When the second connecting piece is in the second state, the second connecting piece is separated from the inner wall of the shell, and the driving piece can also drive the second connecting piece to move along the direction deviating from the equipment main body so as to move the second connecting piece out of the disassembly channel, so that the equipment main body and the wrist strap are disassembled. So set up, only rely on the driving piece to drive the rotation of second connecting piece, through the relative fixed or separation of the inner wall of second connecting piece and casing, realize the relative fixed or separation between equipment main part and the wrist strap, have connection structure simple, advantage with lower costs. And no additional disassembly tools are needed, and the disassembly and assembly process is simple and the disassembly and assembly efficiency is high.
For the purposes of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1 to 12, the present embodiment provides a wearable device, which may be, for example, a conventional wearable device such as a conventional mechanical watch or an electronic watch, or may be an intelligent wearable device such as an intelligent watch or a sports bracelet, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Referring to fig. 1, the wearable device of the present embodiment includes a device body and a wristband 200. The device body is detachably connected to the wristband 200. For example, the device body and the wrist strap 200 are detachably connected through the quick-release structure 300, so as to realize quick assembly and disassembly of the wrist strap 200. Note that fig. 1 shows only a portion of wristband 200.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the apparatus body includes a housing 100. The front surface of the apparatus body may be, for example, a screen or a dial, and the housing 100 is enclosed around the screen (dial) for supporting and fixing the screen (dial). The housing 100 and the screen (dial) together enclose an accommodating space in which components such as a circuit board, a battery, or a mechanical transmission mechanism may be disposed.
Wristband 200 (see fig. 1) may be attached to the case 100 by a quick release structure 300. For example, the wristband 200 is detachably attached to an end of the quick release structure 300 facing away from the main body of the device. Illustratively, the wristband 200 may be spot-glued onto the quick release structure 300, i.e., the wristband 200 may be spot-glued onto the removable block 330 of the quick release structure 300.
The number of wristbands 200 may be two, and the two wristbands 200 are disposed opposite to each other on the case 100. That is, generally, the wrist bands 200 are connected to opposite sides of the housing 100, the wrist bands 200 are generally flexible, one ends of the wrist bands 200 on the opposite sides are connected to the opposite sides of the housing 100, and the other ends of the wrist bands 200 on the opposite sides are bendable and connected together, so that the wearing device is worn on the wrist or other parts of the user.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, the housing 100 is provided with a disassembly channel 110, and the disassembly channel 110 is communicated with an inner cavity of the housing 100, so that the quick release structure 300 can be conveniently accessed to the housing 100 through the disassembly channel 110. Wherein the removal channel 110 is provided on the opposite side wall of the housing 100 from the wristband 200.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the quick release structure 300 includes a second connecting member 310 and a driving member 320, where the driving member 320 is connected to the second connecting member 310 for driving the second connecting member 310 to move.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the driving member 320 of the quick release structure 300 is disposed in the release passage 110, and the driving member 320 drives the second connecting member 310 to rotate, so that the second connecting member 310 has a first state and a second state.
Referring to fig. 5, when the wristband 200 is required to be fixedly attached to a main body of the apparatus, the second connector 310 and a portion of the driving member 320 may be inserted into the casing 100 through the detachment channel 110, so that the second connector 310 and a portion of the driving member 320 are located in the casing 100, and the second connector 310 is perpendicular to the bottom wall 140 of the casing 100, which may be referred to as a second state of the second connector 310.
With continued reference to fig. 2 to 4, the driving member 320 drives the second connecting member 310 to rotate. For example, taking the orientation shown in fig. 5 as an example, the driving member 320 drives the second connecting member 310 to rotate clockwise, so that when the second connecting member 310 is in the first state, that is, the second connecting member 310 is parallel to the bottom wall 140 of the housing 100, at this time, the second connecting member 310 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the housing 100, so as to achieve the fixed connection between the device main body and the quick-release structure, and further achieve the fixed connection between the device main body and the wristband.
When the wristband is detached from the main body of the device, the driving member 320 drives the second connecting member 310 to rotate. For example, taking the orientation shown in fig. 5 as an example, the driving member 320 drives the second connecting member 310 to rotate counterclockwise, so that when the second connecting member 310 is in the second state, i.e. the second connecting member 310 is perpendicular to the bottom wall 140 of the housing 100, the second connecting member 310 is separated from the inner wall of the housing 100; meanwhile, the driving member 320 can drive the second connecting member 310 to move along a direction away from the device main body, so as to move out of the detaching channel 110, so as to detach the device main body from the wristband.
