit, and determining that the position information in the weighing data is valid. If the position distance is larger than the preset distance threshold value, the position information in the weighing data is determined to be invalid, wherein the position distance is indicated that the garbage bin corresponding to the weighing data is not the garbage bin of the corresponding waste production unit.
According to the embodiment of the application, the position distance between the receiving position of the receiving and shipping card punching data and the position information in the weighing data is compared with the preset distance threshold value, and the validity of the position information is determined. The position distance can be set independently according to actual demands, and the setting of the preset distance threshold value is equivalent to the error of the position information in the allowable weighing data, so that the validity judgment of the position information in the weighing data is more in line with the actual collection and transportation process.
And verifying the validity of the weighing data, and continuously verifying the validity of the receiving and transporting time of the weighing data on the basis of passing the position verification. Based on this, a verification process of the time of receipt in the weight data will be described below by way of one embodiment.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the weight acquisition time in the weighing data is verified by the shipping time in the shipping and punching data, comprising the steps of:
s702, acquiring the time difference between the collection time in the collection and transportation card punching data and the weight acquisition time in the weighing data.
Converting the collection time and the weight acquisition time into numerical scalars of the same unit (for example, uniformly converting into minutes), then calculating the difference value of the numerical scalars of the collection time and the weight acquisition time, and taking the absolute value of the calculated difference value as the time difference between the collection time and the weight acquisition time.
And S704, if the time difference is smaller than or equal to a preset time threshold, determining that the weight acquisition time in the weighing data is effective.
The preset time threshold can be set independently according to whether the collection and transportation process of the waste production unit is smooth or not. For example, if the waste producing unit includes a plurality of waste bins, and the distance of each waste bin is relatively close, then the time of collection and transportation at each time is relatively close, the preset time threshold can be set to 10 minutes, and the time of collection and transportation and the time of weight collection within 10 minutes can be considered to be collected for the same waste bin. Obviously, the smaller the preset time threshold, the higher the reliability of the weight acquisition time in the weighing data is.
Comparing the time difference with a preset distance threshold, if the time difference is smaller than or equal to the preset time threshold, the weight acquisition time obtained through the weighing equipment is identical to the receiving and transporting time of the receiving and transporting card punching data, namely, the two groups of data are acquired based on the same garbage can, and the weight acquisition time in the weighing data is determined to be effective. If the time difference is larger than the preset time threshold, the weight acquisition time obtained through the weighing equipment is inconsistent with the receiving and transporting time of the receiving and transporting card punching data, and the two groups of data are not acquired based on the same garbage can possibly caused by the factors such as faults of the weighing equipment, and then the weight acquisition time in the weighing data is determined to be invalid.
According to the embodiment of the application, on the basis that the position information in the weighing data is effective, the time difference between the receiving time and the weight acquisition time is compared with the preset time threshold again, and the overall effectiveness of the weighing data is determined. The preset time threshold value is equivalent to an error of the weight acquisition time in the allowable weighing data, and can be set independently, and the validity judgment of the weight acquisition time is more in accordance with the actual receiving and transporting process, so that the validity of the weighing data is also more in accordance with the actual receiving and transporting process.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the preset time period is one day, and then the step of obtaining the yield of the yield unit is as follows:
s801, before collection and transportation, RFID tags are installed for garbage cans of each waste production unit, and a vehicle-mounted hanging barrel type weighing device (with an RFID reader therein) is installed on a collection and transportation vehicle.
S802, recording the numbers of the RFID tags, and registering the RFID tag numbers associated with each waste production unit in a system background.
S803, after the garbage bin reaches a waste production unit, hanging a garbage bin on a wall of a collection and transportation vehicle, automatically identifying an RFID tag of the garbage bin by an RFID reader in weighing equipment, and uploading weighing data (each piece of weighing data comprises an RFID tag number, weighing weight, weight acquisition time and longitude and latitude of the geographic position where the current weighing equipment is located).
S804, matching each piece of weighing data with the collection, transportation and card punching data in the background of the system, and searching the RFID label number of each piece of weighing data.
S805, finding out the waste production unit through the associated information registered in S802.
S806, inquiring the collection, transportation and card punching data of the waste production unit on the same day.
S807, judging the validity of the position information of the weighing data. Checking the distance between the receiving and transporting position in the receiving and transporting card punching data and the geographical position in the weighing data, and if the distance is smaller than 800 meters, considering the weighing data to be effective, and checking the next index; and discarding the weighing data and the corresponding receiving, transporting and punching data if the verification fails.
S808, judging the validity of the weight acquisition time of the weighing data. Checking the time interval between the receiving and transporting time in the card punching data and the weighing time in the weighing data, and if the time interval is less than 30 minutes, the weighing data is considered to be effective, and the checking is passed; and discarding the weighing data and the corresponding receiving, transporting and punching data if the verification fails.
S809, summing the weighing weights of the weighing data in the effective weighing data passing the verification, and taking the sum as the yield of the yield unit on the same day.
S810, acquiring the garbage weight of the unit of waste production in one day, and ending the operation.
In the process of acquiring the weight of garbage of each waste unit, various influencing factors such as collection time, garbage cans, waste units, different garbage cans of the same waste unit and the like are considered, and the weighing data information of the acquired garbage can is more objective and comprehensive due to the multi-dimensional information. And after the weighing data is obtained, validity verification is further carried out on the obtained weighing data, and the weighing data can be matched and effective with all the waste production units, so that the garbage weight of all the waste production units obtained through the weighing data is objective and accurate under the condition that the weighing data is objective and effective.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments described above are sequentially shown as indicated by arrows, these steps are not necessarily sequentially performed in the order indicated by the arrows.
