Abstract
本发明提供了一种包含砜吡草唑和异丙隆的除草组合物,砜吡草唑和异丙隆的配比为1‑10:2‑40;本发明中砜吡草唑和异丙隆具有优异的协同增效作用,并且通过配合适宜助剂实现除草剂“减施增效”和减少环境污染的技术效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农药技术领域,尤其是一种包含砜吡草唑和异丙隆的组合物及其应用。
背景技术
因为单一除草剂或作用机理相同的除草剂的长期使用,致使许多杂草产生了抗药性并且对环境产生了负面影响如农药残留化学除草剂经过食物链逐级传递并不断蓄积,最终积累在食物链顶端的动物和人体内,对人和动物造成了危害。所以除草剂如果想可持续发展,必须与环境保护协调发展。目前两种或三种除草剂之间进行复配、除草剂与助剂协同组合是比较常见除草剂增效减量手段。
除草剂的复配可以提高除草剂单剂的防治效果、扩大杀草谱、延长施药适期、降低药害、提高对作物的安全性等优点,对农业的可持续发展有重要的作用。农药助剂是指农药剂型加工或应用中使用的除农药有效成分以外的其他辅助物质,助剂可以提高和改善农药制剂的稳定性和效率,除草剂助剂的使用在增加除草剂效果的同时明显的降低使用量,并且在不同的环境条件下提高除草剂的活性和效果,进而降低除草剂使用成本,减少环境污染。
砜吡草唑属新型吡唑类选择性除草剂。在苗前施药用于控制旱地作物田主要禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草。施用时间范围广,从种植前到出苗后均可施用,并且与大多数常用除草剂兼容。经室内活性试验和田间药效试验,结果表明40%砜吡草唑悬浮剂对冬小麦田雀麦、看麦娘、野燕麦、等一年生禾本科杂草以及播娘蒿、荠菜、猪殃殃等部分一年生阔叶杂草有很好的防治效果。
异丙隆是一种取代脲类除草剂,主要通过阻断光系统II中初级受体(D1蛋白的QB结合位点)和次级受体(质体醌)之间的电子流来抑制光系统II的活性,导致植物中活性氧(ROS)的产生,进而抑制ATP和NADPH2的产生,既可以苗前处理,也可以苗后处理,兼治禾本科与阔叶草。可防除一年生杂草,如马唐、藜、早熟禾、看麦娘等,适用于西红柿、马铃薯、育苗韭菜、甜(辣)椒、茄子、蚕豆、豌豆、葱头等部分菜田除草。
本发明主要研究砜吡草唑和异丙隆的联合作用,并且通过配合适宜助剂实现除草剂“减施增效”和减少环境污染的技术效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种包含砜吡草唑和异丙隆的组合物;具体技术方案如下:
一种包含砜吡草唑和异丙隆的除草组合物,砜吡草唑和异丙隆的配比为1-10:2-40。优选的砜吡草唑和异丙隆的配比为1-10:5-20。更优选的砜吡草唑和异丙隆的配比为1:8-12。
本发明所述的除草组合物还包含其它助剂,制备成农药上适宜的制剂。所述的制剂为悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂、乳油、水乳剂、微乳剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂。
所述辅助剂为湿润剂、分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、溶剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、增效剂、载体等,根据制剂的需要可适当添加,根据不同情况可以有所变化,并无特别限定。
优选的,所述的制剂为悬浮剂,包含如下百分含量的组成:砜吡草唑1-15%、异丙隆5-50%、有机硅表面活性剂1-10%、润湿分散剂1-10、防冻剂0.1-5%、防腐剂0.1-5%、增稠剂0.1-5%、消泡剂0.1-3%、水补足100%;
所述的有机硅表面活性剂为Silwet L77或Silwet 408中的一种或多种;
所述润湿分散剂为Morwet D-450、Agrlian-700或Terwet 1004中的一种或多种。
所述的防冻剂为乙二醇、丙三醇;
所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠,山梨酸钾;
所述增稠剂为黄原胶、硅酸镁铝;
所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
有益技术效果:
砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配对看麦娘、播娘蒿、荠菜、菵草具有最佳抑制作用的配比分别为1:8-1:12。根据等效线法的评价,并且综合考虑砜吡草唑与异丙隆的防除成本、提高防效等因素,优选砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配防除田间杂草的配比为1:10。
Silwet L77与润湿分散剂(Morwet D-450、Agrlian-700、Terwet 1004)复合助剂可以显著降低药液与杂草叶面接触角、降低药液表面张力。
Silwet L77与润湿分散剂(Agrlian-700)复合助剂可以显著提高砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配组合物的防效。推测其主要原因是通过改变除草剂药液的物理性状例如表面张力、接触角等来提高除草剂的防治效果。
本发明请求保护的组合物可用于农作物杂草的防治,实现除草剂“减施增效”和减少环境污染的效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施方式对本发明做进一步的解释说明。