In this embodiment, the second connecting member 310 is driven to rotate only by the driving member 320, and the second connecting member 310 is relatively fixed or separated from the inner wall of the housing 100, so as to realize the relative fixation or separation between the device main body and the wrist strap. And no additional disassembly tools are needed, and the disassembly and assembly process is simple and the disassembly and assembly efficiency is high.
It should be noted that the shape of the disassembly channel 110 may be consistent with the shape of the quick release structure 300 inserted therein.
In one possible implementation, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the apparatus body further includes a first connector 120, and the first connector 120 is disposed within the housing 100 adjacent to the detachment channel 110. It should be noted that the first connecting member 120 may be directly disposed on the inner surface of the housing 100, or may be disposed on the inner surface of the housing 100 by other structures.
For convenience of clear description of the location of the detachment channel 110 and the first connector 120, the structure of the housing 100 may be limited, for example, a sidewall opposite to the wristband 200 is denoted as a first sidewall 130, the detachment channel 110 is disposed on the first sidewall 130, and the detachment channel 110 penetrates the first sidewall 130 so that the second connector 310 and a portion of the driving member 320 extend into the housing 100 from the outside.
The first connecting member 120 may be directly disposed on the inner surface of the first sidewall 130, or may be disposed on the inner surface of the first sidewall 130 by other structures. Wherein the first connector 120 may be disposed adjacent to the removal channel 110. For example, the end of the first connector 120 facing the removal channel 110 is aligned with the edge of the removal channel 110 to facilitate mating with the second connector 310.
When the driving member 320 drives the second connecting member 310 to enter the housing 100 through the disassembly channel 110, the driving member 320 drives the second connecting member 310 to rotate, so that the driving member 320 drives the second connecting member 310 to move towards the first connecting member 120, so that the second connecting member 310 is in the first state, and at this time, the second connecting member 310 abuts against the first connecting member 120, so that the fixed connection between the second connecting member 310 and the first connecting member 120 is realized, and the fixed connection between the wrist strap 200 and the device body is further realized.
When the wristband is required to be detached from the device main body, the driving member 320 drives the second connecting member 310 to move along the direction away from the first connecting member 120, and the second connecting member 310 and the first connecting member 120 are released from the abutting state, so that the second connecting member 310 and the first connecting member 120 are separated relatively, the separation of the quick-release structure 300 and the shell 100 is realized, the separation of the wristband 200 and the device main body is further realized, and the wristband 200 is convenient to replace.
In this embodiment, the first connecting member 120 and the housing 100 may be integrally formed, or may be a split structure, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 7 and 9, in one possible implementation, the first connector 120 includes a limit boss 121 having a limit surface 122; the second connector 310 includes a stop lever 311. When it is desired to mount wristband 200 within a casing 100, a stop bar 311 and a portion of a driver 320 may be inserted into the casing 100 from the removal channel 110. Afterwards, the driving piece 320 is utilized to drive the limiting rod 311 to rotate around the axis of the driving piece 320, so that the limiting rod 311 is abutted against the limiting surface 122, and the limiting boss 121 and the limiting rod 311 are relatively fixed.
The relative fixing in this embodiment means that the limit boss 121 is fixedly connected with the limit lever 311 when the wristband 200 is required to be connected with the apparatus body. When the wristband 200 is required to be detached from the apparatus main body, the driving member 320 may be utilized to reversely rotate the limiting rod 311, so that the limiting rod 311 is separated from the limiting surface 122, and the relative separation between the limiting boss 121 and the limiting rod 311 is realized.
It should be noted that, the structures of the first connecting member 120 and the second connecting member 310 in this embodiment are not limited to the above description, and other structures are also possible. For example, the first connecting member 120 is a clamping groove formed on the first side wall 130, and the second connecting member 310 is a buckle, so that the first connecting member 120 and the second connecting member 310 are fixedly connected by the clamping groove and the clamping buckle.
Referring to fig. 8, in one possible implementation, the driving member 320 includes a driving shaft 321, and the second connection member 310 is disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the driving shaft 321. Illustratively, the limiting rod 311 is fixedly connected to the outer peripheral surface of the driving shaft 321, and the axis of the limiting rod 311 is perpendicular to the axis of the driving shaft 321.
The driving shaft 321 is rotatably coupled in the dismounting channel 110 to drive the second coupling 310 to rotate about the axis of the driving shaft 321.
In this embodiment, the number of the limiting rods 311 may be one or more. Illustratively, the number of the limiting rods 311 is two, and correspondingly, the number of the limiting bosses 121 is also two.
