Six warp stop strips are selected in the reed threading procedure, and double heddle strings are adopted, and 12-34 warp stop strips are threaded in the same direction.
The speed of the on-hook weaving process is 700 revolutions per minute, and the on-hook tension is as follows: 2.1 kilonewtons; the opening time is 299 °.
The Q value of the on-hook weaving process is 80%, the normal pressure value of the main jet is 80%, and the opening amount is as follows: the first to fourth pages are 160 mm, 150 mm, 140 mm, 130 mm, respectively. The heald frame is 70mm in height, the back beam is 4 grids deep and 4 grids deep, and the drop frame is 0 grid deep and 6 grids high.

the braking height of the PFT is 4.5-5.5 mm, the braking time is 5-6 ms, and the distance between the last three auxiliary spraying points is 35-39mm.
