本申请提供一种通信方法、设备、系统及存储介质，包括：接收第一参考信号；根据第一参考信号，确定传输信道的干扰值；若所述干扰值大于或等于第一阈值，发送第一指令。通过本申请的方法、设备、系统及存储介质，可以减少第一设备和第二设备之间在进行LBT时的信令开销，进而提高通信系统的吞吐量。
