Specifically, the odor detection control switch 20 may be a touch-sensitive switch or a mechanical switch, and the control module 10 determines whether to send an odor detection instruction or an odor detection and flushing instruction according to the touch or pressing time. In specific implementation, the odor detection instruction can be triggered by short touch/short press (for example, not more than 3 seconds), and the odor detection and flushing instruction can be triggered by long touch/long press (for example, more than 3 seconds). Of course, the opposite arrangement is also possible, and the present embodiment is not particularly limited.
After the control module 10 determines that an odor detection instruction is received, the water pump 50 is controlled to reversely rotate, oral gas sequentially passes through the water nozzle 80, the fourth pipeline 104, the water pump 50, the first pipeline 101, the switching valve 40 and the third pipeline 103, the odor detection sensor 60 connected with the third pipeline 103 detects oral gas, a detection result is sent to the control module 10, and the control module 10 determines whether the concentration of the preset gas exceeds the preset concentration according to the detection result and carries out corresponding sound prompt. After the control module 10 determines that the odor detection and flushing instruction is received, firstly, the odor detection is performed, specifically, the water pump 50 is controlled to reversely rotate, the oral cavity gas sequentially passes through the water nozzle 80, the fourth pipeline 104, the water pump 50, the first pipeline 101, the switching valve 40 and the third pipeline 103, the odor detection sensor 60 connected with the third pipeline 103 performs oral cavity gas detection, and sends the detection result to the control module 10, the control module 10 determines whether the concentration of the preset gas exceeds the preset concentration according to the detection result, performs corresponding voice prompt, and stores the detection result and analysis locally, and can also send the detection result and the analysis result to an external terminal device (through a wired or wireless) which is connected with the external terminal device, wherein the external terminal device comprises a mobile phone, a computer and the like; then, it is determined whether flushing is required according to the detection result of the odor, if necessary, the water pump 50 is controlled to rotate in the forward direction, and the water in the water tank 90 sequentially passes through the second pipe 102, the switching valve 40, the first pipe 101, the water pump 50 and the fourth pipe 104 and is sprayed from the water nozzle 80. After determining that flushing is required according to the odor detection result, the flushing strength, the flushing flow and the flushing time (one, two or three of which can be controlled according to the requirement) are further acquired according to the concentration range of the preset gas, and corresponding control is performed.
Food residues left in the crevices are one of the causes of bad breath, and long time in the crevices causes bacteria to grow and generate some various bad smell gases such as hydrogen sulfide, ammonia gas, etc., thereby causing bad breath. In one embodiment, hydrogen sulfide gas is detected and controlled as described below.
When the detected odor concentration is 5ppm < Vair less than or equal to 25ppm, the flushing strength (the power of the water pump 50) is set to 25%, and the flushing duration is 5s;

when the detected odor concentration is 50ppm < Vair less than or equal to 75ppm, the flushing strength (the power of the water pump 50) of the product is set to 75%, and the flushing duration is 7s;
when the detected odor concentration was 75ppm < vair, the flush strength (pump 50 power) of the product was set to 100% and the flush duration was 8s, as shown in table 1 below.
