To achieve these objects and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the invention, there is provided a method for removing adhesion in a corrugated paper film coating line, comprising at least 10 or more hot plates arranged in a line advancing direction; the method is characterized in that:
a first atomization spraying device is arranged between a first hot plate at the front 1/6 position of the production line and an adjacent second hot plate; a second atomizing and spraying device is arranged between the third hot plate and the fourth hot plate adjacent to the third hot plate; the first atomizing spray device and the second atomizing spray device comprise at least more than 10 atomizing nozzles which are arranged in parallel along the advancing direction perpendicular to the production line;
after the corrugated paper film coating production line is started, drawing lining paper, corrugated paper, facial tissues and the film coating to synchronously enter the production line, wherein one surface of the film coating, which is contacted with the hot plate, sequentially passes through the first atomizing spray device and the second atomizing spray device, and the atomizing nozzle atomizes water with specified pressure and then sprays the atomized water onto the surface of the film coating, which is contacted with the hot plate; the specified pressure set by the second atomizing spray device is slightly larger than the specified pressure set by the first atomizing spray device.
Preferably, the method further comprises a third atomizing spray device arranged at the front end 2/3 of the production line, wherein the third atomizing spray device comprises at least more than 10 atomizing nozzles which are arranged in parallel along the direction perpendicular to the advancing direction of the production line, and water with specified pressure is atomized through the atomizing nozzles and then sprayed on the surface of the coating film, which is contacted with the hot plate; the specified pressure set by the third atomizing spray device is slightly smaller than the specified pressure set by the first atomizing spray device.
