The embodiment of the invention provides a quality detection method for a tablet personal computer, and referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of a first embodiment of the quality detection method for the tablet personal computer.
In this embodiment, the method for detecting the quality of the tablet personal computer includes the following steps:
step S10: and moving the detection target to a preset fixed range, and acquiring an integral image of the detection target when the detection target displays an initial picture.
It should be noted that, the execution main body of the embodiment is a tablet computer quality detection device, a tablet computer quality detection program is provided in the tablet computer quality detection device, and the detection of the touch function of the tablet computer is realized by running the tablet computer quality detection program.
It may be understood that the detection target refers to a tablet computer currently performing detection, where the preset fixed range refers to a fixed position of the detection target, usually a pre-defined range, often needs to be larger than a specification of the detection target, the device may acquire an image in the whole preset fixed range through the camera, in this embodiment, the position of the camera is fixed, and the display surface of the detection target is usually aligned to the camera lens when the detection target is placed, so that an angle and a range of an image obtained by each shooting by the camera are the same, and a corresponding relation between a coordinate system in the camera and a coordinate system in the preset fixed range may be preset to find actual position coordinates corresponding to different positions in the image in the detection target.
It should be understood that, the initial picture refers to a currently displayed picture, the color and pattern of which can be selected according to actual requirements, and the overall image refers to an image captured by a camera, and since the camera can capture an image within the whole preset fixed range, the preset fixed range is usually required to be larger than the specification of the detection target, and besides the detection target, the overall image in the embodiment has a high probability of having a surrounding environment portion.
In a specific implementation, a tablet computer to be tested is placed in a pre-defined range, and a camera can acquire an overall image for subsequent coordinate determination.
Step S20: and extracting edges of the integral image to obtain an integral edge image corresponding to the integral image, and determining an image display area of the detection target according to the integral edge image.
The whole edge image refers to an image obtained by edge extraction, edge conditions of different parts can be observed in the whole edge image, and the image display area refers to an area of a display picture in the whole image of the detection target, namely, a corresponding position range of the display area of the detection target in the whole image. As shown in fig. 3, since the display area displays the initial image c, which is generally different from the surrounding environment a and the remaining area b of the detection target (e.g., color and brightness), the overall edge image can show a relatively obvious edge difference after the overall image is subjected to edge extraction, so that the image display area can be determined, and the selection mode of the image display area can be set according to the actual situation, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It will be understood that the point-press test in this embodiment refers to touch function detection performed in the form of point touch, and the slide test in this embodiment refers to touch function detection performed in the form of slide touch.
In a specific implementation, edge extraction is performed on the whole image to obtain the edge condition of each part in the image, and an image display area is found out.
Step S30: and determining an image point pressing position coordinate and an image sliding track coordinate according to the image display area and a preset touch test strategy.
It should be understood that the preset touch test policy refers to a relevant setting at the time of testing, including a preset point-press test policy and a preset slide test policy, that is, a relevant setting at the time of point-press testing and a relevant setting at the time of slide testing. The preset point pressure test strategy at least comprises a preset area division number and a preset point pressure number range, and in order to ensure the comprehensiveness of the point pressure test, in this embodiment, a plurality of test areas are divided when the point pressure test is performed, where the preset area division number refers to the number of test areas divided when the point pressure test is performed, for example: the specific numerical value of 8 may be adjusted according to the actual requirement, which is not limited in this embodiment, and the preset number of spot presses range refers to the number of test points that need to be generated in each area, and may also be considered as the number of times that needs to be performed in each area, for example: the preset number of spot presses is set to 5-10, and specific values can be adjusted according to actual requirements, which is not limited in this embodiment. In order to ensure the comprehensiveness of the sliding test, the embodiment divides a plurality of test areas when performing the point-press test, where the preset sliding test policy at least includes a preset track shape and a preset sliding area, and the preset sliding area refers to an area range for performing the sliding test, and may cover the entire image display area, or may select a partial area, for example: representative regions are selected at the upper, lower, left, right and middle portions, respectively, and the present embodiment is not limited thereto, and the preset track shape refers to a shape corresponding to a track in the sliding process, for example: the straight line, the arc line and the wavy line can be set according to practical situations, and the embodiment is not limited to the above.
Further, the step S30 includes: dividing the image display area into a plurality of spot pressing test areas according to the division quantity of the preset areas, randomly distributing the spot pressing quantity of the areas according to the preset spot pressing quantity range as the spot pressing test areas, generating image spot pressing points corresponding to the spot pressing test areas according to the spot pressing quantity of the areas corresponding to the spot pressing test areas, determining the position coordinates of the image spot pressing points corresponding to the spot pressing test areas, determining the image sliding track in the preset sliding areas according to the shape of the preset track, and determining the image sliding track coordinates according to the image sliding track of the preset sliding areas.
