Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, a self-service printing control method for medical film is provided, the method is applied to a printing terminal, the printing terminal can perform the self-service printing control method by communication and data interaction through the internet of things technology, and the self-service printing control method for medical film of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step S10: when a prompt instruction of film data to be printed is detected, acquiring the current position of the medical film to be printed;
the prompt instruction of the film data to be printed can be generated by the print terminal receiving the print instruction of the server, or can be a print instruction sent by the user terminal and the print terminal through the connection control of the local area network, and further, the user terminal comprises a personal computer, a mobile phone and a magnetic card (such as a medical magnetic card).
When the printing terminal detects a prompt instruction of the film data to be printed, starting the film mode to be printed, and acquiring the current position of the medical film to be printed based on the wireless local area network communication system. Further, the perceived current location may include orientation information, film entrance and exit information.
Step S20: acquiring an output port in a preset distance of a current position, and acquiring information of a film printing event which is related to the output port and occurs in a preset time period in the past from a server;
the output port comprises a film outlet of the printing terminal, and the film printing event information comprises film printing resolution, printing speed, printing quantity, specification size and printing time. After acquiring the output port within the current preset distance, the printing terminal acquires film printing event information which is related to the output port and occurs in the past preset time period (such as in the past day, or a week, or a month) from the server in real time.
Step S30: according to the film printing event information, acquiring the number of self-service printing copies generated at the output port, and taking the condition that the number of self-service printing copies is greater than a preset number of copies as a self-service printing control area;
in some embodiments, according to the film printing event information in the preset time length obtained from the server, according to the film printing event information, the number of self-service printing copies generated by each output port is obtained, the number of self-service printing copies generated by each output port is compared with the preset number of copies, and the condition that the number of self-service printing copies is greater than the preset number of copies is taken as a self-service printing control area. The more the number of self-service printing copies occurs at a certain output port, the more the output port can be used for self-service printing.
Preferably, step S31: according to the film printing event information, acquiring the number of times of printing in each self-service printing control area, and taking the area with the number of times of printing smaller than the preset number of times condition as a non-printing area;
step S40; acquiring current task information of a medical film to be printed, wherein the task information comprises at least one medical image, image-text record and historical traveling printing track, and acquiring a primary printing track within a preset prediction time length from the current moment according to the medical image and the image-text record;
step S50: extending the history travel printing track to the periphery of the medical image and the image-text record to obtain an extended printing track;
step S60: taking an intermediate track between the primary printing track and the extension printing track as a predicted printing track, wherein the intermediate track is a track midpoint connecting line, and the track midpoint is a corresponding point connecting line midpoint of the primary printing track and the extension printing track on each pixel point;

the printing terminal of the controlled equipment comprises equipment type attribute, and the related authority access connection can be correspondingly carried out on the internal local area network such as the medical institution and the like through the equipment type attribute. For safety, the printing terminal of the medical institution needs to access to the same local area network to ensure the safety of the printing terminal and the personal privacy of the patient through the authority management of the local area network. For example, a user terminal and a printing terminal such as a medical institution, which are in the same lan network, can perform connection printing.
Step S12: pulling film data to be printed, which has binding relation with the currently logged-in user identifier, from a server and sending the film data to be printed to a printing terminal;
specifically, the printing terminal acquires a user identifier which is logged in currently, generates an information pulling request carrying the user identifier to the server, receives film data to be printed which is returned by the server according to the pulling request and has a binding relation with the user identifier, and sends the film data to be printed back to the printing terminal, and meanwhile, the server establishes the binding relation between the user identifier and the printing terminal according to the binding request.
Referring to fig. 3, step S41: caching a film printing task, and automatically identifying medical images and image-text record information in the film printing task;
specifically, the buffered film print job establishes all information about the print job including at least one medical image, a graphic record, further, each medical image having pixel data, the graphic record including at least a patient number, a patient name, an examination number, an examination device, a hospital name, an examination time, and an exposure parameter.
When the printing terminal automatically recognizes, the information area to be read is positioned first, then the built-in OCR module is used for recognizing the image and text, and the information is read.
Step S42: identifying the film printing task, searching and matching the related checking task in the extracted information by using the preset key attribute, and establishing the corresponding relation between the film printing task and the checking task.
Specifically, after corresponding information is read, related inspection tasks are searched and matched from the medical image by using preset key attributes, and a one-to-one correspondence between film printing tasks and inspection tasks is established, so that accurate operation execution of self-service printing is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 4, step S411: judging whether the film printing task falls into a preset black-and-white list or not;
step S412: if the film printing task belongs to the white list, performing identification film printing task;
step S413: and if the film printing task belongs to the blacklist, intercepting the film printing task.
The method comprises the steps that identity information of supported printing drivers is stored in a white list established by a printing terminal, supported film printing tasks can be identified through judgment of the white list, meanwhile, identity information of unsupported printing drivers is also stored in the black list established, the unsupported film printing tasks can be directly identified through judgment of the black list, personal privacy of a patient can be effectively prevented from being illegally acquired by an external user, and self-service film printing safety is enhanced.
Referring to fig. 5, step S414: further parsing the film print job to obtain printable film information;
in one embodiment, the film print job is further parsed to obtain preliminary PJL print information, and then the film print job is parsed to obtain printable film information according to the preliminary PJL print information.
Step S415: judging whether the printable film information is supported, if so, adding the film printing task to a white list; that is, the flow may go to step S412, and when the print is encountered again later, the print may be simply performed by the white list judgment.
Step S416: otherwise, outputting prompt information for prompting the user to reselect printing and/or not supporting printing. When encountered again later, this can be done simply by blacklist judgment.
