When the washing in the first stage is carried out, the other part of pure water can be returned to the pressurizing device through the pure water return branch and then is input into the second filtering unit group, and raw water and pure water are mixed, so that the quality of the prepared water is better.
103. And judging whether the second filter element assembly meets a second flushing condition.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the first filter element assembly performs the first flushing operation, whether the second filter element assembly is flushed can be judged according to the actual water quality condition.
104. And when the second filter element assembly is judged to meet the second flushing condition, controlling the first branch to execute closing operation, and controlling the second filter unit group to execute second flushing operation on the second filter element assembly.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the second filter element assembly is judged to meet the second flushing condition, the first branch is controlled to execute the closing operation to prevent pure water from continuously flushing the first filter element assembly, and then the second filter unit assembly can be controlled to execute the self-flushing operation on the second filter element assembly, namely the second flushing operation. The specific mode of the second flushing operation is as follows: raw water is input into the second filtering unit group through the supercharging device, pure water and waste water are generated by the second filtering unit group, the waste water is discharged through the waste water discharge branch, and pure water can flow back to the supercharging device through the pure water backflow branch and then is input into the second filtering unit to flush the second filter element assembly in the second stage.
Further, when the second stage flushing is performed, the waste water circulation branch is controlled to perform a closing operation.
Therefore, the method described by the embodiment of the invention can provide a control mode of the water purifier with the parallel filter unit groups, improves the flushing effect and efficiency of the filter unit groups, achieves the purpose of rapid flushing by the flushing operation among the filter unit groups and the self-flushing operation of the filter unit groups, saves the water consumption in the flushing process, further improves the flushing effect of the water purifier, improves the water yield of the water purifier, and avoids the influence of the waste water with too high concentration on the service life of the filter element.
In an alternative embodiment, the method of determining whether the first filter element assembly meets the first flushing condition may include the operations of:
judging whether a first water quality value of the first wastewater outlet exceeds a first preset threshold value, and determining that the first filter element assembly meets a first flushing condition when judging that the first water quality value exceeds the first preset threshold value; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
judging whether a second water quality value of a water inlet of the first filter element exceeds a second preset threshold value, and determining that the first filter element assembly meets a first flushing condition when judging that the second water quality value exceeds the second preset threshold value; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
Judging whether the time difference between the current time point and the time point when the last flushing of the first filter element component is finished exceeds a first preset duration, and determining that the first filter element component meets a first flushing condition when the time difference between the current time point and the time point when the last flushing of the first filter element component is finished exceeds the first preset duration; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
judging whether the working time length of the first filter unit group exceeds a second preset time length, and determining that the first filter element assembly meets a first flushing condition when the working time length of the first filter unit group exceeds the second preset time length; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
judging whether the water production amount of the first filter unit group exceeds a first preset water amount, and determining that the first filter element assembly meets a first flushing condition when judging that the water production amount of the first filter unit group exceeds the first preset water amount; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
judging whether the third water quality value of the first pure water outlet exceeds a third preset threshold value, and determining that the first filter element assembly meets the first flushing condition when the third water quality value exceeds the third preset threshold value.
In the embodiment of the invention, the judgment of whether the first filter element assembly meets the first flushing condition can be realized in various modes. The water quality value detected by the water quality detection device of the first wastewater outlet during water production can be judged whether exceeds a preset threshold value, and when the detected water quality value of the first wastewater outlet exceeds the preset threshold value, the first filter element assembly can be determined to need to be washed; the water quality value of the water inlet of the first filter element can be judged by judging whether the water quality value of the water inlet of the first filter element exceeds a preset threshold value or not when water is produced, the first filter element assembly is polluted due to the fact that the water quality value of the water inlet of the first filter element is too poor, and the first filter element assembly needs to be washed; the method can also be judged by the time difference between the current time point and the time point when the last flushing of the first filter element assembly is finished, and when the time difference exceeds the preset duration, the first filter element assembly is indicated to have longer working duration and needs to be flushed; the same reason can be also judged by judging whether the working time length of the first filtering unit group exceeds the preset time length; the water production amount of the first filtering unit group can be judged whether exceeds the preset water amount, and the higher the water production amount is, the more the water production amount is required to be washed; in addition, whether the water quality value of the first pure water outlet exceeds a threshold value can be judged, and when the water quality value of the first pure water outlet is higher, the salinity of the pure water side of the first filter element assembly is too high, and flushing is needed.
