All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
It should be noted that: like reference numerals and letters denote like items in the following figures, and thus once an item is defined in one figure, no further definition or explanation thereof is necessary in the following figures.
Some embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for processing funds flow data according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, includes:
s110, determining a plurality of pieces of transaction information to be displayed, wherein each piece of transaction information comprises a transfer-out party, a transfer-in party and transaction amount;
wherein, for the transfer-out party, account information of the transfer-out party, attribute information and the like can be included, the account information can include account numbers, the attribute information can include an attribute of the transfer-out party, and the attribute can include industry attribute, type data and the like. For a transferor to include transferor account information, attribute information, etc., the account information may include an account number, the attribute information may include an attribute to which the transferor belongs, the attribute may include an industry attribute, type data, etc.
S120, clustering is carried out on the basis of the transfer-out party to obtain a plurality of transfer-out categories, clustering is carried out on the transfer-in party to obtain a plurality of transfer-in categories, and the total transaction amount of each transfer-out category, the total transaction amount of each transfer-in category and the transaction relation between the transfer-out category and the transfer-in category are determined.
The clustering mode can be determined according to actual needs, for example, a K-means clustering method can be adopted for clustering.
As an example, the data to be clustered may be determined, and first, the data is normalized, the outliers are processed, the missing values are complemented, and in order to smoothly apply the clustering algorithm, all the attributes in the roll-out party or the roll-in party need to be represented in a numerical form. And performing dimension scaling on the numerical indexes to enable the indexes to have the same order of magnitude, otherwise, enabling the clustering result to generate deviation. Features are then extracted, i.e., the original feature set is reduced in dimension. Hierarchical clustering is a very common clustering algorithm, which merges objects closest to each other two by two according to the distance between every two objects, merges new objects generated after merging two by two, and the like until all objects are merged into one class. The contour coefficients are intended to compare the similarity of an object to objects of the same class with the similarity to objects of different classes. The value of the contour coefficient is between-1 and 1, and the larger the contour coefficient is, the better the clustering effect is under the number of the corresponding clusters. In practical application of the contour coefficient, the K value of the contour coefficient cannot be simply taken, and the distribution condition of the clustering result (avoiding the occurrence of oversized groups) needs to be considered, and whether the clustering result is easy to understand and execute from a commercial perspective or not is needed, so that the reasonable K value is comprehensively analyzed and explored. K-means is a distance-based clustering algorithm, and is quite classical, simple and efficient. The main idea is to select K points as initial cluster centers, allocate each object to the nearest center to form K clusters, recalculate the center of each cluster, and repeat the above iterative steps until the clusters are no longer changed or reach the designated number of iterations. The K-means algorithm is calculated by default using Euclidean distance.
The selection of the K value in the K-means may be determined by a display requirement, where the display requirement may be determined by a device capability and a size of a display interface, and the device capability may include parameters such as a pixel and a definition, where the higher the definition is, the larger the value of K is. The size of the display page may refer to the proportion of the display area to the whole screen, and the larger the duty ratio, the larger the value of K may be.
And generating a category-based fund flow chart based on the clustering result after the clustering is completed, and displaying the fund flow chart on a display interface.
S130, analyzing the total transaction amounts of the plurality of outgoing categories, determining the peculiar value therein, and determining a plurality of first outgoing categories corresponding to the total transaction amounts except the peculiar value and a plurality of second outgoing categories corresponding to the peculiar value.
The specific value is a larger or smaller value than the other total transaction amount, and the display of the proportional relationship is not favored by the excessively large value or the excessively small value because the proportional relationship needs to be displayed when the flow direction analysis is performed.
For example, the total transaction amounts are four values of "100", "101", and 1000, respectively, where "1000" is a distinct value, "1000" corresponds to the second rollout category, "100", "101", and "101" corresponds to the first rollout category.
S140, determining a first transfer-in category with a transaction relation with a second transfer-out category in a plurality of transfer-in categories based on the transaction relation between the transfer-out category and the transfer-in category, wherein the second transfer-in category is the non-existence transaction relation; splitting the first transfer-in category into a first sub-transfer-in category and a second sub-transfer-in category, wherein the total transaction amount corresponding to the first sub-transfer-in category corresponds to the first transfer-out category, and the total transaction amount corresponding to the second sub-transfer-in category corresponds to the second transfer-out category.
After the specific value is determined, the data corresponding to the specific value is required to be extracted from the transaction information to be displayed for respective display. That is, based on S140, it is determined whether or not there is a transaction relationship with the account corresponding to the unique value, the presence is divided into one group, and the absence is divided into another group.
S150, generating a first fund flow direction analysis chart according to the transaction relation and the transaction amount based on the first sub-transfer category, the second transfer category and the first transfer category; generating a second fund flow direction analysis chart based on the second sub-transfer-in category and the second transfer-out category according to the transaction relation and the transaction amount, wherein the fund flow direction chart comprises transaction nodes and composite tree-shaped indication lines, the transaction nodes correspond to the transfer-in category or the transfer-out category, the composite tree-shaped indication lines correspond to multiple ends, each end corresponds to one transaction node, and the thickness of each end is related to the transaction amount of the corresponding transaction node.
And screening the information to be displayed, eliminating the specific values such as the maximum value, the minimum value and the like, influencing the distribution, and thus, the obtained lines are uniform in width and good in appearance.
Based on the method, the data corresponding to the specific value and the common data can be respectively generated into the fund flow direction analysis graph, and the fund ratio can be displayed in the fund flow direction analysis graph, so that the fund ratio in the same graph is closer, and the proportion relationship is clearer and is more convenient to read when the fund ratio is displayed. For the generation of the flow diagram reference may be made to the description in connection with the embodiment shown in fig. 2.
