The present invention is not limited by the following examples, and specific embodiments can be determined according to the technical scheme and practical situations of the present invention.
In the present invention, for convenience of description, the description of the relative positional relationship of each component is described according to the layout manner of fig. 1 of the specification, for example: the positional relationship of the front, rear, upper, lower, left, right, etc. is determined in accordance with the layout direction of the drawings of the specification.
The invention is further described below with reference to examples and figures:

According to the requirement, the first shearing groove 6 and the second shearing groove 7 can form an L-shaped shearing groove matched with the shape of the L-shaped shearing knife 4, so that the lower part of the L-shaped shearing knife 4 can quickly enter the L-shaped shearing groove, the inner side of the lower end and the outer side of the lower end of the L-shaped shearing knife 4 are respectively provided with a guide fillet or a guide chamfer, the L-shaped shearing knife 4 can be opened upwards by pinching the left front part of the upper handle 1 and the lower handle 2, the L-shaped shearing knife 4 can be closed downwards and gradually enter the L-shaped shearing groove after being released, and the opening and closing operation of the L-shaped shearing knife 4 is easy, simple and quick; the first transverse cutting assembly can be realized through an outer sliding sleeve sleeved outside the transverse sliding rod 9, a movable longitudinal cutter bar arranged on the outer sliding sleeve and a cutting cutter arranged at the lower end of the longitudinal cutter bar, or can be realized through the outer sliding sleeve, the longitudinal cutter bar capable of adjusting the length in a telescopic way (a plurality of sections of longitudinal cutter bars sleeved together) and the cutting cutter, or can be directly realized based on a linear guide rail in the prior art, namely, the transverse sliding rod 9 is realized through the guide rail, a sliding block on the guide rail is matched with the longitudinal cutter bar and the cutting cutter to realize the sliding cutting function, the structure of the first longitudinal cutting assembly can be the same as that of the first transverse cutting assembly, and different structures can be selected, so that the cutting edge of the cutting cutter can reliably prop against the boundary of a target cutting area on the PVDF film to perform sliding cutting; when the longitudinal slide bar 11 and the transverse slide bar 9 slide to the preset positions, the lower ends of the transverse supporting component and the longitudinal supporting component can form a support with the upper side of the base 3, so that the L-shaped shearing knife 4 can be opened at a certain angle, the right front part and the left rear part of the L-shaped shearing knife 4 are prevented from contacting the upper side of the inner side wall of the L-shaped shearing groove, the shearing range of the L-shaped shearing knife 4 is prevented from being overlarge, the residual PVDF film is also cut by one knife, waste is caused (in order to completely cut the front boundary and the left boundary of the preset target area 49, the size of the target cutting area is slightly larger than that of the preset target area 49), and in addition, in order to quickly fix the transverse supporting component and the longitudinal supporting component at the preset positions on the L-shaped shearing knife 4, the transverse supporting component and the longitudinal supporting component can be connected with a fastening jackscrew in a threaded manner; the sliding connection between the transverse supporting component and the longitudinal supporting component and the L-shaped shearing blade 4 can be realized through a sliding block and a guide rail structure in a linear guide rail in the prior art or directly through a linear guide rail or a dovetail groove and a dovetail-shaped sliding block or a T-shaped groove, a T-shaped sliding block and the like, and in addition, in order to open the L-shaped shearing blade 4 by a certain angle, the transverse supporting component and the longitudinal supporting component can be realized through arranging a supporting column or a supporting wedge block or a plunger or a clamping table, and the transverse supporting component and the longitudinal supporting component can be of the same structure or of different structures.