Therefore, the method described by the embodiment of the invention can provide a control mode of the water purifier with the parallel filter unit groups, improves the flushing effect and efficiency of the filter unit groups, and simultaneously provides a plurality of methods for detecting whether the filter element meets the flushing condition or not, so that the service condition of the filter element can be monitored more accurately, the filter element can be flushed accurately, unnecessary flushing operation is avoided, the flushing effect of the filter element is further improved, and the water yield of the water purifier is improved.
In yet another alternative embodiment, the method may further comprise the operations of:
when the first-stage flushing is carried out, determining a first adjustment parameter of the waste water reflux branch according to a preset control mode;
and controlling the waste water reflux branch to execute a first waste water reflux operation according to the first adjustment parameter of the waste water reflux branch, wherein the first waste water reflux operation is used for controlling waste water discharged from the first waste water outlet to reflux to the supercharging device when the waste water is washed in the first stage, and then inputting the waste water into the second filtering unit group.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as a preferred scheme, when the flushing in the first stage is performed, the first adjustment parameter of the wastewater waterway branch may be determined according to a preset control mode. The specific mode is that the waste water discharged from the first waste water outlet is controlled to flow back to the second filtering unit group when the waste water is washed in the first stage, and part or all of the waste water is recycled. At the same time, pure water discharged from the second pure water outlet is controlled to be input into the first filter unit group through the first branch circuit so as to flush the first filter element assembly.
Therefore, the method described by the embodiment of the invention can provide a control mode of the water purifier with the parallel filter unit groups, improves the flushing effect and efficiency of the filter unit groups, and simultaneously provides a control mechanism combining pure water and wastewater circulation so as to effectively flush the water purifier, recycle and reuse the wastewater, save water resources and further improve the water yield of the water purifier.
In yet another alternative embodiment, the method determines the first adjustment parameter of the waste water recirculation branch according to a preset control mode, and may include the following operations:
determining a first adjustment parameter of the waste water reflux branch according to a preset control mode, wherein the first adjustment parameter comprises a first adjustment duration, a second adjustment duration and a third adjustment duration; the first adjustment duration is used for indicating the duration for controlling the closing of the waste water branch; the second adjustment time length is used for indicating the duration time of controlling the waste water discharged from the first waste water outlet to flow back to the second filtering unit group according to the matched proportion when the waste water is washed in the first stage; the third adjustment duration is used for indicating the duration of controlling all wastewater discharged from the first wastewater outlet to flow back to the second filter unit group when the first-stage flushing is performed; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
Judging the magnitude relation between the real-time water quality value of the first wastewater outlet and the first flushing water quality threshold value and the second flushing water quality threshold value when flushing in the first stage according to a preset control mode; wherein the first flush water quality threshold is greater than the second flush water quality threshold;
when the real-time water quality value of the first wastewater outlet is larger than or equal to a first flushing water quality threshold value, determining a first adjustment parameter of the wastewater reflux branch, wherein the first adjustment parameter is particularly used for controlling the wastewater reflux branch to be closed when flushing in the first stage is carried out;
when the real-time water quality value of the first wastewater outlet is judged to be smaller than the first flushing water quality threshold value and larger than the second flushing water quality threshold value, determining a first adjustment parameter of the wastewater reflux branch, wherein the first adjustment parameter is specifically used for controlling wastewater discharged by the first wastewater outlet when flushing in the first stage to reflux to the second filtering unit group through the wastewater reflux branch according to the matched proportion;
when the real-time water quality value of the first wastewater outlet is smaller than or equal to the second flushing water quality threshold value, determining a first adjustment parameter of the wastewater reflux branch, wherein the first adjustment parameter is specifically used for controlling all wastewater discharged by the first wastewater outlet during flushing in the first stage to reflux to the second filtering unit group through the wastewater reflux branch.
In the embodiment of the invention, the preset control mode can be a time mode, a water quality module, a mixture of the time mode and the water quality mode, and the like, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited.
