Abstract

本发明公开了一种5Ni钢浇铸方法,包括以下步骤:(1)大包至中包、中包至结晶器全保护浇注;(2)结晶器电磁搅拌:采用结晶器电流周期性正弦变化电磁搅拌,电磁搅拌参数为(300—400)A×1.7Hz;(3)二次冷却;(4)采用轻压下技术,根据钢种成分和冷却条件计算出铸坯凝固模型,根据模型中铸坯芯部固相分布情况制定各拉矫机0至6mm的压下量;(5)切割去毛刺。该方法能够提高5Ni钢铸坯的质量,得到满足轧制型材质量要求和低温钢冲击等各项性能检测要求的质量稳定的5Ni钢。

Description

一种5Ni钢浇铸方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种炼钢方法,尤其涉及一种5Ni钢浇铸方法。
背景技术
5Ni钢是镍系钢中的重要品种,Ni含量达5%左右,具有超高的低温冲击性能,被广泛应用于制造液化乙烯等运输和储存储罐装置。5Ni钢多浇铸为板坯,为保证低温冲击、焊接性能等,C、P、S含量要求低;为保证钢水纯净度,多采用铝深脱氧工艺。但是,含碳量低的5Ni钢铸坯浇注表面易产生凹陷、裂纹、压坑等缺陷,浇铸过程中容易增碳、二次氧化产生夹杂物,进而影响铸坯内在纯净度及表面质量。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明旨在提供一种能够提高5Ni钢铸坯内在纯净度及表面质量的浇铸方法。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种5Ni钢浇铸方法包括以下步骤:
(1)大包至中包、中包至结晶器全保护浇注。
(2)结晶器电磁搅拌:采用特殊的电磁搅拌技术,控制铸坯缩孔、增加铸坯等轴晶、改善偏析;具体包括:
(2.1)采用结晶器电流周期性正弦变化电磁搅拌,打破常规固定电流或周期性改变电流方向的电磁搅拌,电流周期性正弦变化电磁搅拌能够在结晶器内形成众多微小搅拌区域,提升铸坯等轴晶率;
(2.2)根据钢种成分及铸坯凝固过程铸坯芯部固相分布情况设定电磁搅拌参数为(300-400)A×1.7Hz,改善铸坯芯部偏析,增加铸坯等轴晶。
(3)二次冷却。保证铸坯二次冷却强度和均匀性,避免铸坯产生热应力裂纹。
(4)采用轻压下技术,根据钢种成分和冷却条件计算出铸坯凝固模型,根据模型中铸坯芯部固相分布情况制定各拉矫机0至6mm的压下量。
(5)切割去毛刺,控制火切氧燃比,铸坯断面切割平整,控制铸坯过毛刺机速度,去除铸坯切割挂渣。
优选地,所述5Ni钢按质量百分比计为C:≤0.11%,Si:0.10~0.30%,Mn:0.30~0.80%,Ni:4.75~5.25%,P:≤0.02%,S:≤0.02%,Alt:0.02~0.06%,Cu:≤0.30%;Cr:≤0.25%;Mo:≤0.08%;V:≤0.05%,Nb:≤0.05%,N:≤0.009%,余量为Fe及不可避免的杂质。
优选地,所述步骤(1)大包保护浇注采用大包长水口,连接部位采用惰性气体氛围,防止钢水二次氧化。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中包保护浇注包括在惰性气体氛围采用整体侵入式水口,结晶器内控制适当的水口插入深度,防止钢水的二次氧化、卷渣;中包浇注采用双层覆盖剂,大包开浇后中包钢水重量15t时向中包内添加160Kg无碳覆盖剂,能有效去除钢水中的夹杂物,中包钢水重量达到28t时向中包内添加160Kg无碳覆盖剂,能有效减少钢水卷渣,后再向中包内加入保温覆盖剂,整个浇注过程保证中包钢水液面稳定不裸露。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中结晶器保护浇注采用结晶器保护渣全覆盖,维持适当厚度的粉渣层,防止钢水二次氧化。
优选地,所述结晶器保护渣的碱度为1.0-1.3,粘度为0.2-0.3Pa.s,TC为11%-15%,能够润滑铸坯,保证铸坯适当的冷却速率和均匀传热且不易积渣防止铸坯表面凹陷、碎裂纹和压坑的产生。
优选地,所述步骤(3)包括250*300断面拉速下采用0.20~0.25l/kg比水量,矫直温度控制在950℃-980℃,避免矫直裂纹的产生;二冷气压为0.55~0.65MPa,气流量为170m3/h,保证铸坯二次冷却强度和均匀性,避免铸坯产生热应力裂纹。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下显著优点:能够提高5Ni钢铸坯内在纯净度及表面质量,满足轧制型材质量要求和低温钢冲击等各项性能检测要求。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种5Ni钢浇铸方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)大包保护浇注:采用大包长水口,连接部位采用惰性气体氛围,防止钢水二次氧化;
(2)中包保护浇注:
a、在惰性环境中进行开浇操作;
b、采用整体浸入式水口,结晶器内控制适当的水口插入深度,防止钢水的二次氧化、卷渣;
c、采用中包双层覆盖剂,大包开浇后中包钢水重量15t时均匀的向中包内添加160Kg无碳覆盖剂,中包重量达到28t时均匀的向中包内添加160Kg无碳覆盖剂后在向中包内加入适量的保温覆盖剂,整个浇注过程保证中包钢水液面稳定不裸露;
(3)结晶器保护浇注:采用碱度1.12,粘度为0.21Pa.s,TC为11.82%的专用结晶器保护渣,浇注全过程结晶器内钢液表面全覆盖,维持适当厚度的粉渣层,防止钢水二次氧化。
(4)采用结晶器电流周期性正弦变化电磁搅拌,在结晶器内形成众多微小搅拌区域,提升铸坯等轴晶率,同时根据钢种成分及铸坯凝固过程铸坯芯部固相分布情况设定参数300A×1.7Hz。
(5)二次冷却:结合铸机设计能力,250*300断面适当拉速下采用0.20l/kg比水量,矫直温度控制在950℃-980℃,避免矫直裂纹的产生;同时控制二冷气压力为0.60MPa,气流量为170m3/h,保证铸坯二次冷却强度和均匀性,避免铸坯产生热应力裂纹。
(6)采用轻压下技术,改善铸坯芯部质量:根据钢种成分和冷却条件计算出铸坯凝固模型,根据模型中铸坯芯部固相分布情况制定各拉矫机的压下量0-0-2-3-3-2-0。
(7)切割去毛刺:控制火切氧燃比,铸坯断面切割平整,控制铸坯过毛刺机速度,去除铸坯切割挂渣。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种5Ni钢浇铸方法,包括如下步骤:

