Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to contain the composition of the graft copolymer of amphoteric polymeric material, one or more vinyl monomers of graft polymerization on the described amphoteric polymeric material.
The background of invention
The scratch resistance of the moulded parts that is made by polyolefine and scratch property are poor. That is to say that the slight friction of object (as nail) just abrades or scratch its surface easily. With modified polyolefin (as be grafted with one or more vinyl monomers, as vinylbenzene or acrylic compounds, amphoteric polymeric material) the also performance scratch resistance and the scratch property of going on business. If add rubber in these graft copolymers, then the scratch resistance of the goods that made by these multipolymers and scratch property can descend usually.
As european patent application 832,925 is described, by adding independent lubricant (as polysiloxane) or combining scratch resistance and the scratch property that can improve thermoplastic olefin (the elastomeric uncrosslinked blend of crystalline olefin polymers and olefin polymer) with aliphatic acid amides (as erucicamide and/or oleylamide).
Need to improve the scratch resistance and the scratch performance that contain the graft copolymer of graft polymerization vinyl monomer on amphoteric polymeric material main chain and this main chain, still take into account favorable mechanical performance and high surface gloss simultaneously.
The general introduction of invention