The time mode can be used for finally achieving the water taking purpose of a user by presetting the working time of each control stage of the water purifier and controlling the starting time and the ending time of the working of each stage. When the first stage flushing is started, the water quality of the wastewater discharged from the first wastewater outlet may be poor, and as the second filtering unit group performs the flushing operation on the first filtering unit group, the water quality of the wastewater discharged from the first wastewater outlet gradually becomes good because of the 100% pure water flushing, and the reuse degree of the wastewater discharged from the first wastewater outlet can be adjusted through stage control. Specifically, determining a first adjustment parameter of the waste water reflux branch, wherein the first adjustment parameter comprises a first adjustment duration, a second adjustment duration and a third adjustment duration; the first adjustment duration is used for indicating the duration for controlling the closing of the waste water branch; the second adjustment time length is used for indicating the duration time length of controlling the waste water discharged from the first waste water outlet to flow back to the second filtering unit group according to the matched proportion when the waste water is washed in the first stage; the third control period is used to indicate the duration of time that all wastewater discharged from the first wastewater outlet is returned to the second filter element group when the first stage flushing is performed.
The water quality mode may further determine the first adjustment parameter of the wastewater reflux branch according to the real-time water quality value (for example, TDS, alkalinity, hardness, etc., which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention) by monitoring the real-time water quality value of the first wastewater outlet of the second filtering unit set during the first stage flushing.
Specifically, through the real-time water quality value of the monitored first waste water outlet, the water quantity conditions of the waste water discharge branch and the waste water reflux branch can be dynamically adjusted according to the real-time water quality value, so that the optimal flushing effect is achieved, and meanwhile, the water can be saved. In the embodiment of the invention, two flushing water quality thresholds are set: a first flush water quality threshold and a second flush water quality threshold, wherein the first flush water quality threshold is greater than the second flush water quality threshold.
When the real-time water quality value is judged to be greater than or equal to the first flushing water quality threshold value, the initial stage of flushing at the moment is indicated, the real-time water quality value of water discharged from the first waste water outlet is poor, the waste water is inconvenient to reflux and use at the moment, the first adjustment parameters of the waste water loop branch are adjusted at the moment, the waste water reflux branch is controlled to be completely closed, the waste water discharge branch is controlled to be completely opened, and the waste water generated at the moment is completely discharged.
Along with the promotion of flushing process, salt in the first filter element component becomes less because pure water washes, simultaneously the real-time water quality value of first waste water outlet also becomes better gradually, when monitoring that real-time water quality value is less than first washing water quality threshold value and is greater than second washing water quality threshold value, waste water can flow back the reuse through waste water backward flow branch road, adjust the first adjustment parameter of waste water backward flow branch road this moment, be used for flowing back the waste water that first waste water outlet discharged to supercharging device according to the matched proportion after inputting the second filter element water inlet, namely control waste water backward flow branch road progressively increases waste water reflux amount and waste water discharge branch road progressively reduces waste water discharge amount, concrete proportional relation can be adjusted according to actual conditions, do not limit in the embodiment of the invention.
Along with the continuous propulsion of the flushing process, the real-time water quality value of the water discharged from the first waste water outlet tends to be stable, and the waste water discharged from the first waste water outlet can be completely recycled.
Therefore, the method described by the embodiment of the invention can provide a control mode of the water purifier with the parallel filter unit groups, improves the flushing effect and efficiency of the filter unit groups, can accurately control the accurate connection nodes and processes among all stages through diversified control modes, improves the control precision in the flushing process of the filter element, further realizes the accurate flushing of the filter element, avoids unnecessary flushing operation, further improves the flushing effect of the filter element, and improves the water yield of the water purifier.
In yet another alternative embodiment, the method of determining whether the second filter element assembly meets the second flushing condition may include the operations of:
judging whether the duration of the first flushing operation exceeds a third preset duration, and determining that the second filter element assembly meets a second flushing condition when the duration of the first flushing operation exceeds the third preset duration; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
judging whether a fourth water quality value of the second wastewater outlet exceeds a fourth preset threshold value, and determining that the second filter element assembly meets a second flushing condition when judging that the fourth water quality value exceeds the fourth preset threshold value; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
judging whether a fifth water quality value of the water inlet of the second filter element exceeds a fifth preset threshold value, and determining that the second filter element assembly meets a second flushing condition when judging that the fifth water quality value exceeds the fifth preset threshold value; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
judging whether the time difference between the current time point and the time point of the last flushing of the second filter element component exceeds a fourth preset duration, and determining that the second filter element component meets a second flushing condition when the time difference between the current time point and the time point of the last flushing of the second filter element component exceeds the fourth preset duration; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
Judging whether the working time length of the second filter unit group exceeds a fifth preset time length, and determining that the second filter element assembly meets a second flushing condition when judging that the working time length of the second filter unit group exceeds the fifth preset time length; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