The point-press test area refers to individual test areas divided in the image display area, and the division is usually an average division, for example: and when the preset area dividing number is 8, dividing the image display area into 8 point pressure test areas on average. The number of the generated point test points in each point test area is randomly determined in a preset point number range, as shown in fig. 4, if the preset point number range is set to 5-10, the point test area a can be set to generate 6 image point press points, the point test area B can be set to generate 7 image point press points, and the point test points are determined according to actual conditions, so that the point test point of the whole image display area is obtained, and coordinates of the image point press position refer to coordinates corresponding to the point test points. The image sliding track refers to a sliding test track in an image, each preset sliding region generates a corresponding sliding test track according to a preset track shape, the sliding test track generally does not exceed the range of the corresponding preset sliding region, the number of track generation of each preset sliding region is generally determined by the number of types of the preset track shapes, the number of track generation corresponds to the number of types of the preset track shapes, as shown in fig. 5, the track shapes have straight lines and circular arcs, each preset sliding region generates a straight line sliding track and an arc sliding track, and because only one track is tested during each test, the image sliding tracks in the same preset sliding region can be overlapped, and the embodiment is not limited to the above. The image sliding track coordinates refer to coordinates corresponding to the sliding test track.
It will be appreciated that the spot presses test area, the image spot presses points, the image slide tracks and the preset slide areas are all areas/points/tracks defined in the overall image, and therefore, the coordinates of the spot presses and the slide tracks are coordinates relative to the overall image, i.e. coordinates in the camera coordinate system.
In a specific implementation, dividing an image display area into a plurality of point pressure test areas according to the preset area division number, generating a corresponding number of point pressure test points in each point pressure test area, generating a corresponding sliding track in each preset sliding area according to the preset track shape, and finally determining coordinates corresponding to all the point pressure test points and the sliding tracks.
Step S40: and determining the actual point pressure position coordinate and the actual sliding track coordinate of the detection target in the actual display area according to a preset coordinate conversion relation, the image point pressure position coordinate and the image sliding track coordinate.
It should be understood that the preset coordinate conversion relationship refers to a correspondence relationship between a coordinate system in the camera and a coordinate system in a preset fixed range, the actual display area refers to an actual display area range of the detection target, the actual point-to-point position coordinate refers to a coordinate corresponding to the actually determined point-to-point test point, the actual slide track coordinate refers to a coordinate corresponding to the actually determined slide test track, the actual point-to-point position coordinate and the actual slide track coordinate may be regarded as coordinates corresponding to the slide track at the preset fixed range coordinate system, and the image point-to-point position coordinate image slide track coordinate may be regarded as coordinates corresponding to the slide track at the camera coordinate system.
In a specific implementation, the image point pressure position coordinates, the actual point pressure position coordinates and the actual sliding track coordinates of the image sliding track coordinates are determined according to a preset coordinate conversion relation.
Step S50: and carrying out point pressure test on the detection target according to the actual point pressure position coordinates to obtain a point pressure test result, and carrying out sliding test on the detection target according to the actual sliding track coordinates to obtain a sliding test result.
Further, the performing the spot-voltage test on the detection target according to the actual spot-voltage position coordinates, and obtaining the spot-voltage test result includes:
and carrying out point pressure test in the actual display area according to the actual point pressure position coordinates to obtain feedback point pressure position coordinates and point pressure feedback time corresponding to each actual point pressure position coordinate.
The feedback point pressure position coordinates refer to point pressure position coordinates sensed by the detection target, and the point pressure feedback time refers to time required by the detection target to sense the point pressure.
In specific implementation, through a point pressure test, the point pressure position coordinate sensed by the detection target and the time required by the sensing of the point pressure are obtained.
And determining coordinate differences between the actual point pressure position coordinates and feedback position coordinates corresponding to the actual point pressure position coordinates according to the feedback point pressure position coordinates and the actual point pressure position coordinates.
It can be understood that there may be an error between the point pressure position coordinate sensed by the detection target itself and the actual point pressure position coordinate, and the coordinate difference is a deviation/error between the point pressure position coordinate sensed by the detection target itself and the actual point pressure position coordinate, for example: the feedback point pressure position coordinates areThe actual point pressure position coordinate is +.>The coordinate difference is +.>。
And determining the center coordinate difference value and the surrounding coordinate difference value in the coordinate difference values according to the preset center quantity.
