Abstract

In industrial production of electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, pharmacy, cement, urban water supply, food and beverage and the like, the production process needs to be adjusted according to the pH value detection result of the medium. The pH test paper is the simplest method for detecting the pH value, but the method has low detection precision; the pH electrode detection is convenient and can realize real-time online detection, and the measuring pool is used as matched equipment for the pH electrode detection, and only a few pH electrode manufacturers are provided, but because of high price, an enterprise generally manufactures a nonstandard single-measuring-point measuring pool according to the space and the pipeline layout of a production site, and the pipeline layout of the production site is complicated by manufacturing the nonstandard measuring pool on site. Moreover, when double-measuring-point measurement is needed, the difference of detection results is large due to different measuring point media of each measuring pool, the accuracy of the detection results of the pH electrode is reduced, and the control of the production process is influenced.

The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art, and provides the double-measuring-point pH online measuring pool which is simple in structure and convenient to install and use, and the two measuring points are provided with one measuring pool, so that the occupied area is reduced, the accuracy of a process medium detection result is improved, and a more reliable basis is provided for the adjustment of a production process.

The pH meter electrode mounting hole is detachably connected with the pH meter electrode fixing pipe, the liquid inlet is detachably connected with the liquid inlet pipe, and the liquid outlet is detachably connected with the liquid outlet pipe respectively, so that the later overhaul and maintenance are facilitated.