In the use process, the positions of the transverse supporting component and the longitudinal supporting component are correspondingly adjusted according to the size and the shape of the preset target area 49, so that the L-shaped shearing blade 4 is opened by a certain angle, and then the relative positions of the transverse supporting component and the longitudinal supporting component and the L-shaped shearing blade 4 are fixed; then, after lifting the L-shaped shearing blade 4, placing the predetermined target area 49 to be sheared on the PVDF film at the lower left corner of the upper side of the base 3, aligning the lower left corner of the predetermined target area 49 with the corner of the L-shaped shearing groove, then loosening the upper handle 1 and the lower handle 2 (at this time, the left boundary and the front boundary of the target shearing area coincide with the left boundary and the front boundary of the predetermined target area 49, the right boundary of the target shearing area is located at the right side of the predetermined target area 49, the rear boundary of the target shearing area is located at the rear of the predetermined target area 49, i.e., the target shearing area is slightly larger than the predetermined target area 49), pressing the L-shaped shearing blade 4 downwards, the left boundary and the front boundary of the predetermined target area 49 can be sheared by friction between the inner side of the L-shaped shearing blade 4 and the inner side of the L-shaped shearing groove, and then sliding the first transverse cutting assembly and the first longitudinal cutting assembly up and down respectively, so that the remaining two edges of the predetermined target area 49 can be sheared rapidly. The invention has reasonable and compact structure and convenient use, and can quickly adjust the opening angle of the L-shaped shearing blade 4 through the transverse supporting component and the longitudinal supporting component to ensure that the target cutting area is slightly larger than the preset target area 49, and the preset target area 49 is simply, quickly and accurately cut out at one time on the PVDF film.
The rapid scissors for cutting the PVDF film before and after the Western blotting die rotation can be further optimized or/and improved according to actual needs:
example 2: as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the longitudinal supporting component comprises a longitudinal vertical shaft seat 13, a longitudinal fastening bolt 14, a longitudinal sliding block 15 and a longitudinal adjusting bolt 16, the outer side of the front end of the longitudinal sliding rod 11 is provided with the longitudinal vertical shaft seat 13 with a convex cross section, the middle part of the upper side of the longitudinal vertical shaft seat 13 is provided with a longitudinal fastening screw hole which is penetrated internally and externally, the longitudinal fastening screw hole is internally provided with the longitudinal fastening bolt 14 with the inner end propped against the outer side of the longitudinal sliding rod 11, a U-shaped longitudinal sliding block 15 with a downward opening is arranged between the lower side of the longitudinal vertical shaft seat 13 and the outer side of the upper part of the L-shaped shearing blade 4, the lower part of the front side of the longitudinal sliding block 15 is fixedly provided with a longitudinal supporting table 17, the longitudinal adjusting screw hole 16 with the lower end propped against the upper side of the base 3 is arranged in the longitudinal adjusting screw hole, the front side of the L-shaped shearing blade 4 corresponding to the lower part of the longitudinal sliding block 15 is provided with a first sliding groove 18 with a forward opening, the rear side of the L-shaped shearing blade 4 corresponding to the first sliding groove 18 is provided with a second sliding groove with a first guiding block 20 with the outer end fixedly arranged corresponding to the inner side of the longitudinal sliding block 15.
In the use process, the longitudinal slide bar 11 is firstly slid to the vicinity of the preset position according to the position size of the preset target area 49, then the longitudinal adjusting bolt 16 is screwed to be adjusted, the opening angle between the base 3 and the L-shaped shearing knife 4 is adjusted by adjusting the length of the longitudinal adjusting bolt extending out of the lower side of the longitudinal supporting table 17, so that the right front part of the L-shaped shearing knife 4 is separated from the notch of the first shearing groove 6, the shearing range of the L-shaped shearing knife 4 is just slightly larger than the preset target area 49, the preset target area 49 can be completely cut, PVDF film outside the preset target area 49 is not excessively cut, the integrity of the residual PVDF film is ensured as much as possible, the influence on the subsequent use due to excessive breakage of the residual PVDF film is avoided, and the experiment cost is saved; the longitudinal adjusting bolt 16 can also limit the relative position between the longitudinal sliding block 15 and the L-shaped shearing blade 4, so that when the L-shaped shearing blade 4 is opened to a preset angle, the longitudinal sliding block 15 slides to the corner position of the L-shaped shearing blade 4 due to self weight to influence the relative position of the longitudinal sliding rod 11, and the longitudinal cutting assembly is prevented from deviating from the preset cutting position; the longitudinal sliding block 15 and the L-shaped shearing blade 4 can form a linear guide rail in the prior art, so that the sliding installation between the longitudinal sliding rod 11 and the L-shaped shearing blade 4 is realized; when the L-shaped shearing blade 4 is opened, the first sliding groove 18 and the second sliding groove are matched with the first guide block 20 arranged on the inner side of the longitudinal sliding block 15, so that the longitudinal sliding block 15 can be effectively prevented from being separated from the L-shaped shearing blade 4. According to the requirement, in order to facilitate the experimenter to quickly screw the longitudinal adjusting bolt 16 by hand, the longitudinal adjusting bolt 16 can be realized by screwing the bolt or the butterfly bolt by hand in the prior known technology; the structure of the vertical shaft seat 13 is known in the prior art, and is mainly used for installing and fixing shaft ends.
