In this embodiment, the top plate 12 is taken as an example to describe a simulated leather texture plastic panel, and as shown in fig. 4-6, the simulated leather texture plastic panel has a panel body 31 (i.e., a storage body), an outer surface layer portion 32 (i.e., an outer surface layer portion) provided on an outer side surface of the panel body 31, and an inner surface layer portion 33 (i.e., a storage surface layer portion) provided on an inner side surface of the panel body 31, wherein the panel body 31, the outer surface layer portion 32, and the inner surface layer portion 33 are integrally formed of a plastic material. As shown in fig. 5 and 7, the inner surface layer portion 33 has a plurality of inner ribs 331 thereon, and correspondingly, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the outer surface layer portion 32 has a shrinkage mark portion 321 formed thereon, the shrinkage mark portion 321 corresponds to the inner ribs 331, and at least one hole row belt 50 is provided on the shrinkage mark portion 321.
As shown in fig. 9, the pocket row belt 50 includes a plurality of pockets 51 distributed in rows and a plurality of ribs 52 respectively provided between adjacent two of the pockets 51. The protruding strip 52 is provided with a plurality of diagonal lines 53 inclined at an angle to the longitudinal direction of the protruding strip 52. The hole 51 is a hole extending toward the panel body 31, and the size of the entrance of the hole 51 is larger and gradually decreases as the hole extends toward the panel body 31; each of the protruding strips 52 is located between two adjacent grooves 51, and protrudes from the surface of the outer surface layer portion 32. The convex design of the ridge 52 and the concave design of the recess 51 form a "concave-convex" design, which can increase the strength of the plastic panel at the pinch portion 321. Two adjacent diagonal grooves 53 are arranged in parallel, and the first section of each protruding strip 52 is arranged to the tail end of the protruding strip 52, so that when the protruding strip 52 is subjected to external force to cause deformation of the surface, the deformation space can be provided for the plastic panel by means of the diagonal grooves 53. In addition, in practical use, it is found that the space between two adjacent pockets 51 in the pocket row belt 50 also affects the use strength of the daily necessities, wherein the space is set to be 5mm to 6mm, and the effect of improving the use strength of the daily necessities is obvious, and the embodiment is preferably 5.5mm. For the interval dimension between two adjacent grooves 51, in actual use, different interval dimensions can be selected according to different daily necessities, for example, if the products are handbag type, the interval dimension can be set to be 3-8 mm; if the tray is a containing tray product, the interval size can be set to be 3-5.5 mm; in the case of a box-like product, the spacing dimension may be set to between 4-6.5 mm; in the case of a barrel product, the gap size may be set to between 4-6.5 mm.
An external convex portion 323 is formed on the outer surface layer portion 32 between the shrinkage mark portions 321, and a cortical texture region portion is provided on the external convex portion 323, the cortical texture region portion contains at least one texture concave-convex region 40, and the texture concave-convex region 40 contains a plurality of texture concave stripes 41 and a plurality of texture convex portions 42 (not shown in fig. 5). As shown in fig. 5, the inner ribs 331 are arranged alternately and side by side in a regular mesh shape, the meshes form concave portions 332, the outer convex portions 323 are sized to fit the size of the concave portions 332, and are arranged on the outer surface layer portion 32 in correspondence with the concave portions 332.
As shown in fig. 4, the outer surface layer portion 32 is recessed inward to form a recessed area 324, and the shrinkage mark portion 321 and the outer protruding portion 323 are located in the recessed area 324.
Fig. 10 is a partial enlarged view at B in fig. 4.
Fig. 11 is a partial enlarged view at E in fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 4 and 10, the simulated leather texture plastic panel further includes an inter-skin interface 34 provided at the interface of the outer skin portion 32 and the inner skin portion 33 and respectively adjacent to the outer skin portion 32 and the inner skin portion 33, the panel body 31, the outer skin portion 32, the inner skin portion 33 and the inter-skin interface 34 being formed of a plastic material and integrally formed by an injection molding process using a mold; the panel body 31, the outer surface layer portion 32, the inner surface layer portion 33 and the inter-surface layer connecting portion 34 are decomposed for the portions of the simulated leather texture plastic panel based on the function corresponding to the positions thereof. As shown in fig. 4 and 11, the outside surface layer portion 32 of the top plate 12 is provided with a hole row belt 50 near the surface layer-to-surface layer joint portion 34, and a certain surface layer-to-surface layer joint portion 34 is provided with a plurality of engagement blocks 341, as shown in fig. 3, on the surface layer-to-surface layer joint portion 34 located at the upper portions of the left side plate 14 and the right side plate 15. As shown in fig. 5, a plurality of engaging grooves 333 are provided on the left and right sides of the inner surface layer portion 33 of the top plate 12 near the interface between the surface layers, and the engaging grooves 333 are engaged with the engaging blocks 341, so that the top plate 12 is connected to the left side plate 14 and the right side plate 15.
In the present embodiment, the interface 34 between the top sheets of the top sheet 12 forms the outer edge of the top sheet 12 and is annular, so that the hole-row belt 50 disposed near the interface 34 between the top sheets also forms an annular belt-shaped portion, which has the advantage of increasing the strength of the top sheet, particularly the strength of the daily necessities at the edges. This is because, during daily placement of articles or food, the top panel is at the top, the underside of which is in a suspended state in most cases, and after a long period of use, deformation is easily caused (especially when other articles are stacked on the upper side of the top panel), and even in some extreme cases the top panel is torn. Therefore, in the present embodiment, by disposing at least one pocket strip 50 around the edge adjacent to the inter-skin layer interface 34, the strength of the top sheet can be increased and the deformation resistance can be increased. Similarly, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the strip-shaped pocket row belts 141 and 142 provided on the upper and lower sides of the left side plate or the right side plate have the same function.
In order to further increase the strength at the edges of the plastic panel, as shown in fig. 11, the inter-skin layer joint portion 34 is provided with an outer reinforcing rib 35 protruding from the outer skin layer portion 32, and the outer reinforcing rib 35 is arranged around the inter-skin layer joint portion 34 in a ring shape. The cross section shape of the outer reinforcing ribs 35 is close to a circle, so that the user can be prevented from being cut by the design, and the deformation of the circular outer reinforcing ribs 35 can be reduced and the strength can be increased when the daily necessities are subjected to external forces of different angles.