It should be understood that the preset number of centers refers to a preset number of center values, for example: 3. and 5, the adjustment can be performed according to the actual situation, and the embodiment is not limited to this. The center coordinate difference refers to a coordinate difference selected as a center value, and the surrounding coordinate differences refer to coordinate differences other than the coordinate difference selected as a center value.
Calculating distance data between each peripheral coordinate difference value and each central coordinate difference value, dividing the central coordinate difference value and the peripheral coordinate difference value according to the distance data and a distance threshold value to obtain a plurality of coordinate difference value groups, and updating iteration times.
It should be noted that, the distance data refers to a distance between each peripheral coordinate difference and each central coordinate difference, which may be a euclidean distance, and the embodiment does not limit this, the distance threshold refers to a threshold related to a preset distance, which is used to determine whether the peripheral coordinate difference is a class with the central coordinate difference, and when the distance between the peripheral coordinate difference and the central coordinate difference is generally smaller than or equal to the distance threshold, the peripheral coordinate difference and the central coordinate difference are considered to be a class, and may be divided into a group, that is, into the same coordinate difference group, that is, a difference group may be formed by one difference group, where each difference group includes at least one central coordinate difference, and each difference group has a central value, that is, a central coordinate difference, and may have a peripheral coordinate difference, or may not have a peripheral coordinate difference, and may be grouped according to practical situations. The iteration number refers to the number of times of current iteration, and the division of the coordinate difference value group is not completed once, namely, one iteration is considered to be completed.
In specific implementation, first, coordinate differences with preset center numbers are randomly selected as center coordinate differences, the rest coordinate differences are used as surrounding coordinate differences, and the center coordinate differences and surrounding coordinate differences of the same class are found out according to the distance situation between each center coordinate difference and each surrounding coordinate difference and are divided into coordinate difference combinations.
And when the iteration times are greater than or equal to an iteration threshold, determining the coordinate offset degree of the coordinates of the feedback point pressure position according to the coordinate difference value group.
It can be understood that the iteration threshold refers to the maximum iteration number, and when the iteration number reaches the maximum iteration number, the iteration is ended. The coordinate deviation degree refers to the degree of deviation between the position coordinate sensed by the detection target and the actual point pressure position coordinate, for example: the offset degree is extremely large, the offset degree is small, the offset degree is extremely small and no offset exists, and the offset degree is determined according to actual conditions. In general, each coordinate difference group may reflect different degrees of coordinate offset, since the coordinate differences of the same kind are already placed in the same coordinate difference group, the degrees of offset corresponding to the coordinate differences in each coordinate difference group are the same, if only one coordinate difference group has a previous coordinate difference and the value of the coordinate difference is extremely large, the degrees of offset are considered to be extremely large, if only one coordinate difference group has a previous coordinate difference and the value of the coordinate difference is extremely small, the degrees of offset are considered to be extremely small, if there are a plurality of coordinate difference groups finally having a previous coordinate difference and the value of the coordinate difference is relatively large, the degrees of offset are considered to be relatively large, if there are a plurality of coordinate difference groups finally having a previous coordinate difference and the value of the coordinate difference is relatively small, the degrees of offset are considered to be relatively small, and only when all the coordinate differences are zero, wherein the values of the coordinate differences are extremely large, the values of the coordinate differences are extremely small, the values are relatively large and the values can be determined by setting a threshold, and the threshold can be adjusted according to practical situations.
In the specific implementation, when the iteration times are greater than or equal to the iteration threshold, the iteration is considered to be ended, and the coordinate offset degree between the actual point pressure position coordinates and the feedback position coordinates is measured according to the obtained coordinate difference value combination.
Further, when the iteration number is smaller than the iteration threshold, calculating an average value of each coordinate difference group, taking the average value of each coordinate difference group as the center coordinate difference, taking the coordinate difference as the surrounding coordinate difference, and returning to execute the step of calculating distance data between each surrounding coordinate difference and each center coordinate difference.
It should be understood that when the number of iterations is less than the iteration threshold, a next iteration is performed, and the average value of each coordinate difference set is taken as a new center coordinate difference value, so as to redetermine the coordinate difference set.
And determining a point pressure feedback time average value according to the point pressure feedback time corresponding to each actual point pressure position coordinate.
It should be noted that the average value of the point pressure feedback time refers to an average value of the point pressure feedback time.
And determining a point pressure test result of the detection target according to the point pressure feedback time average value and the coordinate offset degree.
