When the sealing pressurizing structure 5 is used, the pressurizing plate 502 is driven to move in the vertical direction through the lifting device 501, when the lifting device 501 moves upwards to the highest point, the pressurizing plate 502 is positioned at the highest point, at the moment, one side of the pressure relief groove 405 is positioned in a space between the pressurizing plate 502 and one side of the cavity 401, which is close to the decocting cylinder 1, so that water vapor discharged from the decocting cylinder 1 is discharged out of the decocting cylinder 1 through the cavity 401 and the pressure relief groove 405, and the problem that dangers are caused by overhigh air pressure inside the decocting cylinder 1 is avoided.
