Comparative example 1
A preparation method of spray-coating impregnated bond paper comprises the following steps:
step 1: weighing 100mL of normal hexane and 120mL of absolute ethyl alcohol, adding into a beaker, and uniformly stirring by using a glass rod;
step 2: weighing 120g of vinyl polydimethylsiloxane and adding the vinyl polydimethylsiloxane into the solution obtained in the step 1;
step 3: weighing 12g of perfluorodecyl triethoxysilane and adding the perfluorodecyl triethoxysilane into the solution obtained in the step 2;
step 4: magnetically stirring the solution obtained in the step 2 at 600rpm for 30min;
step 5: and (5) uniformly spraying the solution obtained in the step (5) on the surface of the melamine impregnated bond paper by using a spray gun. step 4: adding the solution obtained in the step 3 into the solution obtained in the step 2, and magnetically stirring at 600rpm for 30min;
step 5: and (5) uniformly spraying the solution obtained in the step (5) on the surface of the melamine impregnated bond paper by using a spray gun. A preparation method of spray-coating impregnated bond paper comprises the following steps:

step 2: weighing 12g of perfluorodecyl triethoxysilane and adding the perfluorodecyl triethoxysilane into the solution obtained in the step 1;
step 3: 3g KH570 is weighed and added into 50mL absolute ethanol solution, and the mixture is stirred uniformly by a glass rod;
step 4: adding the solution obtained in the step 3 into the solution obtained in the step 2, and magnetically stirring at 600rpm for 30min;
step 5: and (5) uniformly spraying the solution obtained in the step (5) on the surface of the melamine impregnated bond paper by using a spray gun. The caliber of the spray gun is 1.2mm, the spraying pressure is 0.5MPa, the spraying surface is a sector with the width of 8cm, the distance between the spray head and the surface of the sprayed object is 15cm, the moving speed of the spray gun is 40cm/s, the angle between the spray head and the surface of the sprayed object is 90 degrees, and the next spray gun and the last spray gun are sprayed for 1/3 area.
Step 6: and naturally drying for 24 hours to obtain the spray-coated impregnated bond paper.
Cutting the impregnated bond paper prepared in examples 1-3 and the spray coated impregnated bond paper prepared in comparative examples 1-3 into samples with the size of 1 x 1m, respectively dripping water drops and vegetable oil drops on the surfaces of the samples, and measuring the contact angles of the samples; after the measurement, each sample was left for 30d in an indoor environment at 25℃and 50% air humidity, and water droplets and vegetable oil droplets were added dropwise thereto, respectively, and the contact angle was measured. The measurement results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the amphiphobic impregnated bond papers prepared in examples 1 to 3 have good hydrophobic and oleophobic effects initially and still have good hydrophobic and oleophobic effects after being placed for 30 days. In the initial state, the schematic water drop contact angle and the schematic vegetable oil drop contact angle of the amphiphobic impregnated bond paper prepared in example 3 are respectively shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2. As can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, the amphiphobic impregnated bond paper prepared in example 3 has good hydrophobic and oleophobic effects in an initial state.
The spray-coated impregnated bond paper prepared in comparative example 1 has good hydrophobic and oleophobic effects initially, but after 30 days, the hydrophobic and oleophobic effects are obviously reduced, and the surface can not be maintained clean for a long time.
The spray-coated impregnated bond paper prepared in comparative example 2 has no hydrophobic and oleophobic effects initially, and further cannot maintain the surface clean for a long time. As can be seen from Table 1, the spray coated impregnated bond paper prepared in comparative example 3 has a good hydrophobic and oleophobic effect both initially and after 30 days of standing, but the overall effect is not as good as that of the amphiphobic impregnated bond papers prepared in examples 1 to 3. In summary, the amphiphobic impregnated bond paper prepared in examples 1-3 has better hydrophobic and oleophobic effects, and can maintain long-term attractive and clean appearance of the bond paper.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention and it should be noted that modifications and adaptations to those skilled in the art may be made without departing from the principles of the present invention, which are intended to be comprehended within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The amphiphobic solution is characterized by comprising the following raw materials:
vinyl polydimethylsiloxane, perfluorosiloxane, silane coupling agent and organic solvent;
the mass ratio of the vinyl polydimethylsiloxane, the perfluoro siloxane and the silane coupling agent is 80-120:8-12:1.5-3;
the mass ratio of the vinyl polydimethylsiloxane to the organic solvent is 80-120:171.07-200.03; the organic solvent comprises n-hexane and absolute ethyl alcohol.
2. The amphiphobic solution of claim 1, wherein the perfluorosiloxane comprises perfluorodecyl triethoxysilane and the silane coupling agent comprises KH570.
3. The amphiphobic solution of claim 1, wherein the volume ratio of n-hexane to absolute ethanol is 80-100:150-170.
4. A method for preparing an amphiphobic solution according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
mixing vinyl polydimethylsiloxane, perfluorosiloxane, a silane coupling agent and an organic solvent to obtain the amphiphobic solution;
the organic solvent comprises n-hexane and absolute ethyl alcohol.
5. The method of preparing according to claim 4, wherein the mixing comprises the steps of:
mixing the silane coupling agent with part of the absolute ethyl alcohol to obtain a silane coupling agent solution;
adding the vinyl polydimethylsiloxane into a mixed solvent composed of the n-hexane and the rest of the absolute ethyl alcohol for first mixing to obtain a first mixed solution;
adding the perfluorinated siloxane into the first mixed solution for second mixing to obtain a second mixed solution;
and adding the silane coupling agent solution into the second mixed solution for third mixing.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the third mixing is magnetic stirring, and the rotation speed of the magnetic stirring is 300-600 rpm for 30-60 min.
7. The method according to claim 5, wherein the amount of the anhydrous alcohol is 5/17 to 1/3 of the amount of the anhydrous alcohol.
8. The amphiphobic impregnated bond paper is characterized by comprising impregnated bond paper and an amphiphobic coating attached to the surface of the impregnated bond paper; the double-hydrophobic coating is formed by the double-hydrophobic solution;
the amphiphobic solution is an amphiphobic solution according to any one of claims 1 to 3 or an amphiphobic solution prepared by the preparation method according to any one of claims 4 to 7.
9. The method for preparing the amphiphobic impregnated bond paper of claim 8, comprising the steps of:
coating the amphiphobic solution on the surface of the impregnated bond paper to obtain precoated impregnated bond paper;
and drying the precoated impregnated bond paper to obtain the amphiphobic impregnated bond paper.
10. The preparation method according to claim 9, wherein the coating is spraying, and the caliber of a spray head of a spray gun used for spraying is 1.2-2.0 mm; the spraying pressure is 0.4-0.8 MPa; the width of the spraying fan surface of the spraying is 8-12 cm; the distance between the spray head of the spray gun used for spraying and the surface of the impregnated bond paper is 15-30 cm; the angle between the spray head of the spray gun used for spraying and the surface of the impregnated bond paper is 60-90 degrees; the moving speed of the spray gun is 30-60 cm/s; the spray surface formed by spraying the next gun of the spray gun used for spraying is overlapped with the spray surface formed by the previous gun by 1/3-2/3 area.
