the conveying mechanism comprises a reagent cylinder (11) for filling a main agent, a screw rod (12) for conveying the main agent and an adjusting component for driving the screw rod (12) to rotate, wherein the mounting rod (2) is provided with a mounting groove (13) for mounting the reagent cylinder (11), one end of the mounting groove (13) is communicated with the locking groove (6), the screw rod (12) rotates in the reagent cylinder (11), and one end, close to the locking groove (6), of the reagent cylinder (11) is provided with an opening.
