Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to like or similar methods or methods having like or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below are exemplary and intended to illustrate the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention, and all other embodiments, based on the embodiments of the present invention, which may be obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without inventive effort, are within the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of the present invention proposes a consumable type ventricle endoscope including a consumable endoscope handle and a consumable endoscope tube 3. Wherein the consumable endoscope handle comprises a rotary control member 1 and a handle body 2. Wherein, consumable endoscope pipe 3 means that the body of endoscope is disposable, can throw away after the use once, need not retrieve, dismantle, cleaning and disinfecting and assemble again. In addition, the consumable endoscope handle is disposable, and the handle can be discarded after being used once without recovery, disassembly, cleaning and disinfection and reassembly. The ventricular endoscope is a medical endoscope suitable for accessing the cranium brain cavity.
In a first aspect, the consumable endoscope tube 3 is provided with a bending-adjustable hard tube 30 and a bending-adjustable hose 31, the bending-adjustable hose 31 is arranged at the ventricle entry end of the bending-adjustable hard tube 30, and the bending-adjustable hard tube 30 provides support for the bending-adjustable hose 31. Wherein, the bending-adjustable hard pipe 30 can be made of hard steel pipe, and the bending-adjustable hose 31 can be made of soft steel pipe. The hardness of the bending-adjustable hose 31 may be set in actual conditions with respect to the hardness of the bending-adjustable hard tube 30, for example, the bending of the bending-adjustable hose 31 may be bent in one direction by more than 90 degrees from the straightened state of the bending-adjustable hose 31. The bending degree of the bending-adjustable hard pipe 30 is smaller than the hardness of the bending-adjustable soft pipe 31 because the bending-adjustable soft pipe 31 needs to be supported. In use, when the bending adjustable hose 31 is bent to a certain extent, the bending adjustable hose 31 can obtain a larger detection range and a larger operation space in the ventricle by moderately bending the bending adjustable hard tube 30. It should be noted that, in the prior art, since the ventricle endoscope is an endoscope which is repeatedly recycled and sterilized, the hard tube part cannot be bent, and if bending occurs, the hard tube part of the existing ventricle endoscope cannot be recycled, and therefore, the hard tube part of the existing ventricle endoscope is made of inflexible hard steel. For this reason, it has been considered by those of ordinary skill in the art that the hard tube portion of the brain endoscope cannot be bent, for example, the operator cannot manually bend the hard tube portion of the brain endoscope, so that those of ordinary skill in the art cannot want to obtain a larger detection range and operation space in the brain ventricle by moderately bending the bending adjustable hard tube 30 when the bending adjustable soft tube 31 is bent to a certain extent. Through the consumable type ventricle endoscope provided by the embodiment of the invention, one of ordinary skill in the art can overcome the technical prejudice and realize the bending-adjustable hard tube 30 in the invention.
In the second aspect, the consumable endoscope handle is connected to the handle connection end of the bending-adjustable rigid tube 30, for controlling the consumable endoscope tube 3 to rotate as a whole and controlling the bending and straightening of the bending-adjustable flexible tube 31.
Because electronic devices such as a lens and a light source are arranged in the flexible tube 31 with adjustable curvature, the consumable endoscope handle is used for controlling the whole rotation of the consumable endoscope tube 3 and controlling the flexible tube 31 with adjustable curvature to bend and straighten, so that a larger detection range and a larger operation space can be obtained.
In some embodiments, a consumable endoscope handle includes a rotary control member 1 and a handle body 2; one end of the rotary control member 1 is fixed with the handle connecting end of the bending adjustable hard tube 30, and the other end is rotatably connected with the handle body 2. In this embodiment, the rotary control member 1 can be rotated left and right, thereby controlling the entire rotation of the consumable endoscope tube 3, for example, by 210 ° or more in one direction.
In some embodiments, a bending control rope 22 is arranged inside the handle body 2, and a control wheel 23 is arranged on the handle body 2; one end of the bending control rope 22 passes through the bending-adjustable hard pipe 30 and is connected with the bending-adjustable hose 31, and the other end of the bending control rope 22 is connected with the control wheel 23; the control wheel 23 partially exposes the outer wall of the handle body 2 to form a rotation operation part, and the control wheel 23 drives the bending control rope 22 when an operator rotates the rotation operation part, so that the bending control rope 22 drives the bending adjustable hose 31 to bend. In this embodiment, the control wheel 23 partially exposes the outer wall of the handle body 2 to form a rotation operation portion, so that an operator can conveniently rotate the rotation operation portion to drive the bending control rope 22, so that the bending control rope 22 drives the bending adjustable hose 31 to bend.
In some embodiments, the handle body 2 is internally provided with an operation pipe 21, and the handle body 2 is provided with a forceps opening 24; a part of the forceps opening 24 is positioned in the handle body 2 and is communicated with the first communication part of the operation pipeline 21, and a part of the forceps opening 24 is exposed out of the outer wall of the handle body 2 for an operator to enter and exit the operation forceps; the operation pipe 21 communicates with the internal passage of the consumable endoscope tube 3. In this embodiment, the handle body 2 is provided with the forceps opening 24, a part of the forceps opening 24 is located inside the handle body 2 and is communicated with the first communication part of the operation pipeline 21, a part of the forceps opening 24 exposes out of the outer wall of the handle body 2, and an operator can let tools such as surgical forceps pass through the operation pipeline 21 of the handle body 2 and the internal channel of the consumable endoscope tube 3 through the forceps opening 24, so that tools such as surgical forceps can enter and exit the ventricle.
