In an alternative embodiment, the sleep state data may specifically include: at least one of heart rate, respiratory rate, single sleep time, average sleep time, sleep report, sleep quality score. The single sleep time is the time spent from the current sleep-aiding starting time to the shallow sleep time of any sleep period in the current adjustment period; the average sleeping time length is the average value of the single sleeping time lengths of at least two sleeping periods in the current adjusting period; the sleep report comprises sleep stage information of at least one sleep period in the current adjustment period; the sleep quality score is the result of scoring the sleep state of at least one sleep cycle in the current adjustment cycle.
The sleep aiding effect characterization data specifically may include: the heart rate or the respiratory rate of the user decreases from the current sleep-aiding starting time to the shallow sleep period in any sleep period in the current adjustment period; or, the average value of the decreasing rate of the heart rate or the breathing frequency of the user from the current sleep-aiding starting time to the entering of the shallow sleep period in the whole sleep period in the current adjustment period.
Because the influence degree of different data items in the sleep state data on the sleep-aiding effect is different, in other embodiments, different weights can be allocated to each item of data included in the sleep state data, sleep-aiding effect representation data corresponding to the current sleep state data is calculated according to the weights, the sleep-aiding effect representation data can be expressed specifically through scores, and at the moment, sleep-aiding effects corresponding to various different configuration states can be simply and accurately identified.
In addition, the intelligent sleep aiding method can further comprise the following two control schemes for automatically starting the sleep aiding equipment:
(1) And monitoring the on-off state of the illuminating lamp in the sleeping environment in a preset sleeping time period, and controlling the sleep-aiding equipment to start sleep-aiding work when the illuminating lamp is switched from the on state to the off state.
Further, there may be two schemes for monitoring the on-off state of the illumination lamp, one is to build in a photosensor in the illumination lamp, and monitor the light-dark change by the photosensor, so as to determine the on-off state of the illumination lamp; and the other is that the lighting lamp is connected with the sleep aiding device of the embodiment through a network, and the sleep aiding device obtains a switch control signal from the lighting lamp, so that the switch state of the lighting lamp is judged.
(2) According to a plurality of pressure sensing sensors arranged in the mattress, the stress area of the mattress is estimated, when the size of the stress area of the mattress enters a range exceeding a preset threshold value, the posture of a user is judged to be adjusted to be a sleeping posture, and then the sleeping assisting equipment is controlled to start sleeping assisting work.
Therefore, the automatic starting of the sleep assisting device can be realized, and the time point of the automatic starting is the time when the preset monitoring target meets the preset condition, and the time can reflect the situation that the user starts sleeping to a large extent, so that the continuous time of the user in the awake period after the sleep assisting is started can be accurately monitored subsequently, and a foundation is laid for accurate analysis of the sleep assisting effect.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the invention also provides intelligent sleep-aiding equipment, which comprises: a memory and a processor, the memory for storing a computer program; the processor is configured to execute the intelligent sleep-aiding method as described above when the computer program is invoked.
The intelligent sleep-aiding device can be any device with sleep-aiding function, such as massage device, music playing device, aromatherapy device, magnetic therapy device and the like.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that all or a portion of the steps in the intelligent sleep aiding method described above may be performed by instructions, or by controlling associated hardware by instructions, which may be stored on a computer readable storage medium and loaded and executed by a processor.
To this end, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium, in which a plurality of instructions are stored, where the instructions can be loaded by a processor to perform the steps in the intelligent sleep aiding method provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
Wherein the storage medium may include: read Only Memory (ROM), random access Memory (RAM, random Access Memory), magnetic or optical disk, and the like.

