FIG. 9 is an enlarged schematic view of portion A of FIG. 2; FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view taken along line E-E of FIG. 3; FIG. 11 is an enlarged schematic view of portion B of FIG. 10; fig. 12 is an enlarged schematic view of a portion C in fig. 10.
As shown in fig. 2 and 9 to 12, the outer side portion 31 includes two pocket row portions 60, and the two pocket row portions 60 are respectively referred to as a first pocket row portion 601 and a second pocket row portion 602. The first pocket row 601 is adjacent to the inboard and outboard interface 40 and the second pocket row 602 is adjacent to the outboard transition 33, with the same configuration, but at a different location. The structure of the pocket row portion 60 will be described in detail below by taking the first pocket row portion 601 as an example.
As shown in fig. 9, the first cavity row portion 601 includes a plurality of cavities 61 distributed in a row and a plurality of ribs 62 respectively disposed between two adjacent cavities 61. As shown in fig. 11, the well 61 is a hole extending toward the pot main body 10, and the inlet of the well 61 has a large size and gradually decreases in size as it extends toward the pot main body 10. Each of the ribs 62 is located between two adjacent pockets 61 and protrudes from the surface of the lateral side portion 31. The convex design of the ribs 62 and the concave design of the pockets 61 form a "concave-convex" design that increases the strength of the leather textured plastic sink 100 at the corresponding locations. That is, the first hole/groove row portion 601 can reinforce the strength of the cortical-texture plastic daily pot 100 at a portion near the upper opening, and the second hole/groove row portion 602 can reinforce the strength of the cortical-texture plastic daily pot 100 at a portion near the bottom.
As shown in fig. 9, it can be seen from the figure that, a plurality of inclined line grooves 621 forming an inclined angle with the length direction of the protruding strip 62 are arranged on the protruding strip 62, two adjacent inclined line grooves 621 are arranged in parallel, and the first section of each protruding strip 62 is arranged to the tail end of the protruding strip 62, so that when the surface of the protruding strip 62 is deformed by external force, a deformation space is provided for the daily basin by means of the inclined line grooves 621.
In order to further enhance the strength of the first pocket row portion 601, the first pocket row portion is designed to have a ring shape and to be parallel to the end surface of the inner and outer intersections 40, and the interval therebetween is 1.5mm to 10mm. The term "interval" as used herein means a distance from the center point of the longitudinal direction of the pocket 61 to the end face of the medial-lateral junction 40, or a distance from the center point of the longitudinal direction of the ridge 62 to the end face of the medial-lateral junction 40. The spacing is preferably 3-5mm.
In addition, in practical use, it is found that the dimension of the space between two adjacent cavities 61 in the first cavity row portion 601 also affects the strength of the daily basin 100 made of the leather-textured plastic, wherein the dimension of the space between two adjacent cavities 61 is set to be 2mm to 14mm, which is relatively significant in improving the strength of the daily basin, and preferably, the dimension of the space is set to be 4mm to 6.5 mm.
As shown in fig. 9, in order to further increase the strength of the cortical-textured plastic daily pot 100 in the vicinity of the upper opening, the inside and outside connection portions 40 are provided with the top and outside reinforcing ribs 41 protruding from the outside side portion 31, and the top and outside reinforcing ribs 41 are arranged around the entire placement space in a closed loop shape. And the cross section of the top outer strengthening rib 41 is close to a round shape, so that the design can avoid cutting hand feeling for a user, and the round top outer strengthening rib 41 can reduce deformation and increase strength when the daily basin is subjected to external forces at different angles. The outer reinforcement ribs 41 are provided with textured haptic regions 50 (not shown).
Similarly, in order to further enhance the strength of the second pocket row portion 602, it is also designed to be annular and parallel to the end surface of the outer transition portion 33, and spaced from each other by 1.5mm to 10mm, preferably 3-5mm. The outer transition portion 33 has outer base ribs 331 protruding from the outer side portion 31, and the outer base ribs 331 have texture sensing areas 50 (not shown). The bottom of the outer bottom reinforcement rib 331 is substantially flush with the outsole side portion 32 or slightly higher than the outsole side portion 32.
In addition, the outer transition portion 33 is also provided with a recessed slot 332. The concave slits 332 are provided between the outer sole reinforcement rib 331 and the outer sole-side portion 32, and are formed in a loop shape and parallel to the outer sole reinforcement rib 331. The recessed slot 332 is provided with a textured tactile area. The arrangement of the concave slot 332 also can provide a deformation space for the plastic daily basin by means of the concave slot 332 when the plastic daily basin is deformed due to external force.
The pot inner portion 20 includes an inner edge portion 21, an inner bottom portion 22, and an inner transition portion 23 located between the inner edge portion 21 and the inner bottom portion 22 as an inner layer portion of the pot body 10.
As shown in fig. 1 and 12, the pelvic inner portion 20 includes at least one texture sensory region 50 and at least one row of pockets 60. In this embodiment, the texture haptic regions 50 are disposed throughout the inner pot side portion 20, and the texture haptic regions 50 have the same structure as the texture haptic regions 50 of the outer pot side portion 30, and may have the same or different specific style and style as the texture haptic regions 50 of the outer pot side portion 30. The bowl inner portion 20 includes a single row of holes 60, which is referred to as a third row of holes 603. The third hole/groove array portion 603 has the same structure as the first hole/groove array portion 601, and differs therefrom only in the installation position. A third pocket row 603 is provided on the inner side portion 21 adjacent the inner transition portion 23.