实施例1:砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配防除小麦田一年生杂草的配方配比筛选试验
1、试验目的
为有效防除小麦田一年生杂草,进行砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配防除小麦田一年生杂草的配方配比筛选试验,通过试验明确了砜吡草唑与异丙隆的适宜配比,为进一步的大田药效试验提供理论试验剂量。
2、试验材料与方法
2.1供试药剂
97%异丙隆原药(安徽众邦生物工程有限公司);
97%砜吡草唑原药(安徽众邦生物工程有限公司)。
2.2供试材料
看麦娘(Alopecurus aequalis Sobol.),采自江苏省南京市农科院;
菵草(Beckmannia syzigachne(Steud.)Fern.),采自江苏省南京市农科院;
荠菜(Capsella bursa-pastoris(Linn.)Medic.),采自江苏省连云港赣榆区青口镇付家村;
播娘蒿(Descurainia Sophia(L.)Webb.ex Prantl),采自江苏省连云港赣榆区敦尚镇。
2.3试验方法
根据等效线法进行配比筛选。
砜吡草唑有效成分剂量设置为0、4.687、9.375、18.75、37.5、75ga.i./hm2;异丙隆有效成分剂量设置为0、46.87、93.75、187.5、375、750g a.i./hm2,两组药剂进行交叉组合。共36个处理。配置母液时使用少量丙酮进行助溶,后加入吐温80定容配置成母液后按照试验设计剂量要求逐级稀释到需要的浓度(根据预实验结果显示丙酮对试验结果无影响)。
在7*7*8塑料盆中装土肥比2:1的土壤,加水浸湿土壤,播种看麦娘、播娘蒿、荠菜、菵草,每盆20株,然后再覆一层细土,上水,保持水层,播种后放入光照温室培养。温室温度大概为白天20℃,晚上15℃,光照周期12∶12(D∶L)。待看麦娘、播娘蒿、荠菜、菵草长至1-2叶期(播种后7天),选长势一致的杂草定苗15株/盆,根据上述剂量设置采取茎叶喷雾法对播种的看麦娘、播娘蒿、荠菜、菵草进行喷雾处理,做等量清水、DMF溶剂处理对照,每处理重复4次。喷雾采用农业部南京农业机械化研究所生产的3WP-2000型行走式生测喷雾塔,主轴转动速度96mm/r,喷雾高度300mm,喷头有效喷幅350mm,喷头流量390mL/min,行走距离1340mm,药液体积30mL。处理后放入温室中生长。施药后放入温室内继续培养。施药后观察并记录杂草受害情况。
2.4数据处理
用药后21d,调查记录各塑料盒中的杂草鲜重,用等效线法评价砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配后的联合抑草作用,分别计算出单剂砜吡草唑、异丙隆及砜吡草唑与异丙隆的复配剂对看麦娘、播娘蒿、荠菜、菵草的鲜重抑制率。
鲜重抑制率%=(对照鲜重-处理鲜重)/对照鲜重×100
再用DPS软件进行专业统计,求出砜吡草唑和异丙隆两种单剂抑制看麦娘、播娘蒿、荠菜、菵草的90%的剂量(即GR90值)、砜吡草唑各剂量处理下对应的异丙隆抑制看麦娘、播娘蒿、荠菜、菵草的GR90值、以及异丙隆各剂量处理下对应的砜吡草唑抑制看麦娘、播娘蒿、荠菜、菵草的GR90值。
以异丙隆剂量为横坐标,砜吡草唑剂量为纵坐标,在坐标图上标出两种单剂对看麦娘、播娘蒿、荠菜、菵草的GR90值的坐标点,并连成一条线段,作为理论上砜吡草唑和异丙隆这两种除草剂混用的等效线。然后在坐标图中标出砜吡草唑剂量与砜吡草唑各剂量下异丙隆的GR90值组成的坐标点、异丙隆各剂量与异丙隆各剂量下砜吡草唑的GR90值组成的坐标点,模拟出一条曲线。若这些坐标点在理论等效线之下,则为增效作用,在其上则为拮抗作用,接近理论等效线则为相加作用。找出曲线上距离理论等效线段距离最远的坐标点,即为砜吡草唑和异丙隆复配防除看麦娘、播娘蒿、荠菜、菵草的最佳配比。
3、结果与分析
3.1砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配对菵草的抑制作用
通过表1可知,砜吡草唑对菵草具有一定的活性,在剂量设置范围内,其对菵草的鲜重抑制率从0%上升到85.24%,砜吡草唑单剂在75g a.i./hm2的剂量下对菵草的抑制率可达85.24%。同时,异丙隆对菵草也存在一定的活性,在剂量设置范围内,其对菵草的鲜重抑制率从0%上升到93.33%,异丙隆单剂在750g a.i./hm2的剂量下对菵草的抑制率达93.33%。砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配后,各剂量梯度对菵草的抑制作用与各单剂的各剂量处理比较均有明显提高,且随着两种药剂的剂量增加,对菵草的鲜重抑制率也逐渐增大,这表明砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配后对菵草表现出了增效作用。
图1为砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配对菵草的GR90等效线图,是以异丙隆剂量为横坐标,以砜吡草唑剂量为纵坐标。采用等效性法评价药剂联合作用,砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配对菵草有较好抑制作用的适宜配比范围为砜吡草唑:异丙隆=1:8-1:14。由图1可知,算出的模拟曲线上距离理论等效线段最远的点即异丙隆与砜吡草唑复配对菵草抑制作用的最大增效点的坐标是(181.25,17.39)。

