Further, a handle 23 is coupled to the rear sidewall 212 of the pot 21 to facilitate the mounting and removing operations of the cooking pot 20. Wherein, the connection part of the handle 23 and the pot body 21 is provided with a movable clutch piece 25, and when the movable clutch piece 25 is at a braking position, the movable clutch piece applies a rotation resistance to the supporting rotating shaft 34 so as to prevent the stirring part 321 from rotating.
Specifically, the rear side wall 212 of the pan body 21 is provided with a connecting portion 24, the handle 23 is connected with the connecting portion 24, and the movable clutch member 25 is mounted on the connecting portion 24. In an alternative embodiment, the movable clutch member 25 is slidably mounted on the connecting portion 23 back and forth, and when the movable clutch member 25 is pushed forward to the braking position, the movable clutch member 25 presses the supporting shaft 34, thereby restricting the rotation of the stirring mechanism 30; after the movable clutch member 25 is released, the movable clutch member 25 is at a clutch position separated from or in contact with the support shaft 34 without substantially applying a pressing force to the support shaft 34, so that the stirring portion 321 can freely rotate. When the cooked dishes are poured out of the pot body 21, an operator can push the movable clutch piece 25 to the braking position while holding the handle 23, and the phenomenon that the dishes are discharged due to the autorotation of the stirring part 321 under the action of gravity can be prevented.
The stirring part 321 is used for stirring and stir-frying the materials in the pot body 21. In one embodiment of the present invention, the stirring portion 321 has a sheet-like structure that contacts or is close to the arc-shaped peripheral wall 213 during rotation to stir the material in the pan body 21 and prevent the material from sticking to the pan body 21.
The stirring portion 321 may be parallel to or angled from its axis of rotation. In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the stirring portion 321 has an angle α with the rotation axis L thereof, so that the material can be stirred and stir-fried in the front-rear direction. Preferably, the included angle alpha is in the range of 5-45 degrees, so as to realize better material stirring effect. In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, stirring teeth 322 may be provided on the stirring portion 321.

Wherein the drive mechanism 140 may further comprise a position sensor for detecting the orientation of the drive socket 1421. When the pan 120 needs to be taken out (for example, when cooking is completed or materials need to be added), the transmission slot 1421 can be controlled to face to the right front of the cooking bin 11 through detection of the position sensor, so that smooth separation of the power transmission part 142 and the power receiving part 1311 is facilitated, and meanwhile, accurate connection of the power transmission part 142 and the power receiving part 1311 when the pan 20 is subsequently loaded can be ensured.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the cooking apparatus is further provided with a control device, for example, a control device 70 having a man-machine operation interface may be provided on the front cover 14 as shown in fig. 1, so as to control the operation of the cooking apparatus.
