Further, the composite roller is located at the rear side of the shaping piece 23, can press and hold the whole transverse area of the base fabric 5, can play a shaping role, and prevents flanging and bending phenomena after edge wrapping. In order to adapt the conveying stability of the material on the rear side of the composite roller, the influence of the fluctuation of the material feeding attached to the composite roller during shaping is reduced, and the tensioning and adjusting device 27 can play a role in buffering transition, so that the material on the rear side is smoother and more stable.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the punching mechanism 300 is provided with a punching frame 31 made of an aluminum alloy section, a conveying belt capable of moving in a stepping manner is arranged on the punching frame 31, the conveying belt is a belt 32 type conveying belt, a pressing roller is arranged at the front end of the conveying belt and used for clamping and restraining cloth and the conveying belt, the cloth can move backwards along with the conveying belt, driving force is provided for conveying the base cloth 5, a punching assembly capable of lifting is arranged above the conveying belt, the punching assembly is provided with a cutter plate 35, the cutter plate 35 is provided with two triangular blades which are arranged in a staggered manner in a reverse direction, a punching frame 34 connected with the punching frame 31 is arranged above the cutter plate 35, a punching driving piece 36 is arranged on the punching frame 34, a telescopic rod is adopted for vertically downwards moving an air cylinder, a cutter plate slider 37 is hinged to the bottom end of the telescopic rod, a horizontally left-right-oriented guide rail is fixedly arranged on the top surface of the cutter plate 35, the punching piece driving piece 36 can drive the cutter plate 35 to move up and down, and the height of the cutter plate 35 is adjusted. Further, a vertical punching guide rod 38 is arranged on the outer side of the punching frame 34, a punching driving piece 39 is connected to the lower portion of the punching guide rod 38 in a transmission mode, and the punching driving piece 39 specifically adopts an air cylinder, so that the punching guide rod 38 can be driven to drive the punching frame 34 to lift, and further the blades can be used for punching cloth on a conveying belt, and triangular plates for umbrella cloth processing are obtained. The discharging mechanism 400 is located at the rear side of the sheet punching mechanism 300, and is provided with a plurality of groups of double-roller structures for outputting the triangular sheet at the rear side, and the discharging mechanism 400 is in the prior art, and the specific structure and the working principle are not described here again.