Example 3: as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, the transverse supporting assembly may include a transverse vertical shaft seat 8, a transverse fastening bolt 50, a transverse sliding block 51 and a transverse adjusting bolt 52, the outer side of the left end of the transverse sliding rod 9 is provided with the transverse vertical shaft seat 8 with a convex cross section, the middle of the upper side of the transverse vertical shaft seat 8 is provided with a transverse fastening screw hole penetrated internally and externally, the transverse fastening screw hole is internally provided with the transverse fastening bolt 50 with the inner end propped against the outer side of the transverse sliding rod 9, a U-shaped transverse sliding block 51 with a downward opening is arranged between the lower side of the transverse vertical shaft seat 8 and the outer side of the upper part of the L-shaped shearing blade 4, the lower part of the transverse sliding block 51 is fixedly provided with a transverse supporting table 53, the transverse supporting table 53 is provided with a transverse adjusting screw hole penetrated vertically, the transverse adjusting screw 52 with the lower end propped against the upper side of the base 3 is arranged in the transverse adjusting screw hole, the left side of the L-shaped shearing blade 4 corresponding to the lower part of the transverse sliding block 51 is provided with a third chute with a leftward opening, the right fourth chute 19 corresponding to the right side of the L-shaped shearing blade 4 at the third chute position is arranged in the fourth chute 19 and the third chute is internally provided with a second guide block 54 with the outer end fixedly installed together with the inner corresponding position of the inner side of the transverse sliding block 51.
In the use process, the transverse slide bar 9 is firstly slid to the vicinity of the preset position according to the position size of the preset target area 49, then the transverse adjusting bolt 52 is screwed to adjust the opening angle between the base 3 and the L-shaped shearing knife 4 by adjusting the length of the transverse adjusting bolt extending out of the lower side of the transverse supporting table 53, so that the left upper part of the L-shaped shearing knife 4 is separated from the notch of the second shearing groove 7, the shearing range of the L-shaped shearing knife 4 is just slightly larger than that of the preset target area 49, the preset target area 49 can be completely cut but the PVDF film outside the preset target area 49 is not excessively cut, the integrity of the residual PVDF film is ensured as much as possible, the influence on the subsequent use due to excessive breakage of the residual PVDF film is avoided, and the experiment cost is saved; the transverse adjusting bolt 52 can also limit the relative position between the transverse sliding block 51 and the L-shaped shearing blade 4, so that when the L-shaped shearing blade 4 is opened to a preset angle, the transverse sliding block 51 slides to the corner position of the L-shaped shearing blade 4 due to the dead weight to influence the relative position of the transverse sliding rod 9, and the transverse cutting assembly is prevented from deviating from the preset cutting position; the transverse sliding block 51 and the L-shaped shearing knife 4 can form a linear guide rail in the prior art, so that sliding installation between the transverse sliding rod 9 and the L-shaped shearing knife 4 is realized; when the L-shaped shearing blade 4 is opened, the third sliding groove and the fourth sliding groove 19 are matched with the second guide block 54 arranged on the inner side of the transverse sliding block 51, so that the transverse sliding block 51 can be effectively prevented from being separated from the L-shaped shearing blade 4. According to the requirement, in order to facilitate the experimenter to quickly screw the transverse adjusting bolt 52 by hand, the transverse adjusting bolt 52 can be realized by manually screwing the bolt or the butterfly bolt in the prior known technology; because the outer diameter of the transverse sliding rod 9 is larger than that of the longitudinal sliding rod 11, the size of the transverse vertical shaft seat 8 in the transverse supporting assembly is larger than that of the transverse vertical shaft seat 8 in the transverse supporting assembly, and the structure of the transverse vertical shaft seat 8 is a prior known technology and is mainly used for installing and fixing shaft ends.