(5)二次冷却:结合铸机设计能力,250*300断面适当拉速下采用0.23l/kg比水量,矫直温度控制在950℃-980℃,避免矫直裂纹的产生;同时控制二冷气压力为0.60MPa,气流量为170m3/h,保证铸坯二次冷却强度和均匀性,避免铸坯产生热应力裂纹。
(6)采用轻压下技术,改善铸坯芯部质量:根据钢种成分和冷却条件计算出铸坯凝固模型,根据模型中铸坯芯部固相分布情况制定各拉矫机的压下量0-0-3-4-4-0-0。
(7)切割去毛刺:控制火切氧燃比,铸坯断面切割平整,控制铸坯过毛刺机速度,去除铸坯切割挂渣。

(5)二次冷却:结合铸机设计能力,250*300断面适当拉速下采用0.20l/kg比水量,矫直温度控制在950℃-980℃,避免矫直裂纹的产生;同时控制二冷气压力为0.60MPa,气流量为170m3/h,保证铸坯二次冷却强度和均匀性,避免铸坯产生热应力裂纹。

(1)大包至中包、中包至结晶器全保护浇注;
(2)结晶器电磁搅拌:采用结晶器电流周期性正弦变化电磁搅拌,电磁搅拌参数为(300—400)A×1.7Hz;
(3)二次冷却;
(4)采用轻压下技术,根据钢种成分和冷却条件计算出铸坯凝固模型,根据模型中铸坯芯部固相分布情况制定各拉矫机0至6mm的压下量;
(5)切割去毛刺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的5Ni钢浇铸方法,其特征在于,所述5Ni钢按质量百分比计为C:≤0.11%,Si:0.10~0.30%,Mn:0.30~0.80%,Ni:4.75~5.25%,P:≤0.02%,S:≤0.02%,Alt:0.02~0.06%,Cu:≤0.30%;Cr:≤0.25%;Mo:≤0.08%;V:≤0.05%,Nb:≤0.05%,N:≤0.009%,余量为Fe及不可避免的杂质。
