In some embodiments, the first preset condition, the second preset condition is related to at least one of: the clothes care time length, the temperature in the care cavity, the humidity in the care cavity and the water content of the clothes.
In one possible implementation, the first preset condition relates to a laundry care duration and a temperature in a care cavity, and the second preset condition relates to a laundry care duration and a humidity in the care cavity, and steps S120 and S130 include: after the first working time is reached, a temperature sensor arranged in the nursing cavity monitors the temperature in the nursing cavity; if the temperature reaches a preset temperature threshold value, driving the air drying device to work, and conveying second temperature air flow to the clothes hanger hanging clothes through the clothes hanger air flow channel; after reaching the second working time, a humidity sensor arranged in the nursing cavity monitors the humidity in the nursing cavity; and if the humidity is lower than a preset humidity threshold value, driving the air drying device and the drying device to stop working.
Wherein the range of the preset temperature threshold value can be 50-58 ℃, and the range of the preset humidity threshold value can be 45-60%.
Hereinafter, a laundry drying care process is exemplarily shown, including the steps of:
1) The user clicks a drying care program button of the clothes care device, and the controller receives a signal and responds to a drying care request of the user to start a drying care process.
2) Under the control of the controller, the drying device starts to work, a high-temperature environment is provided for the nursing cavity, the fan and the heating unit of the clothes rack start to work, hot air is blown to the clothes rack to hang clothes, so that the temperature of the clothes is raised, and water vapor of the clothes is taken away through the hot air of the fan and the heating unit; meanwhile, the drying device is based on the heat pump circulation system, so that a circulation air channel of the clothes care equipment starts to circularly blow, and the air with moisture flows through a dehumidification module of the heat pump circulation system to be condensed and removed of moisture in the air.
3) When the fan and the heating unit of the clothes hanger work for a first working time period (20 minutes), the temperature sensor detects the temperature in the nursing cavity, and whether the temperature reaches a preset temperature threshold (55 ℃); if the temperature in the nursing cavity does not reach the preset temperature threshold (55 ℃), the controller controls the heating unit of the clothes rack to continuously work to generate heat.
4) If the temperature in the nursing cavity reaches a preset temperature threshold (55 ℃), the detected temperature is sent to the controller, the controller controls the heating unit of the clothes rack to stop heating, the fan of the clothes rack continuously blows air, and the drying device continuously works.
5) When the clothes drying nursing process reaches the second working time (40 minutes), the humidity sensor detects the humidity in the nursing cavity, and detects whether the humidity is reduced to a preset humidity threshold (45 percent); if the humidity in the nursing cavity is not lower than the preset value (45%), the controller controls the clothes hanger fan and the drying device to continue to work.
6) And if the humidity in the nursing cavity is lower than a preset humidity threshold value (45%), the controller controls the clothes hanger fan and the drying device to stop working after receiving the humidity.
7) So far, the clothes drying nursing is finished, and the controller controls the clothes drying nursing flow to be finished.
In some embodiments, the air drying device comprises a heating unit and a fan, and when the heating unit is arranged in each clothes hanger, the air drying device is driven to work, and the air drying device comprises: detecting whether clothes are hung on the clothes hanger or not, and determining the loaded clothes hanger; and driving the heating units corresponding to the loaded clothes hangers to work and driving the fan to work.
For the embodiment, each hanger has an independent heating unit in the air flow channel, so that a plurality of hangers can share one fan or each hanger has an independent fan in the air flow channel, and for further saving energy consumption and realizing accurate drying nursing, only the heating unit of the hanger with suspended clothes is started. Detecting the bearing weight of the clothes hanger through the weighing sensor, sending the detected bearing weight to the controller, and determining whether clothes are hung on the clothes hanger or not by the controller according to the bearing weight, specifically, if the bearing weight is larger than the initial weight, determining that the clothes hanger is hung, determining that the current clothes hanger is a loaded clothes hanger, driving a heating unit corresponding to the loaded clothes hanger to work and driving a fan to work by the controller; if the load weight is equal to the initial weight, the controller determines that the clothes are not hung on the clothes hanger, and determines that the current clothes hanger is not the loaded clothes hanger, and does not drive the corresponding heating unit of the clothes hanger to work.
Further, in some embodiments, the driving the heating unit corresponding to the loaded clothes hanger includes: detecting the material of the clothes hung on the loaded clothes hanger; according to the clothing material, determining the adaptive temperature of the first temperature air flow and the second temperature air flow corresponding to each loaded clothes hanger; determining the working power of a heating unit corresponding to each loaded clothes hanger according to the adaptive temperature; and driving the heating units corresponding to the loaded clothes hangers to work according to the corresponding working power.
