Abstract
一种通信方法及装置,该方法包括:终端设备从网络设备接收至少一个视频帧;终端设备根据所述至少一个视频帧,确定视频帧参数;终端设备向网络设备发送所述视频帧参数,从而使得网络设备可以得知下行视频帧的接收情况,便于优化下行视频帧的传输。
