Detailed Description
The present application will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.
In this embodiment, a method for generating a service flow chart is provided, as shown in fig. 1, where the method includes:
step 101, responding to a flow chart checking instruction of any service, and acquiring a service identifier corresponding to the any service;
the method for generating the service flow chart provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to the flow chart generation process of any service, such as insurance claim settlement service, financing lease application service and the like. The method can be specifically realized by a front end. When a business person wants to check a business flow chart of a certain business of a certain client, a relevant icon for checking the flow chart can be triggered on a front-end page, so that a flow chart checking instruction is generated, and then a business identifier corresponding to the business can be determined in response to the flow chart checking instruction. The service identifier may be a service ticket number, for example, in the case of an insurance claim service, the service identifier may be a ticket number of the claim ticket.
Step 102, a flow chart rendering component is called, and service circulation data corresponding to any service is obtained from a target terminal based on the service identification;
in this embodiment, after the service identifier is determined, corresponding service circulation data may be obtained from the target terminal by using the service identifier, specifically, service circulation data corresponding to each service may be stored in the target terminal, and after the target terminal receives the service identifier, service circulation data corresponding to the service identifier may be queried and returned to the front end. In addition, a call may be made to the flow chart rendering component.
Step 103, analyzing the service circulation data based on the flow chart rendering component to obtain information to be rendered, wherein the information to be rendered comprises a plurality of flow nodes, circulation direction information between every two adjacent flow nodes and display position information of each flow node, the circulation direction information comprises forward circulation information and reverse circulation information, and the display position information is determined based on the position information of a preset display node corresponding to each flow node;
in this embodiment, after the current terminal receives the service flow data, the flow chart rendering component may be utilized to parse the service flow data, so as to obtain the information to be rendered. Here, the information to be rendered may include a flow node, flow direction information between every two adjacent flow nodes, and presentation position information of each flow node. The flow nodes can be finally and directly displayed in the business flow chart, and whether the front flow node and the back flow node are forward flow or reverse flow can be seen from the flow direction information. For example, as can be seen from fig. 2, the flow nodes are in turn: the information of the circulation direction between the two flow nodes of the data submission and the data initial review can be forward circulation information, and the information of the circulation direction between the two flow nodes of the data initial review and the data return supplement can be reverse circulation information. The specific position of the flow node in the business flow chart can be determined from the display position information of the flow node. Here, in order to ensure that the display content of the service flow chart is clear, the display position information of each flow node is hooked with the position information of the preset display node of the flow node, so that the flow node corresponds to the position of the preset display node, the preset display node can be a summarized step, specifically can be a report, a first review, a settlement, a review, a claim settlement, and the like, and thus, a service person can directly determine which step the flow node belongs to. For example, the preset display node corresponding to the process node of data submission is "report", so that in the service flow chart, the process node of data submission and the preset display node of "report" can be arranged in a row, and thus service personnel can clearly know that the data submission belongs to the "report" step.
And 104, performing rendering processing on the information to be rendered to obtain a service flow chart corresponding to any service.
In this embodiment, after the information to be rendered is obtained, the information to be rendered may be rendered by using the flowchart rendering component, so that a service flowchart corresponding to the service may be obtained, and the service flowchart may be displayed at the front end.
By applying the technical scheme of the embodiment, when a business person wants to check a business flow chart of a business of a certain customer, the relevant icon checked by the flow chart can be triggered on a front-end page, so that a flow chart checking instruction is generated, and then a business identifier corresponding to the business can be determined in response to the flow chart checking instruction. After the service identifier is determined, the service identifier can be used to obtain corresponding service circulation data from the target terminal. In addition, a call may be made to the flow chart rendering component. After the current terminal receives the service flow data, the service flow data can be analyzed by utilizing the flow chart rendering component, so that the information to be rendered is obtained. Here, the information to be rendered may include a flow node, flow direction information between every two adjacent flow nodes, and presentation position information of each flow node. The flow nodes can be finally and directly displayed in the business flow chart, whether the flow nodes are forward flow or reverse flow between the front flow node and the back flow node can be seen from the flow direction information, and the specific position of the flow nodes in the business flow chart can be determined from the display position information of the flow nodes. After the information to be rendered is obtained, the information to be rendered can be rendered by utilizing the flow chart rendering component, and then the service flow chart corresponding to the service can be obtained. According to the embodiment of the application, the flow chart rendering component is called, the flow direction information among a plurality of flow nodes, every two adjacent flow nodes and the display position information of each flow node are analyzed from the service flow data, and then the service flow chart is generated according to the information, so that the display form of the service flow chart can be enriched, each displayed flow node corresponds to the corresponding preset display node, display content is clear, viewing of service personnel is facilitated, and the working efficiency of the service personnel is improved.
