When the wagon balance moves to a proper position, the hydraulic system works, oil is supplied to all the hydraulic cylinders 19, all the hydraulic cylinders 19 prop up the wagon balance collet 1, the horizontal sensor detects the posture of the wagon balance collet 1, the hydraulic system adjusts the oil inlet amount of each hydraulic cylinder 19 to keep balance of the wagon balance collet 1, after the wagon balance collet 1 is propped up by a plurality of hydraulic cylinders 19, the displacement motor 23 is electrified to work, the displacement motor 23 drives the winding drum 24 to rotate, the winding drum 24 winds all the guy ropes 18, the guy ropes 18 pull the lantern rings 16 to drive the clamping columns 7 to move, the sliding rail 6 is changed from a horizontal state to a vertical state, the winding drum 24 rotates and drives the driving bevel gear to rotate, the driving bevel gear drives the driven bevel gear 25 to rotate, the driving chain gear also synchronously rotates, the driving chain gear drives all the driven chain gears to rotate through the chain 26, the driven chain gears drive the sleeve wheel 20 to rotate, the sleeve wheel 20 pushes the curved grooves through hooks, the locking ring 21 moves downwards by utilizing the cone, the elastic lugs 22 to be pressed on the piston of the hydraulic cylinders 19, the cylinder body and the piston are fixed to the piston, and the wagon balance collet 1 is more stable against the impact of the wagon balance collet 1.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: before the wagon balance is used, when the wagon balance is moved to a proper position, the sliding rail 6 is in a horizontal state, the motor shaft of the servo motor 8 points to one end opposite to the wagon balance collet 1, the two wheels 10 are in contact with the ground and form a triangle with the auxiliary wheels 5 to support the wagon balance collet 1, an operator is enabled to enable the two servo motors 8 to be electrified to work through the operation control system, the servo motor 8 drives the wheels 10 to rotate to drive the wagon balance collet 1 to move, the hydraulic system works to supply oil to all the hydraulic cylinders 19, all the hydraulic cylinders 19 prop up the wagon balance collet 1, the horizontal sensor detects the gesture of the wagon balance collet 1, and the oil inlet amount of each hydraulic cylinder 19 is adjusted through the hydraulic system to keep balance of the wagon balance collet 1.
The position-changing motor 23 is electrified to work, the position-changing motor 23 drives the winding drum 24 to rotate, the winding drum 24 winds all the inhaul cables 18, the inhaul cables 18 pull the lantern ring 16 to drive the clamping columns 7 to move, the clamping columns 7 enable the sliding rail 6 to move integrally and rotate, the sliding rail 6 is changed to be in a vertical state from a horizontal state, the two wheels 10 are turned to the upper side of the wagon balance collet 1, the winding drum 9 and the wagon balance collet 1 are located on the same plane, the bevel tooth disc is meshed with the bevel tooth groove, the winding drum 24 rotates and drives the driving bevel gear to rotate, the driving bevel gear drives the driven bevel gear 25 to rotate, the driving sprocket also rotates synchronously, the driving sprocket drives all the driven sprocket to rotate through the chain 26, the driven sprocket enables the sleeve wheel 20 to rotate through hooks, the sleeve wheel 20 pushes the curved grooves to enable the locking ring 21 to move downwards, the locking ring 21 compresses a plurality of elastic lugs 22 on the piston of the hydraulic cylinder 19 through the conical inner ring, and the cylinder body and the piston are fixed, and the wagon balance collet 1 is supported independently of the pressure of oil.
If the vehicle brings earth or stone to the carrier plate 2, the control system controls the micro motor 11 to rotate at this moment, the micro motor 11 drives the worm 12 to rotate, the worm 12 drives the worm wheel 13 to rotate, the worm wheel 13 pushes out the flux linkage 15 wound in the winding disc 9 outwards when rotating, the flux linkage 15 is adsorbed after extending out of the winding disc 9, the flux linkage 15 linearly moves along the direction extending out of the winding disc 9, the micro motor 11 and the worm 12 are internally installed in the winding disc 9, no matter how the wheel 10 rotates, after the sliding rail 6 is raised, the openings of the two winding discs 9 for the flux linkage 15 to extend are aligned, electromagnets 14 at the ends of the two flux linkages 15 are firmly adsorbed together when approaching each other, the two flux linkages 15 span the whole carrier plate 2, one end of each flux linkage 15, which is contacted with the carrier plate 2, is provided with a brush, the two servo motors 8 are electrified to rotate again, the tapered tooth discs roll along the tapered tooth groove direction, the servo motors 8 slide in the sliding inside the sliding rail 6, the two flux linkages 15 move, the brush and the flux linkage 15 automatically roll along the tapered tooth groove direction, and the tapered tooth grooves, and the automatic cleaning function of the carrier plate 2 is realized after the two flux linkages 15 are reset.
When the vehicle weighs, a pair of bars 32 stop the vehicle, the ground hook 28 stretches out the wagon balance collet 1, if the vehicle runs through the inspection stuck point by force, the tire can be broken down by the iron bit when driving through the ground hook 28, the vehicle can not run, after the vehicle weighs, the electric push rod 27 pulls the rack to work, the rack drives the ground hook 28 to rotate through the straight tooth slot, the iron bit is retracted into the wagon balance collet 1, the ground hook 28 simultaneously drives the transfer gear 29 to rotate, the transfer gear 29 drives the transmission shaft 30 to rotate, the transmission shaft 30 enables the bars 32 to rotate, the vehicle runs through, the bars 32 and the iron bit are driven according to the same power, and electric errors are prevented from being caused among a plurality of power sources, and the iron bit can not be retracted to damage the vehicle.
