Abstract
本发明公开一种转轴式智能限充阀,其阀体内安装有开关阀,侧向阀体内安装电磁驱动单元,电磁驱动单元包括铁芯、磁控滑套以及复位弹簧,开关阀包括固定在阀体内的阀座、横置在阀孔上端且具有上下间隙的转轴、固定在转轴的拨杆以及保持拨杆摆至紧邻侧向阀体这一侧的自复位装置,转轴开有当拨杆摆动至远离侧向阀体这一侧时贯通阀孔的通孔,拨杆的上端延伸至磁控滑套的滑动空间。由于本发明智能限充阀采用了转轴式开关阀,其开关形式只是转动开关,开关阀的来回开关转动只能由磁控滑套和自复位装置驱动,瓶内的真空负压无法改变开关阀的开关状态。因此,本发明智能限充阀工作性能稳定可靠,不会出现气瓶抽真空后无法充装的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及瓶阀技术领域,具体是指具有智能识别充装的智能限充阀。
背景技术
智能限充阀具有智能识别充装功能,利用电子识别系统,由智能充气枪控制智能限充阀,实现气瓶的合法充装。通常在智能充气枪安装受控于电子识别系统的电磁控制装置,在智能限充阀安装受控于电磁控制装置的电磁驱动单元及受控于电磁驱动单元的开关阀。智能限充阀上安装可供电子识别系统识别的电子标识,以确认气瓶充装的合法性。通常电磁驱动单元都安装在智能限充阀的侧向阀体内,主要由作为磁力介体的铁芯以及套在铁芯的磁控滑套构成,磁控滑套可受电磁力驱动滑动来控制开关阀的动作。目前的这种智能限充阀普遍采用单向阀,常态下的单向阀在复位弹簧的作用下保持常开。非法充装时,电磁驱动单元不启动,单向阀可正常执行关闭动作,充装气压会驱使单向阀关闭,使得无法继续进行充装。法定充装时,电磁驱动单元启动阻止单向阀的关闭动作,使得法定充装可顺利进行。但是,这种智能限充阀在气瓶抽真空的情况下,往往会出现无法充装的问题。原因是瓶内的真空负压会促使单向阀处于关闭状态,导致无法充装。因此,有必要研发一种工作性能更加可靠的智能限充阀
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种工作性能可靠的智能限充阀。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种转轴式智能限充阀,所述智能限充阀的阀体内安装有限制充装的开关阀,阀体具有侧向阀体,侧向阀体内安装可被电磁力驱动打开开关阀的电磁驱动单元,电磁驱动单元包括与侧向阀体固定的铁芯、套在铁芯上滑动的磁控滑套以及驱使磁控滑套复位的弹簧,其特征在于:所述开关阀包括固定在阀体内形成阀孔的阀座、横置并封堵在阀孔上端转动且具有上下移动间隙的转轴、固定在转轴用以转动转轴的拨杆以及保持拨杆摆至紧邻侧向阀体这一侧的自复位装置,转轴开有当拨杆摆动至远离侧向阀体这一侧时上下贯通阀孔的通孔,拨杆的上端延伸至磁控滑套的滑动空间。
在上述基础上,所述自复位装置包括固定在拨杆的铁磁块以及偏置于侧向阀体这一侧固定的永磁铁。
采用本发明所带来的有益效果:由于本发明智能限充阀采用了转轴式开关阀,其开关形式只是转动开关,开关阀的来回开关转动只能由磁控滑套和自复位装置驱动,瓶内的真空负压无法改变开关阀的开关状态。因此,本发明智能限充阀工作性能稳定可靠,不会出现气瓶抽真空后无法充装的问题。

实施方式
如图1所示,一种转轴式智能限充阀,所述智能限充阀的阀体1内安装有限制充装的开关阀,阀体1具有侧向阀体1.1,侧向阀体1.1内安装可被电磁力驱动打开开关阀的电磁驱动单元,电磁驱动单元包括与侧向阀体1.1固定的铁芯2、套在铁芯2上滑动的磁控滑套3以及驱使磁控滑套3复位的弹簧4。在本发明中,所述开关阀包括固定在阀体1内形成阀孔5.1的阀座5、横置并封堵在阀孔5.1上端转动且具有上下移动间隙的转轴6、固定在转轴6用以转动转轴6的拨杆7以及保持拨杆7摆至紧邻侧向阀体1.1这一侧的自复位装置。转轴6开有当拨杆7摆动至远离侧向阀体1.1这一侧时上下贯通阀孔5.1的通孔6.1,拨杆7的上端延伸至磁控滑套3的滑动空间。
可以知晓的是,转轴6的自复位装置为常规结构,只需为转轴6提供一个保持其转动趋势的力,比如扭簧这类弹性部件或者磁吸结构。本实施例采用了磁吸结构,具体的包括了固定在拨杆7的铁磁块8以及偏置于侧向阀体1.1这一侧固定的永磁铁9,事实上永磁铁9可固定在阀体1也可固定在阀座5。铁磁块8可受到永磁铁9的吸力驱使拨杆7摆动,从而带动转轴6转动。
常态下,拨杆7摆动至左侧(即是紧邻侧向阀体1.1这一侧),转轴6的通孔6.1转动错开阀孔5.1 ,此时开关阀关闭,非法充装是无法向瓶内充装的。由于转轴6具有上下移动间隙,瓶内的气压会冲开转轴6,以保证能正常用气。法定充装时,电磁驱动单元启动,磁控滑套3向右侧滑动。由于拨杆7的上端延伸至磁控滑套3的滑动空间,拨杆7会阻挡在磁控滑套3的右端,因此滑动的磁控滑套3会推动拨杆7摆动至右侧(即是远离侧向阀体1.1这一侧)时,转轴6的通孔6.1转动至上下正对阀孔5.1,此时开关阀打开,法定充装得以进行。

1.一种转轴式智能限充阀,所述智能限充阀的阀体内安装有限制充装的开关阀,阀体具有侧向阀体,侧向阀体内安装可被电磁力驱动打开开关阀的电磁驱动单元,电磁驱动单元包括与侧向阀体固定的铁芯、套在铁芯上滑动的磁控滑套以及驱使磁控滑套复位的弹簧,其特征在于:所述开关阀包括固定在阀体内形成阀孔的阀座、横置并封堵在阀孔上端转动且具有上下移动间隙的转轴、固定在转轴用以转动转轴的拨杆以及保持拨杆摆至紧邻侧向阀体这一侧的自复位装置,转轴开有当拨杆摆动至远离侧向阀体这一侧时上下贯通阀孔的通孔,拨杆的上端延伸至磁控滑套的滑动空间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的转轴式智能限充阀,其特征在于:所述自复位装置包括固定在拨杆的铁磁块以及偏置于侧向阀体这一侧固定的永磁铁。