Further, as a refinement and extension of the foregoing embodiment, in order to fully describe a specific implementation procedure of the embodiment, another method for generating a service flow chart is provided, as shown in fig. 3, where the method includes:
step 201, responding to a flow chart checking instruction of any service, and acquiring a service identifier corresponding to any service;
step 202, a flow chart rendering component is called, and service circulation data corresponding to any service is obtained from a target terminal based on the service identification;
step 203, analyzing the service circulation data based on the flow chart rendering component to obtain information to be rendered, wherein the information to be rendered comprises a plurality of flow nodes, circulation direction information between every two adjacent flow nodes and display position information of each flow node, the circulation direction information comprises forward circulation information and reverse circulation information, and the display position information is determined based on the position information of a preset display node corresponding to each flow node;
step 204, performing rendering processing on the information to be rendered to obtain a service flow chart corresponding to any service;
in this embodiment, when a business person wants to view a business flow chart of a business of a certain client, a relevant icon for flow chart view may be triggered on a front-end page, so as to generate a flow chart view instruction, and then, a business identifier corresponding to the business may be determined in response to the flow chart view instruction.
Step 205, responding to a click command to any flow node in the business flow chart, and displaying flow sub-data corresponding to any flow node;
in this embodiment, after the service flow chart is generated, each flow node in the service flow chart may be clicked, and the service personnel may obtain detailed information corresponding to the flow node by clicking the flow node in the service flow chart. Specifically, after the front end receives the click command of any one flow node, the flow forwarding data corresponding to the flow node can be displayed. Each flow node corresponds to one piece of flow rotor data, and each piece of flow rotor data can comprise related information in the processing process of the flow node, and can comprise a processing item name, item receiving time, item processing personnel, item processing status and the like. For insurance claim service, the preset display node may include a "primary review" node, and when a service person clicks a flow node corresponding to the "primary review" node in the service flow chart, the flow forwarding data displayed at this time may include: cases enter preliminary examination (transaction name), 2022-12-03 (transaction receiving time), 2022-12-04 (transaction time), zhang san (transaction person), preliminary examination completion (transaction state), and the like.
Step 206, determining a preset display node corresponding to any flow node, and obtaining a preset processing period corresponding to the preset display node;
in this embodiment, after that, the preset display node corresponding to the flow node clicked by the service personnel may be determined, for example, when the service personnel clicks the flow node corresponding to the "initial review" node in the service flow chart, then the preset display node is the "initial review" node. Then, a preset processing period corresponding to the preset display node can be determined. Here, the preset processing deadline is a completion processing deadline preset for the flow node under each preset display node, for example, when the preset processing deadline is 3 days, the time from when the processing item is received to when the processing item is completed is set to be 3 days.
Step 207, extracting a transaction processing time and a transaction receiving time from the stream rotor data, and determining whether the preset processing period is satisfied based on the transaction processing time and the transaction receiving time;
in this embodiment, each piece of stream rotor data may include a transaction processing time by which the time of receiving the transaction is seen, and a transaction receiving time by which the transaction is completed is seen. The processing time of the corresponding staff can be seen according to the event processing time and the event receiving time.
And step 208, outputting overtime processing reminding information when the result is not satisfied.
In this embodiment, if the preset processing period can be satisfied by using the difference obtained by subtracting the item receiving time from the item processing time, it is indicated that the corresponding worker has not overdue completed the processing item; if the obtained difference value does not meet the preset processing period, the fact that the corresponding staff does not complete the processing item within the preset processing period is indicated, and overtime processing reminding information can be correspondingly output at the moment so as to remind the service staff that the processing item corresponding to the flow node is completed in an overtime mode. Thus, service personnel can simply and quickly check the processing timeliness of the processing matters corresponding to each flow node.