It should be noted that, the point pressure test result refers to the related data obtained through the point pressure test, and at least includes the coordinate offset degree and the point pressure feedback time average value.
Further, the performing a sliding test on the detection target according to the actual sliding track coordinate to obtain a sliding test result, including: and performing sliding test in the actual display area according to the actual sliding track coordinates, acquiring sliding feedback time and sliding times corresponding to each actual sliding track coordinate when the initial picture is switched, and determining a sliding test result of the detection target according to the sliding feedback time and the sliding times.
It will be appreciated that the sliding feedback time refers to the time required for the detection target to sense sliding itself, and since the sliding purpose is typically to switch the screen, the number of sliding times detects the number of sliding times required for the target to complete the switching of the screen.
It should be understood that the sliding test result refers to the relevant data obtained through the sliding test, and at least includes a sliding feedback time average value and the sliding times.
Step S60: and determining the touch function quality of the detection target according to the point pressure test result and the sliding test result.
Further, the step S60 includes: determining a point touch quality corresponding to the point pressure test result according to the point pressure test result and a preset point pressure quality condition, determining a sliding touch quality corresponding to the sliding test result according to the sliding test result and a preset sliding quality condition, and determining the touch function quality according to the point touch quality, the sliding touch quality and the corresponding relation among the point touch quality, the sliding touch quality and the touch function quality, wherein the touch function quality is any one of excellent, good, medium, qualified and unqualified.
The touch quality refers to a quality condition obtained by testing in a touch manner, that is, a quality condition corresponding to a touch function. The preset click quality condition refers to a preset measurement standard for judging the situation of the click touch quality, and comprises a good click quality condition, a medium click quality condition, a good click quality condition and a bad click quality condition, which correspond to the judging conditions of good quality, medium quality, qualified quality and unqualified quality respectively. The sliding touch quality refers to the quality condition obtained by testing in a sliding touch mode, namely the quality condition corresponding to the sliding touch function. The preset sliding quality condition refers to a preset measurement standard for judging the sliding touch quality condition, and the preset measurement standard comprises a sliding quality excellent condition, a sliding quality good condition, a sliding quality medium condition, a sliding quality passing condition and a sliding quality failing condition, which correspond to the judging conditions of excellent quality, good quality, medium quality, qualified quality and unqualified quality.
It will be appreciated that the quality of a point touch is generally measured in two ways: the speed of the induction point pressing speed and the error of the induction point pressing position can be determined by setting a point pressing feedback time threshold, the error of the induction point pressing position can be judged according to the coordinate deviation degree, and the feedback time of each point pressing point is possibly different. The pressure quality conditions of all preset points are determined according to the set pressure feedback time threshold and the coordinate deviation degree, for example: the excellent condition of the point pressure quality is that the point pressure feedback time average value is less than or equal to a first feedback time threshold valueThe coordinate deviation degree is extremely small, and the good condition of the point pressure quality is that the point pressure feedback time average value is less than or equal to a second feedback time threshold value +. >And the coordinate deviation degree is small, and the point pressure is carried outThe medium quality condition is that the average value of the point pressure feedback time is less than or equal to a third feedback time threshold value +.>The coordinate deviation degree is smaller, and the point pressure quality and the condition are that the point pressure feedback time average value is smaller than or equal to a fourth feedback time threshold value +.>The coordinate deviation degree is larger, and the condition that the point pressure quality is not good is that the point pressure feedback time average value is larger than the fourth feedback time threshold value +.>And the degree of coordinate shift is extremely large.
It should be appreciated that the quality of a sliding touch is generally measured in two ways: the speed of the sensing sliding speed and the speed of the screen switching can be determined by setting a sliding feedback time threshold, the speed of the screen switching can be determined by setting a sliding frequency threshold, and the sliding touch quality is determined according to the sliding test result, the sliding feedback time threshold and the sliding frequency threshold, so as to determine the sliding touch quality of each preset sliding area, and in this embodiment, if the average value of the sliding feedback time in a certain preset sliding area is less than or equal to the first sliding feedback time thresholdAnd the number of sliding times is less than or equal to the first sliding times threshold +. >The sliding touch quality of the preset sliding region is considered to be excellent, if the average value of the sliding feedback time in a certain preset sliding region is less than or equal to the second sliding feedback time threshold value +.>And the number of sliding times is less than or equal to the second sliding times threshold +.>The sliding touch quality of the preset sliding region is considered to be good, if the average value of the sliding feedback time in a certain preset sliding region is less than or equal to the third sliding feedback time threshold value +.>And the number of sliding times is less than or equal to a third sliding time threshold +.>If the sliding touch quality of the preset sliding region is considered to be medium, if the average value of the sliding feedback time in a certain preset sliding region is less than or equal to the fourth sliding feedback time threshold value +.>And the number of sliding times is equal to or less than the fourth sliding times threshold +.>If the sliding touch quality of the preset sliding region is qualified, if the average value of the sliding feedback time in a certain preset sliding region is greater than the fourth sliding feedback time threshold value +.>And the number of sliding times is larger than the fourth threshold value of sliding times +.>And considering that the sliding touch quality of the preset sliding area is not qualified.
