Group of | Setting time (Tian) | Hardness of | Impact Strength | Gloss of the product |
Example 1 | 3 | 0.6 | 26 | 66 |
Example 2 | 2.5 | 0.2 | 22 | 69 |
Example 3 | 1 | 0.3 | 36 | 78 |
Example 4 | 1.5 | 0.4 | 29 | 69 |
Example 5 | 4 | 4 | 40 | 80 |
Comparative example 1 | 3 | 0.7 | 39 | 75 |
Comparative example 2 | 2.5 | 0.9 | 35 | 73 |
The criteria for paint detection used in this application are: the adopted detection method of the hardness is GB/T20624 quick deformation test of paint and varnish; the impact strength detection method is a GB/T1732 paint film impact resistance measurement method; the detection method for gloss is flame atomic absorption spectrometry for measuring the total lead content of GB/T13452.1 colored paint and varnish.
The general calculation formula for detecting impact strength is: ft=Δmv
F is average acting force, t is time, M is object mass, v is speed, and delta is variation; this formula is understood to mean that the impact force is equal to the change in the momentum of the object with respect to the time it acts on the object, the change in momentum of the object being δp=m (u-v), the impact force being i=m (u-v), so that the impact force is f=m (u-v)/t, where f, u, v are vectors.
Polyether is prepared by polyaddition reaction of an initiator, ethylene oxide, propylene oxide and butylene oxide in the presence of a catalyst, wherein the boiling point of the polyether is more than 200 ℃, asphalt has temperature sensitivity, the boiling point of toluene is 110.6 ℃, and the density of toluene is 0.872g/cm < 3 >.
Because the non-cured waterproof coating has excellent and unique performance, the product is suitable for non-exposed waterproof projects of buildings or structures such as subways, tunnels, culverts, dykes, ponds, roads and bridges, toilets, underground projects and the like, and can also be applied to waterproof and lining layers of subways, tunnels and basements and the like, and non-exposed roof waterproof maintenance projects.
As can be seen from the table, compared with the existing polyurethane non-curing waterproof coating, the non-curing waterproof coating prepared by the invention has the advantages of greatly different components and larger difference in performance, and the example 5 is closest to the bonding and the detection range of the existing coating, and the setting time is longest, so that the storage time can be effectively prolonged.