Example 4: as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, the longitudinal slide bar 11 may be a cylindrical slide bar, the longitudinal cutting assembly includes a longitudinal sliding sleeve 21, a longitudinal adjusting sleeve 22, a longitudinal adjusting bar 23, a longitudinal locking bolt 24, a longitudinal knife bar sleeve 25, a longitudinal knife bar 26, a longitudinal knife holder 27 and a longitudinal knife blade 28, the outside of the longitudinal slide bar 11 is sleeved with the longitudinal sliding sleeve 21, the left side of the longitudinal sliding sleeve 21 is fixedly provided with the longitudinal adjusting sleeve 22, the longitudinal adjusting bar 23 is sleeved in the longitudinal adjusting sleeve 22, the upper side of the left end of the longitudinal adjusting sleeve 22 is provided with a longitudinal locking screw hole which is internally and externally penetrated, the longitudinal locking screw hole is internally provided with a longitudinal locking bolt 24, the inner end of the longitudinal locking screw hole is propped against the upper side of the longitudinal adjusting bar 23, the left end of the longitudinal knife bar sleeve 23 is fixedly provided with a longitudinal knife bar sleeve 25, the left end of the longitudinal knife bar sleeve 25 is provided with a longitudinal guiding knife bar hole which is vertically penetrated, the longitudinal knife bar 26 is sleeved in the longitudinal guiding knife bar hole, the lower end of the longitudinal knife bar 26 is fixedly provided with the longitudinal knife holder 27, the lower side of the longitudinal knife holder 27 is provided with a longitudinal knife blade groove which is opened downwards and is longitudinally penetrated forwards and backwards, and the longitudinal knife blade 28 of which is arranged in the longitudinal knife blade groove and the lower end is propped against the upper side of the base 3.
By means of the arrangement, the longitudinal sliding sleeve 21 can slide and rotate along the outer side of the cylindrical longitudinal sliding rod 11, the longitudinal sliding sleeve 21 is rotated to enable the longitudinal cutter bar 26 to be perpendicular to the upper side face of the base 3, the longitudinal adjusting rod 23 is pushed and pulled to adjust the relative position of the longitudinal cutter bar 26 left and right, therefore the cutting edge of the longitudinal blade 28 is perpendicular to and coincides with the right boundary of the preset target area 49, accurate cutting of the right boundary of the preset target area 49 is facilitated, the longitudinal locking bolt 24 can be used for quickly fixing the relative position between the longitudinal adjusting rod 23 and the longitudinal adjusting sleeve 22, and the influence of movement of the longitudinal adjusting rod 23 on cutting accuracy in the PVDF film cutting process is prevented; the longitudinal cutter bar sleeve 25 is used for supporting the longitudinal cutter bar 26, the longitudinal guide cutter bar hole has a guiding function, the cutting path of the longitudinal cutter blade 28 is prevented from deviating from the right boundary of the preset target area 49 due to the rotation of the longitudinal cutter bar 26 in the process of cutting PVDF film, the cutting precision is affected, the cross section of the longitudinal cutter bar sleeve can be drum-shaped or square, pentagon or hexagonal according to the requirement, the shape of the longitudinal cutter bar 26 is matched with that of the longitudinal guide cutter bar hole, and the drum-shaped longitudinal cutter bar is used in the embodiment.
In the use process, the longitudinal cutter bar 26 is correspondingly adjusted according to the right boundary position of the preset target area 49, so that the cutting edge of the longitudinal cutter blade 28 is vertical to the PVDF film and completely coincides with the right boundary of the preset target area 49 (even if the target cutting area completely coincides with the preset target area 49), and the right boundary of the preset target area 49 can be quickly and accurately cut off according to the preset size requirement by pushing the longitudinal cutter bar 26 forwards and backwards; to ensure sharpness of the longitudinal blade 28, the longitudinal blade 28 may be a disposable replaceable longitudinal blade, so that the fixing between the longitudinal blade 28 and the longitudinal adjustment sleeve 22 may be achieved by threaded fasteners, so as to allow quick assembly and disassembly for replacement of the longitudinal blade 28; depending on the length dimension of the longitudinal sliding sheath 21, the length of the longitudinal blade 28 generally needs to be greater than the length of the longitudinal sliding sheath 21 in order to ensure that the longitudinal blade 28 is able to fully cut the predetermined target area 49.