For this embodiment, different clothing materials adapt different clothing stoving temperatures, and some clothing materials are probably impaired because the nursing temperature is too high, for further realizing accurate stoving nursing, adapt to the individualized stoving demand of each clothing in a flexible way through the operating power of control each clothes hanger heating unit. After the loaded clothes hanger is determined, the clothes material of the clothes hung on the loaded clothes hanger is further detected through a clothes material sensor, such as an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification, radio frequency identification technology) sensor, and the corresponding air flow temperature of the clothes hanger is determined according to the clothes material, so that the working power of the clothes hanger is determined. For low air flow temperature, the working power of the heating unit is smaller, and for high air flow temperature, the working power of the heating unit is larger.
In some embodiments, the air drying device comprises a heating unit and a fan, and when the fan is arranged in each clothes hanger, the air drying device is driven to work, and the air drying device comprises: detecting the water content of the clothes hung on each clothes hanger; determining the working power of a fan corresponding to each clothes hanger according to the water content of the clothes; and driving the fans corresponding to each clothes hanger to keep working according to the corresponding working power.
For this embodiment, there is independent fan in the air current passageway of every clothes hanger, but all have independent heating unit in a heating unit or the air current passageway of every clothes hanger is shared to a plurality of clothes hangers, in order to further realize accurate stoving nursing, adapt to the individualized stoving demand of each clothing in a flexible way through the operating power of the fan of control each clothes hanger, avoid each clothing degree of drying and wetting to be different. The water content of clothes hung on the clothes hanger is detected by the clothes moisture sensor, and the working power of the fan corresponding to the clothes hanger is determined according to the water content of the clothes. For the higher water content of the clothes, the wet clothes are indicated, the working power of the fan is higher, and the lower water content of the clothes is the smaller working power of the fan.
In some embodiments, after the driving the air drying device is operated, the method further comprises: detecting the water content of the clothes hung on each clothes hanger; and adjusting the size of an air flow channel outlet of each clothes hanger according to the water content of the clothes.
For the embodiment, in the clothes drying and nursing process, the clothes moisture content of clothes can be hung on the clothes hangers in real time through the clothes moisture sensor, and according to the clothes moisture content, the controller controls the air outlet driving mechanism, and the size of the air flow channel outlet of each clothes hanger is adjusted through the adjusting structure arranged at the air outlet. For the higher moisture content of clothes, the air outlet of the clothes hanger is adjusted to be the largest through the adjusting mechanism, for the lower moisture content of clothes, the higher air quantity is needed, the air outlet of the clothes hanger is adjusted to be the largest through the adjusting mechanism, and for the lower moisture content of clothes, the air outlet of the clothes hanger is adjusted to be the smaller through the adjusting mechanism.
In some embodiments, the laundry drying control method further includes: detecting the water content of the clothes in at least two areas of the clothes hanger, in which the clothes are hung, in the longitudinal direction; determining the working power of the air drying device and the drying device according to the water content of clothes in at least two areas; the air drying device and the drying device are driven to work according to the corresponding working power.
For the embodiment, the plurality of clothes moisture sensors are distributed at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction corresponding to the areas where clothes are hung, and the clothes moisture sensors at different heights are respectively used for detecting the water content of the clothes hung in different longitudinal areas and sending the detected water content of the clothes in at least two areas to the controller so that the controller can determine the drying degree of the clothes in the longitudinal direction according to the water content of the clothes. When the drying degree of the suspended clothes in the longitudinal direction is different, the air drying device or the drying device works according to larger working power, and the air drying device and the drying device are matched with each other to ensure that the drying degree of the final clothes is consistent. The back plate which is arranged in the nursing cavity is provided with the clothes moisture sensor which can accurately detect the moisture content of the clothes hung transversely by each piece of clothes, so that detection data is prevented from being shielded by other clothes to influence accuracy.
For example, two clothes moisture sensors are longitudinally and equidistantly arranged in a corresponding clothes hanging area and are used for detecting the water content of the clothes hanging up and down, further determining the up and down drying degree of the hanging clothes, and timely adjusting the working power of the air drying device or the drying device when the up and down drying degree is inconsistent, so that the air drying device and the drying device are mutually matched to realize the up and down drying degree of the clothes.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention provides a computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor, implements the laundry drying control method according to any one of the above embodiments. The computer readable storage medium includes, but is not limited to, any type of disk including floppy disks, hard disks, optical disks, CD-ROMs, and magneto-optical disks, ROMs (Read-Only memories), RAMs (Random AcceSS Memory, random access memories), EPROMs (EraSable Programmable Read-Only memories), EEPROMs (Electrically EraSable Programmable Read-Only memories), flash memories, magnetic cards, or optical cards. That is, a storage device includes any medium that stores or transmits information in a form readable by a device (e.g., computer, cell phone), and may be read-only memory, magnetic or optical disk, etc.