In this embodiment of the present application, optionally, the "parsing the service flow data based on the flowchart rendering component to obtain a plurality of flow nodes" in step 203 includes: the business circulation data are matched with preset display nodes based on the flow chart rendering component, the preset display nodes corresponding to each piece of circulation sub data are determined, and the business circulation data comprise at least one piece of circulation sub data; and processing each stream of rotor data according to the display rule corresponding to the preset display node to obtain a flow node corresponding to each stream of rotor data.
In this embodiment, a plurality of preset display nodes may be preset, as shown in fig. 2, where "report", "initial review", "calculate", "audit", "claim" are preset display nodes, where the preset display nodes are fixed and correspond to the types of services, for example, when a service person wants to view a service flow chart of an a service of a client, then the corresponding preset display nodes are also determined accordingly, that is, the preset display nodes corresponding to the a service. One or more pieces of stream rotor data may be included in the service flow data, each piece of stream rotor data including a processing item. After the current terminal receives the service flow data, each piece of flow rotor data in the service flow data can be matched with a preset display node, and then the preset display node corresponding to each piece of flow rotor data is determined. In addition, the display rules corresponding to different preset display nodes may also be different, for example, a the display rules of the preset display nodes are "transaction name+transaction time+transaction personnel"; b, presetting a display rule of a display node to be 'transaction name + transaction receiving time + transaction processing time', and the like. Then, after determining the preset display node corresponding to each piece of stream rotor data, the display rule corresponding to the preset display node can be utilized to filter and screen the piece of stream rotor data, and after finding the target data required by the display rule, the target data is utilized to form the flow node corresponding to the piece of stream rotor data, that is, the flow node can include the target data.
In this embodiment of the present application, optionally, the "parsing the service flow data based on the flowchart rendering component to obtain flow direction information between every two adjacent flow nodes" in step 203 includes: identifying preset display nodes corresponding to any two adjacent flow nodes based on the flow chart rendering component; and if the preset display node corresponding to the next flow node is the subsequent node of the preset display node corresponding to the previous flow node in the two adjacent flow nodes, determining that the circulation direction information is forward circulation information, otherwise, determining that the circulation direction information is reverse circulation information.
In this embodiment, in addition to determining individual flow nodes from traffic flow data, flow direction information between each two adjacent flow nodes may be determined. Specifically, the preset display node corresponding to each flow node may be determined first, then the sequence relationship between the preset display nodes corresponding to the two adjacent flow nodes may be analyzed, where the sequence relationship may be that the preset display node 1 is located after the preset display node 2, that is, the preset display node 1 is a subsequent node of the preset display node 2; it is also possible that the preset exhibition node 1 is located before the preset exhibition node 2. For example, the preset display nodes are sequentially: "report", "initial review", "calculate", "review", "claim" then the "calculate" node is the "report" node, the "initial review" node is the subsequent node. It should be noted that the preset display nodes corresponding to two adjacent process nodes are not necessarily adjacent, and the two adjacent process nodes refer to adjacent process nodes arranged according to a time sequence in the whole service process. If the preset display node corresponding to the next flow node is the subsequent node of the preset display node corresponding to the previous flow node in the two adjacent flow nodes through judgment, the circulation direction is described as forward circulation, and the circulation direction information can be determined as forward circulation information at the moment; otherwise, the direction of the stream is reverse stream, and it may be determined that the stream direction information is reverse stream information.
In this embodiment of the present application, optionally, the "parsing the service flow data based on the flowchart rendering component to obtain the display position information of each of the flowchart nodes" in step 203 includes: determining circulation state information corresponding to any flow node and circulation state information of a previous flow node of any flow node based on the flow chart rendering component, wherein the circulation state information comprises forward state information and backward state information; when the two pieces of circulation state information are the same, acquiring first direction position information of a previous flow node of any flow node, acquiring second direction position information of a preset display node corresponding to any flow node, and taking the first direction position information and the second direction position information as display position information of any flow node; when the two circulation state information are opposite, acquiring first direction position information of a previous flow node of any flow node, updating the first direction position information according to a preset increment, acquiring updated first direction position information, acquiring second direction position information of a preset display node corresponding to any flow node, and taking the updated first direction position information and the second direction position information as the display position information of any flow node.
