Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural machinery, and particularly relates to a lily bulb seeding device.
Background
The lily flowers have ornamental value and are popular among the public, and the bulb root of the lily is rich in starch and can be eaten as vegetables. The dried lily has high medicinal value, and the traditional Chinese medicine considers that the lily has slight cold nature and has the effects of moistening lung, relieving cough, calming heart, soothing nerves, promoting blood circulation and the like. In China, lily has a long history of eating. In recent years, along with the increase of the market demand of lily, the planting area of lily in China is increased year by year, and the production scale is continuously enlarged. When lily is planted, the lily bulbs subjected to the pretreatment are buried in soil, and at present, the lily bulbs are planted manually, the planting density is inconsistent, and the growth is disordered; because the bulb volume of lily is large, the manual planting is time-consuming and labor-consuming.
The existing lily seed ball sowing device utilizes a multi-connecting rod device or gear transmission, and along with the advancement of the lily seed ball sowing device, the sowing port is regularly opened and closed so as to drop the lily seed ball on the ground for sowing. For example, chinese patent CN214257132U discloses a lily planting and seeding device. In the patent, a motor is used for driving a turntable, and a multi-link device is used for realizing regular opening and closing of the leak holes of the baffle plate at the bottom end of the box body, so that lily bulbs in the box body can finally fall into soil. However, such a device cannot ensure that only one lily bulb is leaked when the leak hole is opened, and there may be two small lily bulbs falling down simultaneously or the lily bulbs are blocked in the leak hole and cannot fall down. It is highly desirable for those skilled in the art to provide a device for achieving sequential seeding of lily bulbs.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a lily bulb seeding apparatus capable of sequentially seeding lily bulbs and adjusting a seeding interval of the lily bulbs.

Further, first flywheels are arranged at two ends of the wheel shaft, speed regulating flywheels are arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft, and the first flywheels and the speed regulating flywheels are in chain transmission.
Further, the feed bin device comprises a feed bin and a feed bin frame, wherein the feed bin frame is fixedly arranged at the top end of the frame, the feed bin is fixedly arranged on the feed bin frame, a feed bin channel is arranged on the feed bin, and the feed bin channel is positioned above the seeding box.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the rotary deflector rod is fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is in transmission with the wheel shaft chain, the rotary deflector rod can rotate in the seeding box along with the advancing of the wheel, lily seed balls sequentially enter the bottom end of the seeding box through the hopper, and the rotary deflector rod sequentially pushes each lily seed ball entering the seeding box into the seeding pipe, so that sequential seeding of the lily seed balls is realized; the speed regulating flywheel is provided with flywheels with different diameters, one end of the chain is connected with a first flywheel on the rotating shaft, the rotating speed of the rotary deflector rod is changed by changing the connection between the other end of the chain and the flywheels with different diameters on the speed regulating flywheel, so that the time for the rotary deflector rod to strike two adjacent lily bulbs is changed, the sowing interval of the lily bulbs is further realized, and finally, the sowing density is changed; the circular arc parts at the two ends of the plane part at the bottom of the sowing box can enable lily bulbs which do not enter the sowing pipe to enter the sowing pipe again along the circular arc part due to gravity.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a lily bulb seeding apparatus, comprising: the seeding device comprises a frame 10, a wheel device 20, a seeding device 30 and a bin device 40, wherein the wheel device 20 comprises a wheel shaft 21 and a wheel 22, the wheel shaft 21 is rotatably arranged at the bottom end of the frame 10, the wheel 22 is rotatably arranged at two ends of the wheel shaft 21, the seeding device 30 comprises a seeding box 31, a funnel 32 and a rotary deflector rod device 33, a plurality of seeding boxes 31 are arranged on the frame 10, the width of each seeding box 31 can only accommodate one lily seed ball, the funnel 32 is arranged on the side wall of each seeding box 31 and is communicated with each seeding box 31, and the lily seed balls enter the bottom of each seeding box 31 through the funnel 32; the rotary deflector rod device 33 comprises a rotary deflector rod 331 and a rotating shaft 332, the rotary deflector rods 331 are fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft 332 and are respectively positioned in the seeding boxes 31, the rotary deflector rod 331 is rotatably connected with the top ends of the seeding boxes 31, the rotating shaft 332 is in chain transmission with the wheel shaft 21, the bottom ends of the seeding boxes 31 are provided with seeding pipes 311, and the stock bin device 40 is arranged on the stand 10. The lily bulbs sequentially enter the seeding box 31 from the bin device 40 through the hopper 32, and the rotated rotary deflector 331 is sequentially pushed into the seeding pipe 311 and falls into the soil. According to the invention, the condition that two lily bulbs are sown simultaneously or the lily bulbs are clamped in the sowing pipe 311 is avoided, and the sowing spacing and sowing density of the lily bulbs can be ensured in a uniform-speed mode by the wheels 22.