3.2砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配对看麦娘的抑制作用
通过表2可知,砜吡草唑对看麦娘具有一定的活性,在剂量设置范围内,其对看麦娘的鲜重抑制率从0%上升到90.34%,砜吡草唑单剂在75ga.i./hm2的剂量下对看麦娘的抑制率可达90.34%,同时,异丙隆对看麦娘也有一定的活性,在剂量设置范围内,其对看麦娘的鲜重抑制率从0%上升到91.93%,异丙隆单剂在750g a.i./hm2的剂量下对看麦娘的抑制率达91.93%。砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配后,各剂量梯度对看麦娘的抑制作用与各单剂的各剂量处理比较基本都有明显提高,且随着两种药剂的剂量增加,对看麦娘的鲜重抑制率也逐渐增大,这表明砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配后对看麦娘表现出了增效作用。
图2为砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配对看麦娘的GR90等效线图,是以异丙隆剂量为横坐标,以砜吡草唑剂量为纵坐标。采用等效性法法评价药剂联合作用,砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配对看麦娘有较好抑制作用的适宜配比范围为砜吡草唑:异丙隆=1:6-1:12。由图1可知,算出的模拟曲线上距离理论等效线段最远的点即异丙隆与砜吡草唑复配对看麦娘抑制作用的最大增效点的坐标是(143.59,13.79)。

