As can be seen from Table 1, the rice treated by the method of the present invention has a limited reduction in water content after long-term storage, and thus the rice treated by the method of the present invention can maintain a relatively stable storage property.
The fatty acid value of rice was measured on the side of the sample based on example 1 by referring to GB/T20569-2006, and the change in fatty acid value of rice was observed with the storage time, as shown in FIG. 1.
The fatty acid value of the rice was measured on the side of the fatty acid value, and the change in the fatty acid value after 120d storage was compared with the plasma treatment time based on the sample of example 1 by referring to GB/T20569-2006 standard, as shown in FIG. 2.
Based on example 1, the effect of different gas protection on catalase activity during rice storage was compared as shown in FIG. 3;
comparative example 1 was encapsulated with pure nitrogen and comparative example 2 was encapsulated with pure carbon dioxide.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