The two limiting rods 311 are arranged on the driving piece 320 at intervals, namely, the two limiting rods 311 are arranged on the driving shaft at intervals, and the two limiting rods 311 are symmetrically arranged relative to the axis of the driving shaft so as to increase the stability of the two limiting rods 311 in the rotating process.
The two limiting bosses 121 are spaced apart in a direction perpendicular to the bottom wall 140 of the housing 100, and are respectively located at two sides of the detachment channel 110. Illustratively, taking the orientation shown in fig. 7 as an example, one of the limiting bosses 121 is located on the left side of the disassembly channel 110, the other limiting boss 121 is located on the right side of the disassembly channel 110, and one of the limiting bosses 121 is located above the other limiting boss 121, and the limiting surface 122 of one of the limiting bosses 121 is disposed opposite to the limiting surface 122 of the other limiting boss 121, i.e., the limiting surface of one of the limiting bosses 121 faces away from the bottom wall 140 of the housing 100, and the limiting surface of the other limiting boss 121 faces toward the bottom wall 140 of the housing 100.
When the two stopper rods 311 and part of the driving shaft 321 pass through the detaching passage 110, the connecting line of the two stopper rods 311 is perpendicular to the bottom wall 140 of the housing 100. The driving shaft 321 is rotated to drive the two limiting rods 311 to rotate around the axial direction of the driving shaft, so that the two limiting rods 311 are converted to a direction that the connecting line of the two limiting rods is parallel to the bottom wall 140 of the shell 100, and the fixed connection between the first connecting piece 120 and the second connecting piece 310 is realized after the two limiting rods 311 respectively abut against the limiting surfaces of the two limiting bosses 121.
When the wristband 200 needs to be separated from the casing 100, the driving shaft 321 is rotated to drive the two limiting rods 311 to rotate around the axis direction of the driving shaft, so that the two limiting rods 311 are turned in the direction that the connecting line of the two limiting rods is perpendicular to the bottom wall 140 of the casing 100, and further the two limiting rods 311 are separated from the limiting surfaces of the two limiting bosses 121 respectively, finally, the driving shaft and the two limiting rods 311 are controlled to move out of the casing 100 through the disassembly channel 110, and the wristband 200 is separated from the casing 100.
In this embodiment, through the arrangement of the two limiting rods 311 and the two limiting bosses 121, the fixing points of the first connecting piece 120 and the second connecting piece 310 can be increased, so as to improve the stability of the first connecting piece 120 and the second connecting piece 310 when they are fixed relatively.
Referring to fig. 9, in one possible implementation, the disassembly channel 110 includes a first disassembly channel 111 and a second disassembly channel 112, the first and second disassembly channels 111 and 112 communicating with each other. Wherein the driving member 320 is accessed to the housing 100 through the first detaching passage 111, and the second connecting member 310 is accessed to the housing 100 through the second detaching passage 112.
It should be noted that, when the second connecting piece 310 includes two limiting rods 311, the number of the second disassembling passages 112 is also two, and the two second disassembling passages 112 are respectively located at two sides of the first disassembling passage 111.
When the driving member 320 includes a driving shaft 321, the second connecting member 310 includes two limiting rods 311, the first disassembling channel 111 is a first through hole formed on the first sidewall 130, the second disassembling channel 112 is a second through hole formed on the first sidewall 130, the two second through holes are respectively disposed on two sides of the first through hole, and a connecting line of the two second through holes is perpendicular to the bottom wall 140 of the housing 100.
Compared with the first side wall 130 provided with the circular through holes with the same distance from the two limiting rods 311 to the end part of the driving piece 320, in this embodiment, through the arrangement of the first disassembly channel 111 and the second disassembly channel 112, the first side wall 130 can be prevented from being removed from being oversized, and the structural strength of the housing 100 is improved.
The wall thickness of the first sidewall 130 may be uniform or non-uniform. For example, with continued reference to fig. 3 and 4, a portion of the inner surface of the first sidewall 130 projects in a direction away from the wristband 200 to form a boss 150. The first connector 120 and the removal channel 110 are both disposed on the boss 150. By this arrangement, the contact area between the dismounting passage 110 and the drive shaft 321 can be increased, and the connection strength between them can be improved.
In one possible implementation, the driver 320 further includes a drive handle 322, the drive handle 322 being disposed on the drive shaft 321. For example, the driving handle 322 is fixedly connected to the outer circumferential surface of the driving shaft 321, and the driving handle 322 is flush with the end of the driving shaft 321 facing away from the limit lever 311.