In some embodiments, the operating tube 21 is used as a surgical tube and a suction tube, and the suction tube interface 25 is arranged on the handle body 2; the suction tube interface 25 is partially located inside the handle body 2 and is communicated with the second communication part of the operation pipeline 21, and the outer wall of the handle body 2 is partially exposed out of the suction tube interface 25 and is communicated with a liquid suction tube which is communicated with a suction pump, and the suction pump provides suction of different levels. In this embodiment, the operation pipe and the suction pipe share one operation pipe 21, so that the internal structure of the handle body 2 can be more compact and simple, and the production cost of the consumable endoscope handle can be reduced. In addition, since the liquid suction tube is communicated with the suction pump, the suction pump provides different levels of suction, so that an operator can select different levels of suction by the suction pump to acquire ventricular sample tissues and clean ventricular residual tissues.
In some embodiments, the handle body 2 is provided with a flow control valve 20; the flow control valve 20 includes a pipe contact portion 200 located inside the handle body 2 and a fine adjustment control portion 201 exposing an outer wall of the handle body 2; when the operator operates the fine adjustment control portion 201 of the flow control valve 20, the fine adjustment control portion 201 drives the pipe contact portion 200 of the flow control valve 20 to contact the operation pipe 21 to change the inner space of the operation pipe 21. In this embodiment, since the flow control valve 20 is provided on the handle body 2, the operator can operate the fine adjustment control portion 201 of the flow control valve 20, and the pipe contact portion 200 of the flow control valve 20 is driven to contact the operation pipe 21 to change the internal space of the operation pipe 21, thereby realizing the change of the size of the internal space of the operation pipe 21 and performing flow control. When the ventricular tissue sample and the ventricular residual tissue are obtained and cleaned, the suction pump can select different levels of suction to achieve the purpose of flow control, but once the suction pump is selected, the flow is selected, and the flow cannot be further finely controlled under the suction condition of the selected level. Since the ventricle environment is very special, the flow control is not adequate, and there is a high possibility of secondary injury to the patient, in this embodiment, by setting the flow control valve 20, the operator can operate the fine adjustment control portion 201 of the flow control valve 20, and drive the pipe contact portion 200 of the flow control valve 20 to contact the operation pipe 21 to change the internal space of the operation pipe 21, for example, to press the operation pipe 21 by using the pipe contact portion 200 to deform the operation pipe 21, thereby changing the size of the internal space of the operation pipe 21, and performing fine adjustment of the flow under a certain suction level.
It should be noted that, in the prior art, since the endoscope handle needs to be recycled, the ordinary skilled person has made a technical prejudice that the operation pipe 21 cannot be deformed by pressing it by an external force, otherwise the recycling rate is affected. However, by describing the present embodiment, since one of ordinary skill in the art knows that the endoscope handle is a disposable consumable and needs to be discarded once, the technical prejudice that the operation pipe 21 cannot be deformed by being squeezed by an external force can be overcome, so that the flow control valve 20 of the present embodiment can be realized.
In some embodiments, the handle body 2 is provided with a power and signal interface 26, and the power and signal interface 26 comprises an internal connection end positioned inside the handle body 2 and an external connection end exposing the outer wall of the handle body 2; an electronic device is arranged in the flexible pipe 31 with adjustable curvature, and the electronic device is connected with a wire; the lead passes through the consumable endoscope tube 3 and the consumable endoscope handle and is electrically connected with the internal connection end of the power supply and signal interface 26; the external terminal of the power and signal interface 26 is connected to the host.
In some embodiments, the power and signal interface 26 is located at the rear end of the handle body 2, with the socket orientation of the power and signal interface 26 being in the same direction as the axial direction of the handle body 2. In this embodiment, since the socket direction of the power and signal interface 26 is in the same direction as the axial direction of the handle body 2, interference of the power line and the signal line can be avoided, the operation is convenient, and the operation efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the suction tube interface 25 is located at the rear end of the handle body 2, on one side of the power and signal interface 26; the opening direction of the suction tube interface 25 forms a first set included angle with the socket direction of the power and signal interface 26. In this embodiment, since the suction tube interface 25 is located at the tail end of the handle body 2 and is located at one side of the power supply and the signal interface 26, the opening direction of the suction tube interface 25 and the socket direction of the power supply and the signal interface 26 are at a first set included angle, so that interference of the power supply line, the signal line or the suction tube can be avoided, the operation is convenient, and the operation efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the jaw opening 24 is located on the front side of the handle body 2, close to the rotary control 1; the opening direction of the forceps opening 24 forms a second set included angle with the axial direction of the handle body 2. In this embodiment, since the jaw opening 24 is located at the front side of the handle body 2 and is close to the rotary control member 1, the opening direction of the jaw opening 24 and the axial direction of the handle body 2 form a second set included angle, so that the operation habit is more met, the operation is convenient, and the operation efficiency is improved.