1. An intelligent sleep aiding method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining a working parameter set of the sleep-aiding device, wherein the working parameter set has a standard configuration state; the working parameter set comprises a plurality of working parameters, and each working parameter is configured with a corresponding standard parameter value in the standard configuration state;
during the working period of the sleep-aiding equipment, monitoring and recording sleep state data of a user when the sleep-aiding equipment works according to the working parameter set in the current configuration state in real time; meanwhile, the standard configuration state is taken as a reference, the current configuration state of the working parameter set is finely adjusted every other preset adjustment period, and the continuous working period of the sleep assisting equipment in the current configuration state at least comprises a sleep period, wherein the sleep period at least comprises a awake period and a shallow sleep period;
analyzing the recorded sleep state data corresponding to a plurality of different configuration states to obtain sleep-aiding effect characterization data corresponding to each of the plurality of different configuration states;
and comparing the sleep-aiding effect characterization data, selecting a configuration state corresponding to the sleep-aiding effect characterization data which characterizes the best sleep-aiding effect as a target configuration state, and then controlling the sleep-aiding equipment to work according to the target configuration state.
2. The intelligent sleep aiding method according to claim 1, wherein the method for fine tuning the current configuration state of the working parameter set every preset adjustment period based on the standard configuration state comprises:
taking the standard configuration state as a benchmark, presetting a plurality of reference configuration states for the working parameter set, wherein the working parameter set has at least one unequal parameter value of working parameters in any two reference configuration states;
and sequentially fine-tuning the current configuration state of the working parameter set to each reference configuration state every other preset adjustment period according to a preset adjustment sequence.
3. The intelligent sleep aiding method according to claim 1, wherein the method for fine tuning the current configuration state of the working parameter set every preset adjustment period based on the standard configuration state comprises:
setting corresponding parameter adjustment curves for all working parameters of the working parameter set respectively by taking the standard configuration state as a reference;
and gradually fine-tuning the current configuration state of the working parameter set every other preset adjustment period according to the parameter adjustment curve.
4. The intelligent sleep-aiding method according to claim 1, wherein the sleep state data comprises: at least one of heart rate, respiratory rate, single fall asleep duration, average fall asleep duration, sleep report, sleep quality score;
the single sleep time length is the time length spent from the current sleep-aiding starting time to the shallow sleep time of any sleep period in the current adjustment period; the average sleeping time length is the average value of single sleeping time lengths of at least two sleeping periods in the current adjusting period; the sleep report comprises sleep stage information of at least one sleep period in the current adjustment period, the sleep period is composed of a plurality of sleep stages, and the sleep stages are a waking period, a shallow sleep period, a deep sleep period or a dream period; the sleep quality score is a score result of the sleep state of at least one sleep cycle in the current adjustment cycle.
5. The intelligent sleep aiding method according to claim 1, wherein the sleep aiding effect characterization data comprises:
the heart rate or the respiratory rate of the user decreases from the current sleep-aiding starting time to the shallow sleep period in any sleep period in the current adjustment period;
or, the average value of the decreasing rate of the heart rate or the breathing frequency of the user between the current sleep-aiding starting time and the entering of the shallow sleep period in the whole sleep period in the current adjustment period.

The intelligent sleep aiding method according to claim 1, further comprising: and monitoring the on-off state of an illuminating lamp in a sleeping environment in a preset sleeping time period, and controlling the sleep assisting equipment to start the sleep assisting work when the illuminating lamp is switched from the on state to the off state.

The intelligent sleep aiding method according to claim 1, further comprising: estimating the stress area of the mattress according to a plurality of pressure sensing sensors arranged in the mattress, and when the size of the stress area enters a range exceeding a preset threshold value, judging that the posture of a user is adjusted to be a sleeping posture, and controlling the sleeping assisting equipment to start sleeping assisting work.
8. The intelligent sleep aiding method according to claim 1, wherein the preset adjustment period is at least one day.
9. The intelligent sleep-aiding method according to claim 1, wherein,
when the sleep assisting device is a massage device, the working parameter set comprises a swinging/vibrating frequency, a swinging/vibrating amplitude, a swinging/vibrating direction, a swinging/vibrating duration and a massage position;
when the sleep-aiding device is a music playing device, the working parameter set includes: music type, play volume and/or play duration;
when the sleep-aiding device is a fragrance device, the working parameter set includes: aromatherapy fragrance, volatilization speed and/or working time;
when the sleep-aiding device is a magnetic therapy device, the working parameter set includes: magnetic field strength, vibration frequency, heating temperature, and/or operating time.
10. An intelligent sleep-aiding device is characterized by comprising a memory and a processor;
the memory is used for storing instructions;
the processor configured to execute the instructions in the memory to implement the intelligent sleep aiding method of any one of claims 1 to 9.
11. A storage medium comprising instructions that when executed on a computer cause the computer to perform the intelligent sleep-aiding method of any of claims 1 to 9.
