A method for a tobacco intelligent warehouse evaluation system comprises the following steps:
s1, when the system is used, the cloud platform automatically acquires and records data information stored in tobacco, and meanwhile, a user can check the running state of each device and the data of the tobacco through a warehouse management system;
s2, the intelligent fault diagnosis system can prompt and alarm equipment fault problems in real time, and can rapidly diagnose and locate fault points and accurately diagnose fault types;
s3, a user can monitor the running condition of the equipment in real time through a visual monitoring system, and fault data are transmitted to a cloud platform for analysis and processing;
s4, the accurate positioning system can position fault points, electric circuits and related components when the fault intelligent diagnosis system gives an alarm;
s5, the intelligent inspection system can perform multiple functions of data acquisition, arrangement, analysis, exchange, decision making and warning so as to feed back the situation to the fault intelligent diagnosis system at the first time when a potential risk or fault problem is found;
s6, the RFID identification system is used for inquiring the processing condition, the life cycle and the daily maintenance condition of the tobacco by a user.

1. An intelligent tobacco warehouse evaluation system, comprising:
the cloud platform is used for acquiring and storing relevant data of tobacco, the cloud platform is used for supporting user configuration parameters, regulating and controlling the running state of equipment relevant to the tobacco storage process based on the configured parameters, analyzing and generating an analysis report and an early warning report and displaying the analysis report and the early warning report on the relevant data of the tobacco storage process, an execution layer, a monitoring layer and a management layer are arranged in the cloud platform, the execution layer comprises a transportation service management module, a loading and unloading transportation service module and a storage service management module, the monitoring layer comprises a data monitoring module, an environment monitoring module and a logistics operation monitoring module, and the management layer comprises a logistics resource management module, a financial management module, a safety management module, a comprehensive management module, an information docking module and an information analysis service module;
the warehouse management system is interacted with a user through a warehouse management interface and is used for monitoring and displaying relevant data stored in tobacco;
the intelligent fault diagnosis system is used for solving the problems of failure removal dependence experience, narrow maintenance coverage and maintenance difficulty of logistics equipment in the use process, is capable of rapidly diagnosing and positioning fault points and accurately diagnosing fault types and providing visual monitoring, intelligent identification, accurate positioning, man-machine interaction lifting and intelligent inspection functions;
the visual monitoring system utilizes a monitoring PC end, the visual monitoring system is upwards connected with the cloud platform and downwards monitors the PLC, the real-time monitoring equipment integrally operates and serves as an intermediate medium between the PLC and the cloud platform, and the monitoring PC end can transmit collected fault data to the cloud platform for analysis and processing;
the accurate positioning system is used for positioning fault points, electric circuits and associated components and comprises an electric circuit positioning module and an associated component positioning module, wherein the associated component positioning module comprises two types of component association and spare part association;
the intelligent inspection system is used for multiple functions of data acquisition, arrangement, analysis, exchange, decision making and warning so as to be capable of being fed back at the first time when potential risks or fault problems are found;
the RFID identification system contains code numbers, factories, batches, levels, ages, production areas, types and biochemical index information of tobacco redrying factories, can be dynamically updated and maintained in the processes of long raw material life cycle and daily maintenance, and can be used for reading enterprise identity information by using cleaning codes in the production and offline, raw material warehouse entry and raw material warehouse entry of redrying enterprises and in the links of raw material warehouse entry, raw material warehouse entry and raw material feeding production and transportation of industrial enterprises, so that the whole process tracing of raw material inventory and the product quality tracking are realized.

The intelligent tobacco warehousing evaluation system according to claim 1, wherein the transportation service management module is used for realizing unified submission, assignment, decomposition and assembly, transportation task scheduling, transportation link tracking and management of a transportation execution plan through a logistics comprehensive management platform, realizing execution and verification of the transportation plan, and embodying a transportation execution process according to the plan as a tap;