3.3砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配对荠菜的抑制作用
通过表3可知,异丙隆单剂对荠菜具有较高的活性,在375g a.i./hm2的剂量下对荠菜的抑制率打92.40%,在750g a.i./hm2的剂量下对荠菜的抑制率达97.19%;砜吡草唑单剂对荠菜也有一定的活性,在75g a.i./hm2的剂量下对荠菜的抑制率能达到86.30%。砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配后,各剂量梯度对荠菜的抑制作用与各单剂的各剂量处理比较基本都有明显提高,且随着两种药剂的剂量增加,对荠菜的鲜重抑制率也逐渐增大,当砜吡草唑达到37.5g a.i./hm2或异丙隆达到93.75g a.i./hm2时,这表明砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配后对荠菜表现出了增效作用,且砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配后各种配比下均能达到很好的效果。

3.4砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配对播娘蒿的抑制作用
通过表3可知,异丙隆单剂对播娘蒿具有一定的活性,在750g a.i./hm2的剂量下对播娘蒿的抑制率达97.28%;砜吡草唑单剂对播娘蒿的活性较差,但也有具有一定的活性,在75g a.i./hm2的剂量下对播娘蒿的抑制率仅能达到60.32%。砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配后,各剂量梯度对播娘蒿的抑制作用与各单剂的各剂量处理比较基本都有明显提高,且随着两种药剂的剂量增加,对播娘蒿的鲜重抑制率也逐渐增大,尤其是当异丙隆达到93.75ga.i./hm2时,这表明砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配后对播娘蒿表现出了增效作用,且砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配后各种配比下均能达到很好的效果。

4、结论
本次室内生测试验采用小麦田主要杂草菵草、看麦娘、播娘蒿、荠菜作为靶标杂草。砜吡草唑和异丙隆可以防除大部分小麦田一年生杂草,两种药剂的复配可以达到减量增效的作用且提高了防效。
根据等效线法筛选的结果,砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配对看麦娘、播娘蒿、荠菜、菵草具有最佳抑制作用的配比分别为1:8-1:12。根据等效线法的评价,并且综合考虑砜吡草唑与异丙隆的防除成本、提高防效等因素,优选砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配防除田间杂草的配比为1:10。
实施例2:除草剂和助剂协同增效组合筛选试验
1、试验目的
针对砜吡草唑与异丙隆复配除草组合物,筛选协同增效助剂为防除小麦田一年生杂草的治理和除草剂增效减量工作提供依据。
2、试验材料与方法
2.1供试药剂
97%异丙隆原药、97%砜吡草唑原药;Silwet 408、Silwet L77(有机硅表面性剂);Morwet D-450、Agrlian-700、Terwet 1004(润湿分散剂)。

2.3试验方法
2.3.1助剂对除草剂药液表面张力的影响
配置1-8稀释倍数500倍,在温度20℃、相对湿度55%条件下,用JK99B全自动张力仪测定上述各处理溶液的表面张力,每个处理重复测定4次。
2.3.2助剂对除草剂药液与杂草叶面接触角的影响
配置1-8稀释倍数500倍,在温度20℃、相对湿度55%条件下,将各个处理的药液滴在看麦娘叶片上,用CA200型接触角测量仪测定各处理溶液与看麦娘叶面的接触角,每个处理重复测定4次
2.3.3助剂对除草剂除草活性增强效果测定
在7*7*8塑料盆中装土肥比2:1的土壤,加水浸湿土壤,播种看麦娘、播娘蒿,每盆30株,然后再覆一层细土,上水,保持水层,播种后放入光照温室培养。温室温度大概为白天20℃,晚上15℃,光照周期12∶12(D∶L)。待看麦娘、播娘蒿长至2-3叶期,选长势一致的杂草定苗25株/盆,根据剂量设置采取茎叶喷雾法对播种的看麦娘、播娘蒿进行喷雾处理,每处理重复4次。喷雾采用农业部南京农业机械化研究所生产的3WP-2000型行走式生测喷雾塔,主轴转动速度96mm/r,喷雾高度300mm,喷头有效喷幅350mm,喷头流量390mL/min,行走距离1340mm,药液体积30mL。处理后放入温室中生长。施药后放入温室内继续培养。施药后观察并记录杂草受害情况。用药后14d,调查记录各塑料盒中的杂草鲜重,计算鲜重抑制率。