Example 5: as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 7, the transverse sliding rod 9 is a cylindrical sliding rod, the transverse cutting assembly comprises a transverse sliding sleeve 12, a transverse adjusting sleeve 55, a transverse adjusting rod 56, a transverse locking bolt 57, a transverse cutter rod sleeve 58, a transverse cutter rod 59, a transverse cutter holder 60 and a transverse cutter blade 61, the transverse sliding sleeve 12 is sleeved outside the transverse sliding rod 9, the transverse adjusting sleeve 55 is fixedly arranged on the front side of the transverse sliding sleeve 12, the transverse adjusting rod 56 is sleeved in the transverse adjusting sleeve 55, an internally and externally penetrating transverse locking screw hole is formed in the upper side of the front end of the transverse adjusting sleeve 55, a transverse locking bolt 57 with the inner end propped against the upper side of the transverse adjusting rod 56 is arranged in the transverse locking screw hole, a transverse cutter rod sleeve 58 with the front end positioned behind the L-shaped shear cutter 4 is fixedly arranged at the front end of the transverse adjusting rod 56, a guide transverse cutter rod 59 hole penetrating up and down is formed in the middle of the transverse cutter rod sleeve 58, the transverse cutter rod 59 is sleeved in the guide transverse cutter rod 59, the transverse cutter holder 60 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the transverse cutter rod 59, a transverse cutter blade slot penetrating downwards and the transverse cutter blade is left and right, and right transversely cutter blades 61 are arranged in the lower end of the transverse cutter holder 60.
By means of the arrangement, the transverse sliding sleeve 12 can slide and rotate along the outer side of the cylindrical transverse sliding rod 9, the transverse sliding sleeve 12 is rotated to enable the transverse cutter bar 59 to be perpendicular to the upper side face of the base 3, the transverse adjusting rod 56 is pushed and pulled to adjust the relative position of the transverse cutter bar 59 forwards and backwards, therefore the cutting edge of the transverse blade 61 is perpendicular to and coincides with the rear boundary of the preset target area 49, the rear boundary of the preset target area 49 is conveniently and accurately cut, the transverse locking bolt 57 can be used for rapidly fixing the relative position between the transverse adjusting rod 56 and the transverse adjusting sleeve 55, and the influence of the movement of the transverse adjusting rod 56 on cutting accuracy in the PVDF film cutting process is prevented; the transverse cutter bar sleeve 58 is used for supporting the transverse cutter bar 59, the transverse guide cutter bar hole has a guiding function, the cutting path of the transverse cutter blade 61 is prevented from deviating from the right boundary of the preset target area 49 due to the rotation of the transverse cutter bar 59 in the process of cutting PVDF film, the cutting precision is affected, the cross section of the transverse cutter bar sleeve 58 can be drum-shaped or square, pentagon or hexagonal according to the requirement, the shape of the transverse cutter bar 59 is matched with that of the transverse guide cutter bar hole, and the drum-shaped transverse cutter bar 59 is used in the embodiment.

By the arrangement, the inner end of the locking bolt 39 props against the bottom of the anti-falling groove 48, so that the relative position between the inner sleeve rod 35 and the outer sleeve 37 can be fixed; the inner sleeve rod 35, the outer sleeve 37 and the flexible foot seats 38 can temporarily fix the PVDF film when forming a support, prevent the PVDF film from moving in the cutting process, and avoid the deformation of the transverse sliding rod 9 or the longitudinal sliding rod 11 of the transverse cutting assembly and the longitudinal cutting assembly in the sliding process from affecting the cutting precision; the fifth pressure spring 36 can enable the flexible foot base 38 to automatically extend downwards, so that the adjusting efficiency is improved; in addition, when the base 3 is made of ferromagnetic material, the flexible foot 38 can also be realized by a magnet fixedly mounted on the lower side of the outer sleeve 37, and a stable support is formed by magnetic force.

By so doing, the coordinate grid 43 facilitates positioning of the predetermined target area 49 and rapid adjustment of the relative positions of the lateral and longitudinal cutting assemblies to the predetermined target area 49; the size of the target cropping zone can be quickly and accurately adjusted by the longitudinal scale 44, the transverse scale 45 and the shear scale 42.
The technical characteristics form the embodiment of the invention, have stronger adaptability and implementation effect, and can increase or decrease unnecessary technical characteristics according to actual needs so as to meet the requirements of different situations.
