Working principle:

the lamp can be lifted and moved through the lifting ring 304 in the lamp top cover 3, a plurality of water guide grooves 306 are formed in the lamp top cover, rainwater can be guided into the water collecting ring 305, and in order to enable the rainwater to flow onto the lamp holder, water is guided to the side through two water drain holes 307 on the side, so that the outdoor use is facilitated;