Similarly, in order to further enhance the effect of the third cavity row portion 603 in increasing the strength, it is also designed to be annular and parallel to the end surface of the inner transition portion 23, and the distance between the end surfaces is 1.5mm to 10mm. The inner transition portion 23 is provided with an inner bead 231 protruding from the inner bottom side portion 31 and the inner side portion 21, and the inner bead 231 is provided with a texture sensing zone 50 (not shown).
The manufacturing method of the leather texture plastic daily basin 100 in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: preparing a special mould for the leather texture plastic daily basin;
step two: preparing special plastic granules for a leather texture plastic daily basin, wherein the formula of the plastic granules is as above;
step three: and injecting the special plastic granules into a special mold, and performing injection molding.
The special mold is used for processing preset textures on a convex mold surface and a concave mold surface of the special mold by texture processing equipment, so that the inside part 20 and the outside part 30 of the pot of the leather texture plastic daily pot obtained by injection molding contain the leather texture part 50 and the cavity row part 60.
After the convex mold surface and the concave mold surface of the special mold are processed with preset textures, sand blasting is carried out on the corresponding areas of the preset textures by sand blasting equipment, so that the leather texture part 50 of the leather texture plastic daily basin 100 obtained by injection molding also comprises a plurality of pits 53 formed corresponding to the sand blasting treatment.
Effects and effects of embodiment one
According to the cortical-texture plastic daily pot 100 of the first embodiment, since the pot inner portion 20 includes the texture haptic region 50 and the third cavity row portion 603, and the pot outer portion 30 includes the texture haptic region 50 and the two cavity row portions 60 (the first cavity row portion 601 and the second cavity row portion 602), the arrangement of the texture haptic region 50 and the cavity row portions 60 can increase the structural strength of the daily pot and increase the deformation resistance of the daily pot, wherein the first cavity row portion 601 can increase the strength of the cortical-texture plastic daily pot 100 at a portion near the upper opening, the second cavity row portion 602 can increase the strength of the cortical-texture plastic daily pot 100 at a portion near the bottom, and the third cavity row portion 603 can increase the strength of the cortical-texture plastic daily pot 100 at a portion near the bottom.
Further, since the texture touch area 50 includes the plurality of texture concave strips 51 and the plurality of texture convex strips 52, the surface roughness of the leather texture plastic daily basin 100 can be increased, so that the friction force is increased, and the probability of hand drop and hand drop in the carrying process is reduced. Moreover, the design of the texture concave strip 51 is equivalent to that a plurality of thin and small capacity-changing grooves are arranged on the surface of the daily basin, when the daily basin is deformed due to external force, the capacity-changing grooves are extruded, the groove openings are reduced, elastic potential energy is accumulated (the same as that of a spring is compressed), and after the external force disappears, the daily basin is reset by virtue of the elasticity of the plastic; the design can increase the resetting capacity of the daily basin after deformation, thereby increasing the deformation resistance capacity and ensuring that the whole daily basin is softer and more flexible.
Further, by combining the plurality of texture concave strips 51 and the plurality of texture convex strips 52, a simulated texture similar to the leather is formed, and since the texture tactile area 50 further comprises a plurality of concave pits 53 randomly distributed in the plurality of texture concave strips 51 and the plurality of texture convex strips 52, the design of the concave pits 53 can change the refractive index of the surface of the leather-textured plastic daily basin 100 to light, so that the light sensation of the surface of the leather-textured plastic daily basin 100 can be changed, and the visual effect of the leather-textured product is further visually approximated.
Further, since the inner transition portion 23 is provided with the inner bead 231 protruding from the inner bottom side portion 22, the inner bead 231 is annular, so that the strength of the inner transition portion 23 can be improved; since the outer transition portion 33 is provided with the sole outer reinforcement rib 331 protruding from the outer side portion 31, the strength of the outer transition portion 33 can be improved. Since the inner and outer joint sections 40 are provided with the outer reinforcement ribs 41 projecting from the bowl outer side section, the strength of the inner and outer joint sections 40 can be increased.
Further, because the outer transition portion 33 is further provided with the concave slot 332, the concave slot 332 is arranged between the outer bottom strengthening rib 331 and the outer bottom side portion 32, is annular and is parallel to the outer bottom strengthening rib 331, and the concave slot 332 is provided with the texture touch area, the arrangement of the concave slot 332 can provide a deformation space for the plastic daily basin by means of the concave slot 332 when the plastic daily basin is subjected to external force to cause surface deformation.
< example two >

For convenience of description, the same reference numerals are given to the same structures as those in the first embodiment, and the same descriptions are omitted.
In the second embodiment, the medial bottom-side portion 22' is provided with a plurality of longitudinal cortical texture strips 221 and a plurality of latitudinal cortical texture strips 222. Longitudinal cortical texture strips 221 and latitudinal cortical texture 222 strips are interleaved with each other. The longitudinal cortical texture strip 221 and the latitudinal cortical texture strip 222 both have texture haptic regions (not shown), which are the same structure as the texture haptic regions in the first embodiment.
Action and Effect of example II
The structure in the second embodiment is the same as that in the first embodiment, and the technical effects are the same. In the second embodiment, because the medial bottom-side portion 22' includes a plurality of interwoven longitudinal 221 and latitudinal 222 cortical texture strips, the design increases the structural strength and toughness of the bottom of the cortical-textured plastic daily basin 200, and in particular, when subjected to relatively large deformations, resists a large amount of deformation, thereby increasing the strength of the daily basin.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
