It should be understood that, when the first benefit allowance of the user terminal indicates that the user identity information has no corresponding benefit allowance in the user terminal, it indicates that the user terminal has no benefit allowance, that is, the user terminal cannot consume the benefit according to the user identity information, at this time, the cloud end is required to perform secondary detection, and it is detected whether the user identity information has the corresponding benefit allowance, because after the user purchases the benefit or obtains the related benefit, the total benefit amount corresponding to the user identity information is allocated to each authorized user terminal by the cloud end allowance, each user terminal obtains a certain benefit amount, and when the cloud end allocates, all the benefit amounts cannot be issued to each user terminal, and a certain benefit amount is reserved, so that the problem of user override consumption is avoided under the complex factors. In an embodiment, the enabling the cloud to perform the secondary detection on the benefit allowance corresponding to the user identity information includes:
acquiring second rights and interests allowance information cached in a cloud background and unprocessed second rights and interests consumption information reported by each user terminal based on the user identity information;
judging whether the user terminal has the right allowance or not according to the second right allowance information and the second right consumption information.
The cloud end obtains first benefit allowance information and first benefit consumption information of a background cache based on user identity information carried in the instruction, wherein second benefit allowance information is benefit allowance corresponding to the user identity information of the cloud end background cache, the second benefit consumption information is benefit consumption information which is reported by each user terminal and is not processed by the cloud end, and then second benefit allowance of the user terminal, namely the benefit allowance corresponding to the user identity information in the cloud end, can be obtained according to the second benefit allowance information and the second benefit consumption information.

For example, if the total number of rights and interests corresponding to the user identity information is 30 times, the cloud terminal corresponds to 4 user terminals, and the number of rights and interests allocated to each user terminal is 5 times, the number of rights and interests reserved by the cloud terminal is 10 times. Each user terminal consumes based on the 5 times of rights and interests, when the consumption is completed, the consumption can be performed based on the 10 times of rights and interests reserved by the cloud, and if the rights and interests reserved by the cloud are also consumed, the user terminal without rights and interests allowance can not perform rights and interests consumption.
In an embodiment, the rights management data is encrypted and transmitted between the user terminal and the cloud based on an asymmetric encryption technology.
First, the bottom layer transmission adopts general representational state transfer (Representational State Transfer, REST) service, and the security transmission is carried out through hypertext transfer security protocol (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol over Secure Socket Layer, HTTPS); in addition, the transmission process of the rights management data adopts an asymmetric encryption and decryption technology based on an RSA encryption algorithm to encrypt and protect the data, namely, the user terminal firstly acquires a dynamic exclusive asymmetric encryption public key through the bound user identity information, then carries out asymmetric encryption on the rights management data, and then transmits the rights management data to the cloud for data processing, and similarly, the cloud adopts a private key to process the encrypted data and then transmits the encrypted data to the user terminal. The rights management data of the user terminal and the cloud end adopt a special encryption transmission technology, so that the reliability of the rights management data is ensured, and the security of a rights management system is improved.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating encrypted transmission of rights management data according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 7, based on a synchronization mechanism of a user terminal and a cloud, an RSA public key is applied by a synchronization task, and an asymmetric encryption public key is applied to the cloud in real time by the user terminal by using a terminal identifier, where the terminal identifier includes an ID, a VIN code, a TUID, etc. of some terminals inherent to the user terminal, or a user ID, a mobile phone number, etc. After the cloud receives the application, the asymmetric encryption key pair information based on RSA realization is generated in real time, the key pair information with the appointed validity period is encrypted and cached based on the terminal identification, and after the caching is out of date, the user terminal needs to repeat the steps to apply for new public key information. And then the cloud uses the preset password to encrypt the public key through AES and returns the AES encrypted public key information to the user terminal so as to enable the user terminal to locally cache the RSA public key. When the user terminal transmits data to the cloud terminal, the data are encrypted by adopting an RSA public key, the cloud terminal adopts an RSA private key to perform data decryption processing, synchronous data processing is realized, and a data synchronization result is returned to the user terminal; when the cloud transmits data to the user terminal, the RSA private key is adopted for data encryption, and the user terminal adopts the held RSA public key for data decryption processing, so that synchronous data processing is realized, and a data synchronization result is returned to the cloud.