The high gloss embossed liner paper, which is prepared by the method for manufacturing the high gloss embossed liner paper according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprises a raw paper layer, an adhesive layer and an aluminum foil layer which are arranged in sequence from bottom to top, wherein the bright surface of the aluminum foil layer faces outwards, and the bright surface of the aluminum foil layer is further coated with a high gloss aqueous gloss oil coating layer, and the high gloss aqueous gloss oil coating layer is transferred with concave-convex patterns.
