The trusted payment of credit funds is a common means for controlling the use of borrowed funds by banks, and the fundamental purpose of the trusted payment of credit funds is to strictly control the use of funds of borrowers through the trusted payment of credit funds loan and simultaneously directly divide the borrowed funds into final beneficiaries according to the use. From the original execution difficulty to the gradual acceptance by loan banks and borrowers in the course of the development of the trusted payment of credit funds, the loan variety for simultaneously executing the trusted payment also covers almost the whole loan variety from the original limited variety number to the present. Although the trusted payment business of bank credit funds is a good fund flow direction risk control mode which has to be used, the practical effect is poor to some extent, certain risks still exist in the aspect of fund flow direction control, and meanwhile, the credit fund flow direction identification does not form a unified standard in the industry, so that the identification of the return of the trusted payment loan funds becomes one of the difficulties in financial risk prevention and is also an important and complex research subject. Based on this, the following embodiments of the present invention provide a loan fund monitoring scheme to address at least one of the above drawbacks.

In the embodiment of the present application, the target loan includes but is not limited to: trusteeship payment loans, consumption loans, loans with special payment purposes.
In a specific embodiment, the measures taken for extracting the target loan transaction information from a plurality of loan transactions of a specific customer may be extracting the credit transaction data of the customer, the credit transaction detail data of a company customer, the current transaction detail data of a loan account, and the association relationship data of the loan customer within a certain time range, wherein the current transaction detail data specifically includes field information such as a main customer account number, a main customer name, a main customer number, an opponent customer account number, an opponent customer name, a transaction type, a transaction loan flag, a transaction amount, a transaction time, a transaction institution, an abstract, and the like. Specifically, the corporate client credit service transaction detail data sheet records the transaction flow of client loan and repayment, and the corporate client current transaction detail data sheet records all transaction behaviors of the account (including but not limited to loan and repayment behaviors of loan accounts). When the loan account belongs to the inline account, the loan records in the company client credit business transaction detail data table correspond to the loan records in the current transaction detail data table one by one, so that the consistency of the analysis ranges of the credit business loan data, the credit business transaction detail data and the current transaction detail data of the loan account is ensured when the data are extracted. And obtaining the target loan service or account to be monitored according to the extraction of the loan service of the customer. In practice, the business characteristics of ' non-splittable ' (i.e. the capital goes straight out ') of trade financing are considered, so the loan business of trade financing class business can be not considered. This can be done by satisfying target loan data culling by screening subject categories such as short-term unit loan, medium-and-long-term unit loan, joint loan, and banking loan with accounting subject numbers.
And S102, monitoring the fund flow of the target transaction in the target loan account.
In an embodiment of the present application, the target transaction is a transaction with abnormal transaction information, where the abnormal transaction information includes but is not limited to: transactions whose transaction amount exceeds a preset security amount threshold value (e.g., transactions whose transaction amount exceeds a loan bank monitoring transaction amount), transactions whose transaction occurrence place is in a risk region (e.g., transaction occurrence place is in a non-Chinese region or a very resident city of a borrower), transactions whose transaction object accounts belong to a preset risk account (e.g., transactions whose object is loan institution risk fraud or an account identified as having a high risk of cash withdrawal), transactions whose transaction currencies belong to a preset monitoring currency range (e.g., transactions that convert issued RMB loan applications into dollar currency transactions), transactions whose transaction commodity information belongs to a preset risk commodity (e.g., transactions whose transaction product is illegal commodity).
In this embodiment of the present application, when monitoring the flow direction of funds in a target transaction in the target loan account, it is necessary to pre-process the obtained fund flow data or obtain the fund flow data meeting the pre-processing rules from the fund flow according to the pre-processing rules, where the pre-processing rules may include:
(1) checking whether there is a null value or a significant anomaly in the flow of funds to the transit account name (otherwise known as the upstream account name) and (otherwise penalized as the downstream account name) in the tree node. If the null value or the abnormality exists and the restoration cannot be carried out, removing; if the abnormal condition is abnormal and repairable, the processing of blank removing, full half-angle conversion and the like is carried out;
(2) removing transaction records with the collection account names corresponding to the non-entity company names, such as collection account names containing keywords of 'clearing', 'transfer', 'transition account', 'due payment' and the like;
(3) and screening all account data of the clients with the incidence relation with the transfer clients from the incidence relation table of the fund flow direction, and carrying out blank space removal and full half-angle conversion processing on the abnormal client names.
In an embodiment of the present application, the monitoring of the fund flow process of the target transaction in the target loan account includes:
step 1, acquiring a transaction table and an association table of the target transaction fund according to fund chain data of the target transaction information, namely tracking the fund chain data to generate an account dimension fund transaction table (transaction table for short) and a customer dimension association table (relationship table for short) of the fund chain; wherein, the transaction table and the relation table are respectively as follows:
(1) transaction table: containing the name, number and account number of the borrower; names, numbers and account numbers of transaction clients (the clients can be numbered or distinguished in other forms) are participated in the subsequent fund chain; fields such as transaction lending marks, transaction amount converted into RMB, transaction time and the like;
(2) relation table: loan name, loan number, associate name on the funding chain, associate number, relationship type, and the like.
Step 2, building a point file and a relation file of the graph theory network model according to the generated transaction table and the association table; in a specific embodiment, a Neo4j database software platform can be used to construct a graph theory model of the fund chain.
Firstly, point documents consisting of account numbers of a borrower, account numbers of clients participating in transaction and the numbers of the borrower and the associated persons in a relation table in a fund chain in the transaction table;
secondly, the transaction table and the relation table are used as relation files.
And 3, constructing the fund flow direction graph model according to the point file and the relation file.
And 4, monitoring the flow direction of the target fund according to the constructed fund flow graph model.
In a specific embodiment, the monitoring process may track a certain loan longitudinal expansion of the loan accounts according to a certain policy, and find a credit fund flow tree with the loan account as a root node and an account number of an opponent customer as a child node. Each account node comprises a customer number and customer name attributes, and each edge comprises attributes of transaction time, transaction amount to RMB and the like; or when the child nodes in the same level are sequentially ordered from left to right according to the transaction time, and the sum of the transaction amount converted into the RMB is larger than that of the parent node, the transverse expansion is stopped; or according to the association relationship network of the loan client, when the credit fund flow is to the sub-node account number in the tree which is just the root node account number or the account number associated with the root node account number, the tracking monitoring is stopped, and the loan client has an unqualified fund backflow problem.