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a timing diagram illustrating a specific rights authentication and consumption according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 8, the user terminal receives a user application, namely a benefit consumption request, and performs function list authentication, namely a first authentication for benefit display, then performs batch authentication of the benefits by the cloud, and if the benefits are not available, the button of the user terminal is gray and prompts the user to purchase the open benefits; if the user terminal has the rights and interests, the user terminal carries out secondary authentication according to the rights and interests instance ID, reports the rights and interests for pre-consumption, and then carries out rights and interests authentication by the cloud. If the user terminal has no rights and interests, the button of the user terminal is gray and prompts the user to purchase the rights and interests; if the rights are beneficial, the rights providing end calls the rights consumption request instruction, namely the rights consumption instruction in the graph, from the user terminal, the rights providing end executes the rights consumption instruction and returns an execution result to the user terminal, and the user terminal reports the rights consumption record to the cloud according to the execution result.
According to the digital commodity equity management method provided by the embodiment, the equity consumption request instruction of the user is received, the equity consumption request instruction carries user identity information, then the equity allowance corresponding to the user identity information is detected once in response to the equity consumption request instruction, the first equity allowance of the user terminal is obtained, if the first equity allowance indicates that the equity allowance corresponding to the user identity information does not exist, the equity allowance corresponding to the user identity information is detected twice by the cloud to obtain second equity allowance of the cloud, further, if the second equity allowance indicates that the user identity information has the corresponding equity allowance, the equity allowance corresponding to the user identity information is detected three times to obtain third equity allowance of the user terminal, and finally, if the third equity allowance indicates that the equity allowance corresponding to the user identity information, the equity consumption request instruction is responded to enable the user to consume equity, the user terminal and the cloud are detected three times in a mode, when the equity allowance corresponding to the user identity information is not synchronous, the problem of overriding the equity consumption of the user under complex scenes is avoided, and the digital commodity is managed reliably.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a block diagram of a digital commodity rights management apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 9, the present embodiment provides a digital commodity rights management apparatus 900, which includes:
the instruction receiving module 901 is configured to receive a benefit consumption request instruction of a user, where the benefit consumption request instruction carries user identity information;
the first detection module 902 is configured to detect, in response to the benefit consumption request instruction, a benefit allowance corresponding to the user identity information once, so as to obtain a first benefit allowance of the user terminal;
the second detection module 903 is configured to, if it is determined that the user identity information does not have the benefit allowance according to the first benefit allowance, enable the cloud to perform secondary detection on the benefit allowance corresponding to the user identity information, and obtain a second benefit allowance of the cloud;
a third detection module 904, configured to, if the benefit allowance of the user identity information is determined according to the second benefit allowance, perform three detections on the benefit allowance corresponding to the user identity information, and obtain a third benefit allowance of the user terminal;
the rights and interests consumption module 905 is configured to respond to the rights and interests consumption request instruction to perform rights and interests consumption if it is determined that the user identity information has the corresponding rights and interests residual according to the third rights and interests residual.
It should be noted that, the digital commodity rights management device provided in the above embodiment and the digital commodity rights management method provided in the above embodiment belong to the same concept, and the specific manner in which each module and unit perform the operation has been described in detail in the method embodiment, which is not repeated here. In practical application, the digital commodity rights management device provided in the above embodiment may allocate the functions to different functional modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the device is divided into different functional modules to complete all or part of the functions described above, which is not limited herein.
The embodiment of the application also provides electronic equipment, which comprises:
one or more processors;
and a storage means for storing one or more programs which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the electronic device to implement the digital commodity rights management method provided in the above embodiments.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device suitable for implementing an embodiment of the present application. It should be noted that, the electronic device 1000 shown in fig. 10 is only an example, and should not impose any limitation on the functions and the application scope of the embodiments of the present application.