3、结果与分析
3.3.1助剂对除草剂药液表面张力的测定结果
通过表6可知,悬浮剂中有机硅表面性剂与润湿分散剂的不同组合会对药液的表面张力产生较大的影响。配方4-6与配方1-3相比,Silwet L77与润湿分散剂(Morwet D-450、Agrlian-700、Terwet 1004)复合助剂可以显著降低药液的表面张力;特别是SilwetL77与Agrlian-700复配后其表面张力为18.32mN/m,降低百分率为75.3%。

3.3.2助剂对除草剂药液与杂草叶面接触角测定结果
通过表7可知,悬浮剂中有机硅表面性剂与润湿分散剂的不同组合会对药液的接触角产生较大的影响。配方4-6与配方1-3相比,Silwet L77与润湿分散剂(Morwet D-450、Agrlian-700、Terwet 1004)复合助剂可以显著降低药液与杂草叶面接触角;特别是SilwetL77与Agrlian-700复配后药液与杂草叶面接触角为52.40°,降低百分率为59%。

3.3.3助剂对除草剂除草活性增强效果测定
通过表8可知,悬浮剂中有机硅表面性剂与润湿分散剂的不同组合会对除草活性产生较大的影响。配方5与配方1-5、6相比,Silwet L77与润湿分散剂(Agrlian-700)复合助剂可以显著提高防效。防效提高的主要因素是通过改变除草剂药液的物理性状例如表面张力、接触角等来提高除草剂的增效作用。

实施例3:悬浮剂配方,包含如下百分含量的组成:

所述的有机硅表面活性剂为Silwet L77或Silwet 408中的一种或多种;
所述润湿分散剂为Morwet D-450、Agrlian-700或Terwet 1004中的一种或多种。其余从本领域常见辅料中选择。
具体配方:
22%悬浮剂,包含如下百分含量的组成:
砜吡草唑2%、异丙隆20%、有机硅表面活性剂1-10%、润湿分散剂1-10、防冻剂0.1-5%、防腐剂0.1-5%、增稠剂0.1-5%、消泡剂0.1-3%、水补足100%;
45%悬浮剂,包含如下百分含量的组成:
砜吡草唑5%、异丙隆40%、有机硅表面活性剂1-10%、润湿分散剂1-10、防冻剂0.1-5%、防腐剂0.1-5%、增稠剂0.1-5%、消泡剂0.1-3%、水补足100%;
39%悬浮剂,包含如下百分含量的组成:
砜吡草唑3%、异丙隆36%、有机硅表面活性剂1-10%、润湿分散剂1-10、防冻剂0.1-5%、防腐剂0.1-5%、增稠剂0.1-5%、消泡剂0.1-3%、水补足100%;
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制。
Claims (2)
1.一种包含砜吡草唑和异丙隆的除草组合物,其特征在于,除草组合物制剂为悬浮剂,包含如下百分含量的组成:砜吡草唑4%、异丙隆40%、有机硅表面活性剂Silwet L77 3%、润湿分散剂Agrlian-700 5%、防冻剂丙三醇2%、防腐剂苯甲酸钠0.5%、增稠剂硅酸镁铝0.4%、增稠剂黄原胶0.6%、消泡剂二甲基硅油0.2%、水补足100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物用于防治农作物杂草的用途,其特征在于,用于小麦田杂草的用途。
