An environment-friendly asphalt improver consists of the following raw materials: 40wt% of dispersing agent, 35wt% of antioxidant and 25wt% of odor reactant.
The dispersing agent is glycerin fatty acid ester.
The antioxidant consists of 50wt% of antioxidant 618 and 50wt% of antioxidant 1010.
The odor reactant consisted of 30wt% citral, 35wt% citronellal, and 35wt% hexadecenal.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly asphalt improver comprises the following steps: adding the glycerin fatty acid ester into a blending kettle, heating to 130 ℃, adding the antioxidant 1010, the antioxidant 618, the citral, the citronellal and the hexadecene aldehyde, and stirring for 30 minutes at 300 rpm to obtain the environment-friendly asphalt modifier.
Example 5
An environment-friendly asphalt improver consists of the following raw materials: 30wt% of dispersing agent, 35wt% of antioxidant and 35wt% of odor reactant.
The dispersant consisted of 50wt% succinimide with 50wt% pentaerythritol oleate.
The antioxidant consists of 50wt% of antioxidant 618 and 50wt% of antioxidant 1010.
The odor reactant consisted of 30wt% citral, 35wt% citronellal, and 35wt% hexadecenal.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly asphalt improver comprises the following steps: adding pentaerythritol oleate and succinimide into a blending kettle, heating to 130 ℃, stirring for 30 minutes at 300 rpm, adding antioxidant 1010, antioxidant 618, citral, citronellal and hexadecenal, and stirring for 30 minutes at 300 rpm to obtain the environment-friendly asphalt modifier.
Example 6
An environment-friendly asphalt improver consists of the following raw materials: 30wt% of dispersing agent, 35wt% of antioxidant and 35wt% of odor reactant.
The dispersant consisted of 50wt% monoglyceride and 50wt% succinimide.
The antioxidant consists of 50wt% of antioxidant 618 and 50wt% of antioxidant 1010.
The odor reactant consisted of 50wt% alpha-hexyl cinnamaldehyde and 50wt% hexadecene aldehyde.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly asphalt improver comprises the following steps: adding glycerin fatty acid ester and succinimide into a blending kettle, heating to 130 ℃, stirring for 30 minutes at 300 rpm, adding antioxidant 1010, antioxidant 618, hexyl cinnamaldehyde and hexadecene aldehyde, and stirring for 30 minutes at 300 rpm to obtain the environment-friendly asphalt improver.
Evaluation of Performance
The environment-friendly asphalt improvers prepared in examples 1 to 5 were added to asphalt preheated to 140 c, respectively, wherein the environment-friendly asphalt improvers prepared in examples 1, 2 and 3 were added at 0.05wt% of the mass of asphalt, and the environment-friendly asphalt improvers prepared in examples 4, 5 and 6 were added at 0.01wt% of the mass of asphalt. After the addition of the environment-friendly asphalt modifier is finished, stirring for 30 minutes at 300 revolutions per minute, uniformly mixing, detecting asphalt indexes and asphalt smoke composition, and comparing with a blank sample under the same process, wherein the results are shown in the table 1 and the table 2:

Claims (10)

1. An environment-friendly asphalt improver comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
20-65% of dispersing agent;
15-40% of antioxidant;
15-40% of an odor reactant;
wherein the odor reactant comprises one or more of limonene, terpinene, phellandrene, alpha-terpinene, pinene, abietyl alcohol, myrtenol, verbenol, citral, citronellal, hydroxycitronellal, phellandrene, perillaldehyde, menthone, carvone, dihydrocarvone, piperonyl, camphor, methylnonenal, isopentenyl aldehyde, methylpentyl cinnamaldehyde, ethylcinnamaldehyde, alpha-hexyl cinnamaldehyde, 9-decenal, 2-tridecenal, and hexadecenal.
2. The environment-friendly asphalt improver according to claim 1, which comprises, in mass percent:
30-50% of dispersing agent;
20-35% of antioxidant;
20-40% of an odor reactant;
wherein the odor reactant includes a plurality of limonene, terpinene, citral, citronellal, alpha-hexyl cinnamaldehyde, and hexadecenal.
3. The environment-friendly asphalt improver according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the odor reactant is a mixture of limonene, terpinene and alpha-hexyl cinnamaldehyde, or a mixture of citral, citronellal and hexadecenal, or a mixture of alpha-hexyl cinnamaldehyde and hexadecenal.
Preferably, the odor reactant is a mixture of limonene, terpinene, and alpha-hexyl cinnamaldehyde.
Preferably, the content of the limonene in the mixture is 10-50 wt%, the content of the terpinene in the mixture is 10-50 wt%, and the content of the alpha-hexyl cinnamaldehyde in the mixture is 30-70 wt%.
Preferably, the content of the limonene in the mixture is 20-40 wt%, the content of the terpinene in the mixture is 20-40 wt%, and the content of the alpha-hexyl cinnamaldehyde in the mixture is 40-60 wt%.
Preferably, the content of the limonene in the mixture is 25wt%, the content of the terpinene in the mixture is 25wt%, and the content of the alpha-hexyl cinnamaldehyde in the mixture is 50wt%.
4. An environmentally friendly asphalt modifier according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the dispersant comprises one or more of ethylene glycol butyl ether acetate, diethylene glycol butyl ether acetate, pentaerythritol tetraisooctanoate, pentaerythritol benzoate, pentaerythritol isononanoate, pentaerythritol triacrylate, pentaerythritol tetraisostearate, pentaerythritol tetraacrylate, rosin glycerol ester, rosin pentaerythritol ester, pentaerythritol oleate, pentaerythritol tetramyristate, neopentyl glycol dioleate, glycerol monofatty acid ester, ethylene glycol oleate, glycerol mono-octadecanoate, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, triethylene glycol diisooctanoate, succinimide, bissuccinimide, boronated succinimide, and polyisobutenyl butanediamide.
5. The environmentally friendly asphalt modifier of claim 4 wherein said dispersant comprises one or more of succinimide, pentaerythritol oleate, and glycerol mono-fatty acid ester.
Preferably, the dispersant is selected from two of succinimide and pentaerythritol oleate.
Preferably, the dispersing agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40 to 60 weight percent of succinimide and 40 to 60 weight percent of pentaerythritol oleate.
Preferably, the dispersing agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50wt% of succinimide and 50wt% of pentaerythritol oleate.
6. The environment-friendly asphalt improver according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the antioxidant comprises one or more of pentaerythritol dioctadecyl phosphite, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, octadecyl 3- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate, pentaerythritol tetrakis [ beta- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate ], 1,3, 5-trimethyl-2, 4, 6-tris (3, 5-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl) benzene and 1,3, 5-tris (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl) isocyanuric acid.
7. The environment-friendly asphalt modifier according to claim 6, wherein the antioxidant comprises pentaerythritol tetrakis [ beta- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate ] and/or distearyl pentaerythritol diphosphite.
8. A method of preparing the environment-friendly asphalt improver of any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
and heating and mixing the dispersing agent, the antioxidant and the odor reactant to obtain the environment-friendly asphalt improver.
9. An environmentally friendly asphalt comprising the environmentally friendly asphalt improver of any one of claims 1 to 7 and a base asphalt.
10. The environment-friendly asphalt according to claim 9, wherein the mass ratio of the environment-friendly asphalt improver to the base asphalt is (0.01 to 0.1): 100.