It should be noted that the overall sliding touch quality can be measured by the sliding touch quality of different preset sliding areas, for example: the excellent sliding quality condition is that the sliding touch quality of all the preset sliding areas is excellent, namely that the average value of the sliding feedback time in all the preset sliding areas is smaller than or equal to the first sliding feedback time threshold value And the number of sliding times is less than or equal to the first sliding times threshold +.>The good sliding quality condition is that the sliding touch quality of all preset sliding areas is at least good, that is, the average value of the sliding feedback time in all the preset sliding areas is less than or equal to a second sliding feedback time threshold +.>And the number of sliding times is less than or equal to the second sliding times threshold +.>The moderate sliding quality condition is that the sliding touch quality of all preset sliding areas is at least moderate, that is, the average value of the sliding feedback time in all the preset sliding areas is less than or equal to a third sliding feedback time threshold +.>And the number of sliding times is less than or equal to a third sliding time threshold +.>The sliding quality and the qualification are that the sliding touch quality of all the preset sliding areas at least reaches the qualification, namely the average value of the sliding feedback time in all the preset sliding areas is smaller than or equal to a fourth sliding feedback time threshold value +.>And the number of sliding times is equal to or less than the fourth sliding times threshold +.>The sliding quality failing condition is that at least one preset sliding region sliding touch quality is failed, i.e. the average value of the sliding feedback time in at least one preset sliding region is larger than the fourth sliding feedback time threshold +.>And the number of sliding times is larger than the fourth threshold value of sliding times +. >。
It can be understood that the quality of the touch function refers to the quality of detecting the target touch function, and the quality is divided into 5 degrees in this embodiment: excellent, good, medium, pass, fail, that is, the touch function quality of the finally obtained detection target may be any of 5 degrees of excellent, good, medium, pass, and fail, which is determined according to the actual situation. The correspondence between the point touch quality, the sliding touch quality and the touch function quality refers to a manner of measuring the touch function quality, and a degree of low quality of the point touch quality and the sliding touch quality is generally taken as the touch function quality, for example: when the point touch quality and the sliding touch quality are excellent, the touch function quality is excellent, when at least one of the point touch quality and the sliding touch quality is unqualified, the touch function quality is unqualified, when the point touch quality and the sliding touch quality are at least qualified, the touch function quality is qualified, when the point touch quality and the sliding touch quality are at least medium, the touch function quality is medium, and when the point touch quality and the sliding touch quality are at least good, the touch function quality is good.
In a specific implementation, according to the obtained point pressure test result and the obtained sliding test result, the point touch quality and the sliding touch quality of the detection target are respectively judged, and then the overall touch quality is determined.
In this embodiment, moving the detection target to a preset fixed range, when the detection target displays an initial picture, acquiring an overall image of the detection target, performing edge extraction on the overall image to obtain an overall edge image corresponding to the overall image, determining an image display area of the detection target according to the overall edge image, determining an image point press position coordinate and an image sliding track coordinate according to the image display area and a preset touch test strategy, determining an actual point press position coordinate and an actual sliding track coordinate of the detection target in an actual display area according to a preset coordinate conversion relation, the image point press position coordinate and the image sliding track coordinate, performing point press test on the detection target according to the actual point press position coordinate to obtain a point press test result, performing sliding test on the detection target according to the actual sliding track coordinate to obtain a sliding test result, and determining a touch quality state of the detection target according to the point press test result and the sliding test result. According to the embodiment, the sliding test is also performed on the basis of the point pressure test, the detection comprehensiveness is improved, in the detection process, the point and the track corresponding to the coordinates are used as the test point and the test track by determining the position coordinates of the point pressure test and the track coordinates of the sliding test, the point pressure test and the sliding test are performed, the position displayed by the test point on the screen is not required to be aligned, the test accuracy is ensured, and the test result accuracy is improved.
