When the lamp holder 1 is used, the lamp holder 1 is fixed on an automobile through the bolts or the U-shaped hooks 605, the lifting light inlet mechanism 4 is controlled to enable the lamp source installation block 404 to be adjusted to a proper position and angle, the spot lamps installed on the lamp source installation block 404 are turned on, the spot lamps with different colors are turned on according to requirements, the excessive irradiation is carried out on the fixed reflecting panel 302 or the rotary reflecting panel 303, the light is reflected on the fixed reflecting panel 302 or the rotary reflecting panel 303, the damage of direct irradiation of the light to human eyes is prevented, meanwhile, the angle of the rotary reflecting panel 303 and the reflecting range of the fixed reflecting panel 302 can be adjusted, the decorative effect of the light is improved, the use is flexible, and the practicability is high.
