the air bag comprises a cover plate I, a cover plate II and an air bag 7, wherein the cover plate I is matched with the cover plate I, the cover plate I is matched with the cover plate II, the cover plate II is matched with the cover plate II, the sleeve 2 is fixedly arranged in the middle of the left side of the cover plate I2, a first bump 201 matched with the groove I102 is fixedly arranged in the middle of the right side of the cover plate I2, an external thread is arranged on the side wall of the first bump 201, a first pressing block 201 corresponding to the chamfer surface I101 is arranged on the right side edge of the cover plate I2, and the left end of the air bag 7 is clamped between the first pressing block 201 and the chamfer surface I101; the middle part of the second buckle plate 4 is provided with a second through hole 403 corresponding to the connecting shaft 303, the middle part of the left side of the second buckle plate 4 is fixedly provided with a second bump 402 matched with the second groove 302, the side wall of the second bump 402 is provided with external threads, the edge of the left side of the second buckle plate 4 is provided with a second pressing block 401 corresponding to the second chamfer 301, and the right end of the air bag 7 is clamped between the second pressing block 402 and the second chamfer 301.
The air bag 7 is a hot melting sleeve, and electric heating nets are pre-buried at two ends of the air bag; the two ends of the air bag 7 are fixed on the first chamfer surface 101 and the second chamfer surface 301 through baking shrinkage, and after the first pressing block 201 and the second pressing block 401 are pressed against the two ends of the air bag 7, the electric heating network is electrified to fasten the end parts of the air bag 7. The shrinkage fixing of the two ends of the air bag 7 is realized through the baking and hot-pressing electric heating net process, the air bag 7 is firmly fixed and has strong adhesive force, and air leakage can be prevented. As a further optimization, the hose 11 or an air supply chamber connected with the hose is provided with an air pressure sensor for controlling the inflation pressure of the air bag 7.
The vent pipe 9 is fixedly arranged in the sleeve 203, and the right end of the vent pipe 9 penetrates out of the first through hole 103; the upper part of the bracket 12 is provided with a mounting hole 1201, and the sleeve 203 is arranged in the mounting hole 1201 through the bearing 13.
The first expansion device 19 and the second expansion device 27 are air cylinders, hydraulic rods or electric screws. As a further optimization, the outer part of the air bag 7 is provided with a rubber layer.
The specific use mode is as follows:
after the filter shell 8 is sleeved on the inner tightening device, the air bag 7 is inflated through the air pump, the air bag 7 is inflated and then is tightly inflated on the inner wall of the filter shell 8, the inner tightening device is driven to rotate through the gear motor 15, and the inner tightening device drives the filter shell 8 to rotate through friction force (refer to fig. 4, the inner tightening device rotates clockwise);
the polisher 21 horizontally reciprocates along the sliding plate 28 through a second sliding block 29, a second sliding groove 30, a driving device 33 and a sliding block 32, and is matched with the self-rotating filter shell 8, so that the filter shell 8 can be polished in an omnibearing manner automatically;
after polishing, deflating the air bag 7, wherein the air bag 7 does not tighten the inner wall of the filter shell 8 any more; the first telescopic device 19 controls the clamping rod 14 to move rightwards (refer to fig. 1 and 3) so as to be separated from the connecting shaft 303; rotating the bracket 12 and the debris collection bin, opening a bin gate, and replacing the filter housing 8; and then resetting the bracket 12 and the scrap collecting bin, controlling the clamping rod 14 to move leftwards through the first telescopic device 19, clamping the clamping rod with the connecting shaft 303, and polishing the next filter shell 8.
The scraps generated by the polishing sheet 20 polishing the filter shell 8 can be collected through the scraps collecting bin, so that the scraps are prevented from splashing everywhere, and the polishing environment is ensured to be clean. At the same time, the cleaning device can clean the chips adhering to the filter housing 8.

Claims (10)

the inner tightening device comprises a first cover plate, a circular ring and a second cover plate which are coaxially arranged in sequence from left to right, wherein the first cover plate and the circular ring, the circular ring and the second cover plate are connected together through a plurality of connecting rods which are circumferentially arranged, a cylindrical air bag is fixedly arranged between the first cover plate and the second cover plate, a vent pipe is arranged in the sleeve, the right end of the vent pipe penetrates out of the center of the first cover plate, and the left end of the vent pipe is connected with a hose through a rotary joint;
the polishing mechanism comprises a polishing machine and polishing sheets arranged on the polishing machine, the polishing sheets and the inner supporting device are arranged in parallel, the polishing machine can be arranged on a sliding plate in a left-right sliding mode, the right end of the polishing machine is arranged on a supporting plate through a spring, a pressure sensor is arranged between the polishing machine and the spring or between the supporting plate and the spring, a second telescopic device is arranged between the supporting plate and the sliding plate, and the sliding plate can horizontally slide along the inner side face of the vertical plate under the action of a driving device.
