and a third step of: extruding the melted PE mixture from a die gap at 330 ℃;
fourth step: the extruded high-temperature PE mixture evenly flows onto the base paper, and is extruded and compounded into the laminated base paper with color and antistatic function by a compression roller, namely a laminated layer 2 and a base paper layer 3;
the release force of the silicon surface color paper bottom layer is increased through a silicon coating process, the silicon oil layer 1 is fully mixed with gasoline according to the proportion of 50:1, then evenly coated on the film-coated base paper, and then baked for 30 seconds at 150 ℃ through an oven, and the silicon oil fully reacts and volatilizes the gasoline to obtain the silicon surface color base paper layer with release force;

the first step: preparing materials, namely selecting a ratio of a required color master to polyethylene resin to be 3%, adding a proper amount of antistatic agent ethoxyalkylamine, an antioxidant MB and a brightening agent, and fully and uniformly stirring the materials;
and a second step of: pouring the prepared material into a hopper, flowing the material in the hopper to a plasticizing cavity, fully plasticizing at the temperature of 350 ℃, and outputting the plasticized PE mixture to a die head through a screw;
and a third step of: extruding the melted PE mixture from a die gap at 330 ℃;
fourth step: the extruded high-temperature PE mixture evenly flows onto the base paper, and is extruded and compounded into the laminated base paper with color, antistatic, antioxidant and brightening functions by a compression roller, namely a laminated layer 2 and a base paper layer 3;
the release force of the silicon surface color paper bottom layer is increased through a silicon coating process, the silicon oil layer 1 is fully mixed with gasoline according to the proportion of 50:1, then evenly coated on the film-coated base paper, and then baked for 30 seconds at 150 ℃ through an oven, and the silicon oil fully reacts and volatilizes the gasoline to obtain the silicon surface color base paper layer with release force;

The adhesive sticker for the silicon surface color paper bottom is characterized by comprising a silicon surface color paper bottom layer, a glue layer and a fabric layer, wherein the silicon surface color paper bottom layer comprises a silicon oil layer (1), a laminating layer (2) and a bottom paper layer (3), and the silicon oil layer (1), the laminating layer (2) and the bottom paper layer (3) are sequentially laminated.
2. The silicon surface color paper base self-adhesive according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the laminated layer (2) is not more than 3 filaments, and the thickness of the base paper layer (3) is 6-20 filaments.
3. The silicone-based color paper base self-adhesive according to claim 2, wherein the laminating layer (2) is prepared by a laminating process by taking PE (polyethylene resin), color master batch and additives as main raw materials.
4. A silicone-based colored paper substrate self-adhesive according to claim 3, wherein the laminating process of the laminating layer (2) is as follows:
the first step: preparing materials, wherein the ratio of the color master batch to the polyethylene resin is 3-5%, adding a proper amount of additives, and then fully and uniformly stirring;
and a second step of: pouring the prepared material into a hopper, flowing the material in the hopper to a plasticizing cavity, fully plasticizing at 335-355 ℃, and outputting the plasticized PE mixture to a die head through a screw;
and a third step of: extruding the melted PE mixture from a die gap at 330 ℃;
fourth step: the extruded high-temperature PE mixture evenly flows onto the base paper, and is extruded and compounded into the laminated layer 2 and the base paper layer 3 with colors and functionalities through a compression roller.
5. The adhesive sticker for a silicon surface color paper base according to claim 4, wherein the laminating layer (2) can adjust the color of the base paper to be required by changing the parameters and the proportion of PE and color master.
6. The adhesive sticker of claim 5 wherein said PE and said color master have additives to enhance physical and chemical properties of the base paper such as antistatic, antioxidant, moisture resistance, color brightening, etc.
7. The adhesive sticker for a silicon surface color paper bottom according to claim 6, wherein the coating layer (2) has no release force, so that a silicon process is needed, the base paper has good release force, and the adhesive sticker is convenient to use.

The silicone-surface-color-paper-base self-adhesive of claim 7, wherein the silicone oil layer (1) is prepared from silicone oil and gasoline according to a ratio of 100:1-30: 1, uniformly coating the mixture on the laminated layer (2), and then baking the mixture for 10-30s at 140-155 ℃ through an oven until the silicone oil fully reacts and volatilizes the gasoline, thus obtaining the silicone surface color paper bottom layer with release force.