The content of the method embodiment of the present invention is applicable to the storage medium embodiment, and functions of the storage medium embodiment are the same as those of the method embodiment, and beneficial effects achieved by the method are the same as those achieved by the method, and detailed description of the method embodiment is omitted herein.

the drying device is communicated with the nursing cavity and is connected with the controller for drying under the control of the controller.

the heating unit and the fan are arranged in the airflow channel of each clothes hanger; or alternatively, the first and second heat exchangers may be,
the output air duct of the air drying device is communicated with the air flow channels of the clothes hangers, and the heating unit is arranged in the output air duct; or alternatively, the first and second heat exchangers may be,
the heating unit is arranged in the airflow channel of each clothes hanger, and the output air channel of the fan is communicated with the airflow channels of the clothes hangers.
3. The laundry drying control system of claim 1, further comprising a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor;
the temperature sensor is connected with the controller and is used for detecting the temperature in the nursing cavity and sending the detected temperature to the controller;
the humidity sensor is connected with the controller and is used for detecting the humidity in the nursing cavity and sending the detected humidity to the controller;
and the controller is used for controlling the working states of the air drying device and the drying device and/or the temperature of the air flow conveyed by the air drying device according to the temperature and the humidity.
4. A laundry drying control method implemented based on the laundry drying control system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
driving the drying device to work; driving the air drying device to work, and conveying first temperature air flow to the clothes hanger hanging clothes through the clothes hanger air flow channel;
after the first preset condition is reached, driving the air drying device to work, and conveying second temperature air flow to the clothes hanger hanging clothes through the clothes hanger air flow channel;
and after the second preset condition is reached, the air drying device and the drying device are driven to stop working.
5. The laundry drying control method according to claim 4, wherein the temperature of the first temperature air flow is higher than the temperature of the second temperature air flow.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the step of driving the air-drying device to operate after the first preset condition is reached, and the step of driving the air-drying device and the drying device to stop operating after the second preset condition is reached, comprises the steps of:
after the first working time is reached, monitoring the temperature in the nursing cavity; if the temperature reaches a preset temperature threshold value, driving the air drying device to work, and conveying second temperature air flow to the clothes hanger hanging clothes through the clothes hanger air flow channel;
after reaching the second working time, monitoring humidity in the nursing cavity; and if the humidity is lower than a preset humidity threshold value, driving the air drying device and the drying device to stop working.
7. The laundry drying control method according to claim 4, wherein,
the air drying device includes heating unit and fan, is equipped with in every clothes hanger when heating unit, the drive air drying device work includes:
detecting whether clothes are hung on the clothes hanger or not, and determining the loaded clothes hanger;
driving the heating units corresponding to the loaded clothes hangers to work and driving the fan to work;
and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the air drying device includes heating element and fan, is equipped with in every clothes hanger when the fan, the drive air drying device work includes:
detecting the water content of the clothes hung on each clothes hanger;
determining the working power of a fan corresponding to each clothes hanger according to the water content of the clothes;
and driving the fans corresponding to each clothes hanger to keep working according to the corresponding working power.
8. The clothes drying control method of claim 7 wherein the driving the corresponding heating unit of the loaded hanger to operate comprises:
detecting the material of the clothes hung on the loaded clothes hanger;
according to the clothing material, determining the adaptive temperature of the first temperature air flow and the second temperature air flow corresponding to each loaded clothes hanger;
determining the working power of a heating unit corresponding to each loaded clothes hanger according to the adaptive temperature;
and driving the heating units corresponding to the loaded clothes hangers to work according to the corresponding working power.
9. The laundry drying control method according to claim 4, further comprising, after the driving air drying device is operated:
detecting the water content of the clothes hung on each clothes hanger;
and adjusting the size of an air flow channel outlet of each clothes hanger according to the water content of the clothes.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the laundry drying control method according to any one of claims 4 to 9.
11. A garment care device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory;
one or more computer programs, wherein the one or more computer programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more computer programs configured to: the laundry drying control method according to any one of claims 4 to 9 is performed.
