A wall coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 30 parts of organic silicon resin, 30 parts of French resin, 5 parts of mica powder, 5 parts of talcum powder, 5 parts of quartz powder, 20 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 20 parts of silica sol, 5 parts of acetic acid, 2 parts of paraffin, 3 parts of stearic acid, 5 parts of calcium stearate, 15 parts of silver ion antibacterial agent and 40 parts of phenyl trimethoxysilane.
The preparation method of the wall coating comprises the following steps: (1) Adding the organic silicon resin, the resin and the nano titanium dioxide into a stirring cylinder, slowly and uniformly stirring, and slowly adding the silica sol, the paraffin, the stearic acid and the calcium stearate while stirring to fully dissolve the components; (2) Continuously adding mica powder, talcum powder and quartz powder into a stirring cylinder, fully grinding and stirring, adding acetic acid, and regulating the pH value to 5.5-6.5; (3) And continuously adding phenyl trimethoxy silane into the stirring barrel, stirring until the paint is in a stable state, and cooling and placing to obtain the finished product of the wall paint.
In the wall coating, the silane coupling agent is hydrolyzed into silanol with high reactivity under the weak acid condition, and the silanol reacts with the silica sol and the hydroxyl on the surface of the nano titanium dioxide, so that the silica sol and the nano titanium dioxide are completely wrapped; meanwhile, silanol reacts with hydroxyl in the organic silicon resin to generate a long-chain structure, and the long-chain structure continuously reacts with silanol wrapping silica sol and nano titanium dioxide to continuously generate a crosslinking reaction, so that a silica bond is formed among the silica sol, the nano titanium dioxide and the organic silicon resin, and the combination is firm, so that the wall coating disclosed by the invention has a longer service life. In addition, the silane is mainly methyl trimethoxy silane which contains a large amount of methyl groups, so that the surface of the coating has stronger hydrophobicity and good stain resistance; silanol generated by the hydrolysis of methyltrimethylsilane can also react with hydroxyl on the surface of nano titanium dioxide to form a structure of-Si-O-Ti-O, which is beneficial to prolonging the service life of the nano titanium dioxide and keeping the long-term pollution-resistant effect.
The wall coating of example 1 of the present invention was prepared into a finished product and subjected to performance testing, the results of which are shown in Table 1 below.

As can be seen from the data in Table 1, the wall coating has a far greater stain resistance effect than the national standard, shows stronger stain resistance and corrosion resistance, and can maintain the stain resistance effect for a long time; the yellowing resistance is far greater than national standard, and the weather resistance is excellent.

Claims (7)
1. The wall coating is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass: 20-30 parts of organic silicon resin, 20-30 parts of resin, 10-20 parts of pigment filler, 15-20 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 10-20 parts of silica sol, 5-10 parts of pH regulator, 5-10 parts of dispersing agent, 10-15 parts of antibacterial agent and 30-40 parts of silane coupling agent.
2. The wall coating and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the pigment and filler is one or more of mica powder, quartz powder and talcum powder.
3. The wall covering according to claim 1, wherein the pH adjustor is formic acid or acetic acid.
4. The wall covering according to claim 1, wherein the dispersant is one or more of paraffin wax, stearic acid and calcium stearate.
5. The wall covering according to claim 1, wherein the antibacterial agent is silver ion antibacterial agent.
6. The wall coating and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the silane coupling agent is methyltrimethoxysilane or phenyltrimethoxysilane.
7. The method of preparing a wall covering according to claim 1, comprising the steps of: (1) Adding the organic silicon resin, the resin and the nano titanium dioxide into a stirring cylinder, slowly and uniformly stirring, and slowly adding the silica sol and the dispersing agent while stirring to fully dissolve each component; (2) Continuously adding pigment and filler into the stirring barrel, fully grinding and stirring, and then adding a pH regulator to adjust the pH value to 5.5-6.5; (3) And continuously adding the silane coupling agent into the stirring barrel, stirring until the paint is in a stable state, and cooling and placing to obtain the finished product of the wall paint.
