Description

Ship module integrated electric fuel pump control device and control method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of ship construction, and particularly relates to a control device and a control method for an integrated electric fuel pump of a ship module.
Background
With the rapid development of area construction technology in modern shipbuilding modes, module construction technology has been developed, which is guided by intermediate products, and aims to realize integration in terms of design, production and management so as to improve construction efficiency and shorten construction period. The module construction technology is not only embodied on a typical intermediate product of a hull block in a functional block, but also embodied on functional modules such as independent systems, subsystems and equipment in the block, so that the installation connection integrity and the integration of external interfaces of system equipment and accessories in the block are improved, the system equipment is complete and modularized, and the installation and operation are more convenient, thus being a technical problem which is always explored in the current real ship design construction.
In the conventional design of the fuel supply system of the marine main propulsion diesel engine, if the main engine is not provided with the engine-mounted fuel pump, the electric fuel pump is independently arranged, the main engine electric fuel supply pump absorbs oil from the main engine daily fuel tank, and is conveyed to the main engine fuel injection system for use, and finally high-pressure fuel in the main engine returns to the main engine daily fuel tank. Typically, for 2 hosts in a nacelle, a backup electric fuel pump is provided in addition to 1 electric fuel pump for each host. Under the condition that any main machine electric fuel pump fails, the fuel pipeline is switched by manually operating valves such as stop valves and reversing valves, and then the main machine standby electric fuel pump is manually controlled to start and stop, so that the standby electric fuel pump can replace the failed pump to work. The main pump is controlled manually or automatically by remote control and controlled manually locally, and the standby pump and the oil way thereof are switched and controlled manually locally. In this conventional design, if a backup pump is used after a failure of a certain main pump, the maneuverability of the main propulsion system and the operation and operation efficiency of the main propulsion device under emergency conditions are affected to some extent. The conventional design of the current control device of the electric fuel pump of the host machine is to respectively arrange independent starter type control devices for three electric fuel pumps, and if the control devices cannot be arranged nearby the fuel pumps, a remote control button box needs to be arranged nearby the fuel pumps locally to realize local control.
The equipment with the conventional design has larger arrangement space requirement, more mounting brackets, and particularly when cabin pumps are more assisted and are more intensively arranged, operators sometimes cannot even quickly position the control device. In the conventional design, the main pump and the standby pump are respectively and independently provided with the control box, so that a user can operate by mistake when the valve is operated and the fuel pump is controlled, and the situation that the main pump and the standby pump are operated simultaneously exceeds the design working condition of the fuel pipeline occurs. The design of the bulk fuel pump, the control device and the pipeline cable accessories thereof has large installation workload on a ship and cannot meet the total section integrity installation process requirement of basically required parallel operation and module combination in the cabin area total section with large system equipment, pipeline and cable outfitting workload.