In a preferred embodiment, the first flywheel 211 is arranged at two ends of the wheel shaft 21, the speed regulating flywheel 3321 is arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft 332, and the first flywheel 211 and the speed regulating flywheel 3321 are in chain transmission. The speed regulating flywheel 3321 is provided with flywheels with different diameters, one end of a chain is connected with the first flywheel 211 on the rotating shaft 332, the rotating speed of the rotary deflector 331 is changed by changing the connection between the other end of the chain and the flywheels with different diameters on the speed regulating flywheel 3321, so that the time for the rotary deflector 331 to strike two adjacent lily bulbs is changed, the sowing interval of the lily bulbs is further realized, and finally the sowing density is changed.
In a preferred embodiment, the bin device 40 comprises a bin 41 and a bin frame 42, wherein the bin frame 42 is fixedly arranged at the top end of the frame 10, the bin 41 is fixedly arranged on the bin frame 42, a bin channel 411 is arranged on the bin 41, and the bin channel 411 is positioned above the sowing box 31. The lily bulbs fall into the hopper 32 through the silo passageway 411.
In a preferred embodiment, the bottom end of the seeding box 31 is provided with a plane part 312 and an arc part 313, the arc part 313 is positioned at two ends of the plane part 312, and the seeding pipe 311 is positioned on the plane part 312. The circular arc portions 313 at both ends of the bottom planar portion 312 of the seed box 31 can allow lily bulbs which have not entered into the seed tube 311 to re-enter into the seed tube 311 along the circular arc portions 313 due to gravity.
In a preferred embodiment, the front end of the frame 10 is provided with a plowing part 11, and the plowing part 11 corresponds to the sowing pipe 311. The plow 11 ditches lily bulbs in front of the sowing pipe 311.
In a preferred embodiment, the bottom end is provided with a soil covering portion 12, and the soil covering portion 12 is located behind the seeding pipes 311. The lily bulbs drop into the ditches opened by the ploughing part 11 from the sowing pipe 311, and the soil covering part 12 is used for gathering and covering the drawings on the two sides of the ditches on the lily bulbs.
In a preferred embodiment, the rear end of the frame 10 is movably connected with a pressing roller portion 13, and the pressing roller portion 13 is located behind the soil covering portion 12. The roller section 13 compacts the soil covering section 12 appropriately the pattern covered on the lily bulbs.
In a preferred embodiment, the front end of the stand 10 is provided with a traction part 14, and the invention is connected to power equipment such as a tractor through the traction part 14 for sowing lily bulbs.
Examples
The invention is connected to a tractor through a traction part 14, then lily bulbs to be sown are placed in a bin 41, a frame 10 is ditched along with the advance of the tractor, the lily bulbs fall into a funnel 32 from a bin channel 411 due to jolt and gravity, the funnel 32 only enables one lily bulb to enter a plane part 312 at the bottom of a sowing box 31, a wheel shaft 21 drives a rotating shaft 332 and a rotary deflector 331 to rotate through a chain, the lily bulbs on the plane part 312 are sequentially pushed into a sowing pipe 311 to fall into a ditch formed by the plough part 11, a covering part 12 is used for returning pictures at two sides of the ditch to cover the lily bulbs, and a pressing roll part 13 is used for properly compacting the pictures covered on the lily bulbs by the covering part 12.