In this embodiment, in order to be able to generate a business flow chart, presentation position information of each flow node is required in addition to flow node, flow direction information. Specifically, when determining the presentation location information of any flow node, the flow chart rendering component may be utilized to determine the flow state information corresponding to any flow node and the flow state information corresponding to the previous flow node of the flow node. Here, the circulation state information may include forward state information, backward state information. For example, as shown in fig. 4, the circulation status information corresponding to the fifth flow node (i.e., the flow node whose processing item name is "case is returned to initial review") is the backward status information, and the circulation status information corresponding to the last flow node of the flow node (i.e., the fourth flow node (i.e., the flow node whose processing item name is "case entry review") is the forward status information. When the circulation state information of each flow node is determined, the preset display node corresponding to the flow node and the preset display node corresponding to the last flow node of the flow node can be determined, the sequence of the two preset display nodes is determined, if the preset display node of the flow node is the subsequent node of the preset display node of the last flow node, the circulation state information is the forward state information, and otherwise, the circulation state information is the backward state information.
If it is judged that the two pieces of circulation state information are both forward state information or both backward state information, then the first direction position information corresponding to the previous flow node of the flow node may be obtained, in fig. 4, assuming that the up-down direction of the diagram is the y-axis direction and the left-right direction of the diagram is the x-axis direction, the first direction may be the y-axis direction, and the first direction position information may be the y-axis direction position information. In addition, second direction position information of a preset display node corresponding to the flow node can be determined, the second direction can be an x-axis direction, and the second direction position information can be position information of the x-axis direction. Here, the position of each preset display node in the service flow chart is fixed, that is, the position information of each preset display node in the x-axis direction and the y-axis direction is fixed. After the first direction position information and the second direction position information are determined, the first direction position information and the second direction position information can be used as the display position information of the flow node.
If it is judged that the two circulation state information are different, namely, one is forward state information and the other is backward state information, it is indicated that the flow node should be swapped in the service flow chart at this time, and at this time, the first direction position information corresponding to the previous flow node of the flow node can be obtained, and the first direction position information can be the position information in the y-axis direction. After the first direction position information is determined, the first direction position information can be updated by using a preset increment, so that updated first direction position information is obtained. The preset increment may be determined in terms of the change height, i.e. the distance information that needs to be changed in the y-axis direction from one row to another. In addition, second direction position information of a preset display node corresponding to the flow node can be determined, and the second direction position information can be position information in the x-axis direction. After the second direction position information and the updated first direction position information are determined, the second direction position information and the updated first direction position information can be used as the display position information of the flow node.
In an embodiment of the present application, optionally, step 204 includes: rendering each flow node in the plurality of flow nodes at a display position based on the display position information of each flow node, and rendering a flow direction icon between every two adjacent flow nodes based on the flow direction information between every two adjacent flow nodes to obtain a service flow diagram corresponding to any service.
In this embodiment, after the display position information of the flow node is determined, the display position of the flow node in the service flow chart may be determined. In addition, the process nodes can be connected together to form a perfect business flow chart. Specifically, the flow direction information between two adjacent flow nodes can be analyzed by the flow chart rendering component, and a flow direction icon is rendered between the two adjacent flow nodes according to the flow direction information, wherein the flow direction icon can be an icon indicating the flow direction, such as an arrow and the like. As shown in fig. 4, if the flow direction information is forward flow information, the arrow direction may be from left to right; if the flow direction information is reverse flow information, the arrow direction may be from right to left.
Further, as a specific implementation of the method of fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a device for generating a service flow chart, as shown in fig. 5, where the device includes:
the service identification acquisition module is used for responding to a flow chart checking instruction of any service and acquiring a service identification corresponding to the any service;

and the flow chart generating module is used for carrying out rendering treatment on the information to be rendered to obtain a business flow chart corresponding to any business.