As shown in fig. 10, the electronic apparatus 1000 includes a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU) 1001 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes, such as performing the method in the above-described embodiment, according to a program stored in a Read-Only Memory (ROM) 1002 or a program loaded from a storage section 1008 into a random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) 1003. In the RAM1003, various programs and data required for system operation are also stored. The CPU 1001, ROM 1002, and RAM1003 are connected to each other by a bus 1004. An Input/Output (I/O) interface 1005 is also connected to bus 1004.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 1005: an input section 1006 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 1007 including a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a liquid crystal display (Liquid Crystal Display, LCD), and a speaker; a storage portion 1008 including a hard disk or the like; and a communication section 1009 including a network interface card such as a LAN (Local Area Network ) card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 1009 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The drive 1010 is also connected to the I/O interface 1005 as needed. A removable medium 1011, such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like, is installed on the drive 1010 as needed, so that a computer program read out therefrom is installed into the storage section 1008 as needed.
In particular, according to embodiments of the present application, the processes described above with reference to flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present application include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising a computer program for performing the method shown in the flowchart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication portion 1009, and/or installed from the removable medium 1011. When executed by a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 1001, the computer program performs various functions defined in the system of the present application.
It should be noted that, the computer readable medium shown in the embodiments of the present application may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium, or any combination of the two. The computer readable storage medium may be, for example, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination thereof. More specific examples of the computer-readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-Only Memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-Only Memory (Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory, EPROM), flash Memory, an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-Only Memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present application, a computer-readable signal medium may include a data signal propagated in baseband or as part of a carrier wave, with a computer-readable computer program embodied therein. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. A computer program embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wired, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowcharts and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present application. Claims (13)

1. A method of digital commodity rights management, the method comprising:
receiving a rights and interests consumption request instruction of a user, wherein the rights and interests consumption request instruction carries user identity information;
detecting the right allowance corresponding to the user identity information once in response to the right consumption request instruction to obtain a first right allowance of the user terminal;
If the user identity information is determined to have no benefit allowance according to the first benefit allowance, enabling the cloud to carry out secondary detection on the benefit allowance corresponding to the user identity information, and obtaining a second benefit allowance of the cloud;
if the benefit allowance of the user identity information is determined according to the second benefit allowance, detecting the benefit allowance corresponding to the user identity information for three times to obtain a third benefit allowance of the user terminal;
and if the user identity information is determined to have the corresponding benefit allowance according to the third benefit allowance, responding to the benefit consumption request instruction to perform benefit consumption.
2. The digital commodity rights management method according to claim 1, wherein before said detecting the rights and margins corresponding to the user identity information once in response to the rights and interests consumption request instruction, the method further comprises:
and establishing a synchronization mechanism between the user terminal and the cloud end, so that the rights and interests information of each end are synchronized in real time.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the establishing a synchronization mechanism between the user terminal and the cloud end, so that the rights information of each end is synchronized in real time, includes:

7. The method of claim 1, wherein after said executing the equity consumption in response to said equity consumption request instruction, said method further comprises:
based on the rights consumption request instruction, the user terminal marks the rights consumption record in advance;
executing the rights consumption request instruction through a rights providing end, and sending an execution result to the user terminal;
and if the user terminal confirms that the execution result is that the execution is successful, confirming the rights and interests consumption record, and sending rights and interests consumption record information to the cloud.
8. The digital commodity rights management method according to claim 7, wherein said receiving said rights consumption record information to said cloud end;
the rights consumption request instruction also carries rights identification information, and based on the rights identification information, the cloud acquires corresponding rights instance information from the background;
and modifying the rights and interests allowance of the rights and interests instance by the cloud according to the rights and interests instance information and the rights and interests consumption record information, and storing the rights and interests consumption record information into a warehouse.
