step one: the driving roller 61 rotates clockwise to drive the screening chain 2 to drive on the first guide roller 62, the second guide roller 63 and the third guide roller 64, one grinding roller 23 rotates clockwise through the rotation of the friction roller 5 on the grinding table 12, the other grinding roller 23 rotates anticlockwise through the transmission of the steering roller 24, the tops of the two grinding rollers 23 rotate oppositely, and the tablets on the storage disc 31 are guided to the screening gap by the guide curved plate 33 under the action of the vibrating block 32;
step two: after the tablets enter the screening gap, the qualified tablets are supported by the screening columns 22 at the two sides of the screening gap, and the incomplete tablets pass through the screening gap and fall to the grinding gap;
step three: the tablets at the screening gap continue to be transported in the direction of the third guide roller 64, and during the transport, the turning roller 24 drives the screening column 22 to rotate so as to adjust the position of the tablets on the screening column 22, and when the gap of the tablets contacts the screening column 22, the tablets fall into the grinding gap to be ground and then fall into the collecting tank 30;
step four: when the tablet passes between the light source receiver 9 and the light source emitter 8 and the tablet is normal in size, the tablet shields the light signal emitted by the light source emitter 8, and when the tablet is incomplete, the tablet sinks at the screening gap under the rotation adjustment effect of the screening column 22, so that the light source receiver 9 receives the light signal emitted by the light source emitter 8 to judge that the tablet is incomplete;
step five: the push rod 10 hits the incomplete tablets to the receiving tray 11;
step six: the tablets drop into the tablet-packaging station after passing the third guide roller 64.

the chain link includes both sides board, two screening posts, two crushing rollers and a steering roller, wherein:
the two side plates are arranged opposite to each other;
the screening columns are rotationally connected between the two side plates, a screening gap is formed between the two screening columns, the distance between the two screening columns is smaller than the diameter of the qualified tablet, and the tablet feeding assembly is used for conveying the tablet to be detected to the screening gap;
the grinding rollers are rotatably connected between the two side plates, a grinding gap for grinding the residual tablets is formed between the two grinding rollers, the grinding gap is positioned right below the sieving gap, and the distance between the two grinding rollers is smaller than the distance between the two sieving columns;
the turning rollers are rotatably arranged on one side plate, one end part of each of the two grinding rollers is provided with a friction roller, each friction roller is positioned on the outer sides of the two side plates, one friction roller and each turning roller are in rolling connection with the grinding table, and the outer wall of the other friction roller is tightly attached to the outer wall of the turning roller;
the grinding roller comprises a mounting shaft and a grinding part, the mounting shaft is rotatably mounted between the two side plates, the friction roller is arranged at the end part of the mounting shaft, the grinding part is mounted in the middle of the mounting shaft and is positioned between the two side plates, and a plurality of protrusions are arranged on the outer surface of the grinding part;
one end part of one screening column is provided with a driving roller, and the outer wall of the driving roller is tightly attached to the outer wall of the steering roller;
the driving assembly comprises a driving roller, a first guide roller, a second guide roller and a third guide roller, wherein the driving roller and the first guide roller are arranged at two ends of the bottom of the bracket, and the second guide roller and the third guide roller
The third guide roller is respectively arranged above the first guide roller and the driving roller, the distance between the second guide roller and the first guide roller is larger than the distance between the third guide roller and the driving roller, the driving roller is used for driving the screening chain to rotate on the first guide roller, the second guide roller and the third guide roller, and the screening chain between the second guide roller and the third guide roller is in sliding lap joint on the grinding table;
the top surfaces of the two side plates are respectively provided with a vertical plate, and the vertical plates are used for limiting the position of the tablets;
a light source emitter mounted on the bracket;
the light source receiver is arranged on the bracket, the light source emitter and the light source receiver are respectively arranged on two sides of the screening chain, a light passing hole is formed in the middle of the vertical plate, the light source receiver is used for receiving light signals which pass through the light passing hole after being sent out by the light source emitter, when the size of a tablet is qualified, the light signals sent out by the light source emitter are shielded by the tablet, and when the tablet is incomplete, the light signals sent out by the light source emitter pass through the light passing hole and are received by the light source receiver;
the mounting plate is mounted at the bottom of the bracket, the push rod is mounted on the mounting plate, and when the light source receiver receives a light signal, the push rod flies the tablets corresponding to the screening gap;
the receiving tray is arranged on the bracket, is close to the third guide roller and is used for receiving tablets hit by the push rod.

a lifting table mounted on the base;
the guide block is arranged on the lifting platform;

the guide piece is arranged on the guide curved plate, one end of the guide piece is connected with the side wall of the storage tray, and the other end of the guide piece is positioned above the screening column.

the tablets at the screening gap are continuously conveyed towards the direction of a third guide roller, and in the conveying process, the steering roller drives the screening column to rotate so as to adjust the position of the tablets on the screening column, and when gaps of the tablets contact the screening column, the tablets fall into the grinding gap to be ground and then fall into the collecting groove;
step four, when the tablet passes through the space between the light source receiver and the light source emitter and the tablet size is normal, the tablet shields the light signal emitted by the light source emitter, and when the tablet is incomplete, the tablet sinks at the screening gap under the rotation adjustment action of the screening column, so that the light source receiver receives the light signal emitted by the light source emitter to judge that the tablet is incomplete;
fifthly, a pushing rod flies the incomplete tablets to a receiving tray;
and step six, the tablets fall into the tablet packaging station after passing through the third guide roller.
