Abstract
The invention relates to a water-based foam extinguishing agent, which comprises 15-25 parts of fluorocarbon surfactant, 3-7 parts of hydrocarbon surfactant, 0.2-0.7 part of stabilizer, 0.1-0.5 part of preservative, 1-6 parts of antifreeze agent and the balance of water; sodium ion modified montmorillonite is added into the raw material components, so that the sodium ion modified montmorillonite can be adsorbed on the surface of the foam, and has a pinning effect on a foam liquid film, so that the attenuation of the thickness of the foam liquid film is effectively prevented, and the stability of the foam is improved; and meanwhile, the solid particles are adsorbed on the surface of the air bubble to form a similar wrapping phenomenon, so that the skeleton strength of the foam is improved, the stability of the foam is further enhanced, and the time of foam washing liquid is prolonged.

Background
The water-based foam extinguishing agent is also called as a water film-forming foam extinguishing agent, has double fire extinguishing effects of foam and water film, is an extinguishing agent with high fire extinguishing efficiency, and is widely applied to extinguishing general water-insoluble liquid fires, oil tank fires, flowing liquid fires and the like.
The thermal stability is an important index for evaluating the fire extinguishing performance of the water-based foam extinguishing agent, and is generally characterized by testing the thermal stability of the foam, namely the liquid separation time of the foam, and how to improve the thermal stability of the extinguishing agent is a technical problem to be solved by the person skilled in the art.

Preferably, the fluorocarbon surfactant is selected from one or two of F1157 and AF 4018.
Preferably, the hydrocarbon surfactant is selected from one or two of APG1214 and APG 0810.
Preferably, the stabilizer is sodium ion modified montmorillonite.
Preferably, the preparation method of the sodium ion modified montmorillonite comprises the following steps: 15g of natural montmorillonite is put into a beaker, 100mL of deionized water is added, stirring is carried out for 8-10min, then 50% ethanol solution is used for washing 3 times, 100mL of 1mol/L sodium chloride solution is added, stirring is carried out at constant temperature in a 60-DEG C water bath, natural standing and cooling are carried out after 3h, centrifugal separation is carried out, the separated precipitate is washed 3 times by using a mixed solution of deionized water and 50% ethanol solution, then the precipitate is put into an 80-DEG C heating drying oven for drying to constant weight, grinding and sieving are carried out, and the sodium ion modified montmorillonite is obtained.

The raw material formulations of the above examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were prepared into samples according to the following preparation methods, and fire extinguishing performance was tested, and the results are shown in Table 2, test standard GB15308-2006.
The preparation method of the water-based foam extinguishing agent comprises the following steps:
step 1: mixing a fluorocarbon surfactant and a hydrocarbon surfactant to obtain a mixed material 1;
step 2: mixing a stabilizer, a preservative, an anti-freezing agent and water to obtain a mixed material 2;
step 3: and mixing the mixed material 1 with the mixed material 2 to obtain the water-based foam extinguishing agent.

As is clear from the contents of Table 2, the aqueous foam extinguishing agent of the present invention has high stability.

A water-based foam extinguishing agent according to claim 1, characterized in that: the raw material components for preparing the fire extinguishing agent comprise the following components in parts by mass: 20 parts of fluorocarbon surfactant, 5 parts of hydrocarbon surfactant, 0.5 part of stabilizer, 0.3 part of preservative, 3 parts of antifreeze agent and the balance of water.
3. A water-based foam extinguishing agent according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the fluorocarbon surfactant is one or the combination of two of F1157 and AF 4018.
4. A water-based foam extinguishing agent according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the hydrocarbon surfactant is selected from one or two of APG1214 and APG 0810.
5. A water-based foam extinguishing agent according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the stabilizer is sodium ion modified montmorillonite.
