the input end of the main current detection chip 12 and the input end of the main voltage detection chip 13 are respectively connected with the main input line 60, the main temperature sensor 14 is arranged on the main input line 60, the output end of the main current detection chip 12, the output end of the main voltage detection chip 13 and the main temperature sensor 14 are respectively connected with the main detection chip 11, and the main detection chip 11 is connected with the system-level control chip 40;
the main current detection chip 12 is configured to collect main current information of the main input line 60, the main voltage detection chip 13 is configured to collect main voltage information of the main input line 60, the main temperature sensor 14 is configured to collect main temperature information of the main input line 60, and the main detection chip 11 is configured to aggregate the main current information, the main voltage information, and the main temperature information to obtain main path information.
In the present embodiment, the main circuit abnormality detection circuit 10 mainly detects whether or not there is an abnormality in the circuit parameters of the main circuit, and at least detects the circuit parameters of the main circuit by means of the main current detection chip 12, the main voltage detection chip 13, the main temperature sensor 14, and the like. It should be noted that the various detection chips may be integrated on the same chip, for example, the current and voltage may be directly output to the system-level control chip 40 for processing, or more fire fewer devices may be included to implement the main circuit detection function. The main current detection chip 12, the main voltage detection chip 13 and the main temperature sensor 14 are used for collecting current, voltage and temperature, and collected information is summarized to obtain main path information. The main circuit information is information summary including at least temperature, current and voltage, the main voltage information is related information of main circuit voltage, the main current information is related information of main circuit current, the main temperature information is related information of main circuit temperature, voltage, current and temperature can be directly compared in the main circuit abnormality detection circuit 10, and further other detection processes such as power detection, heat detection and the like can be performed in the system level control chip 40 (which may be a multi-functional integrated single chip microcomputer chip) after meeting the requirements. The method can provide detection basis for the whole fire detection.
In yet another embodiment, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic frame diagram of an aging circuit of a building fire early warning circuit, the aging circuit 20 includes an external input unit 21, a parameter input interface 22, an aging chip 23, and a counter unit 24, and the counter unit 24 includes a reset switch 2B and a counter 2A;
the external input unit 21, the parameter input interface 22, the burn-in processing chip 23 and the system-in control chip 40 are sequentially connected, and the reset switch 2B, the counter 2A, which may be a timer, and the burn-in processing chip 23, which may be a multifunctional monolithic chip, are connected;
the external input unit 21 is configured to input a user parameter, and the user parameter is transmitted to the aging processing chip 23 through the parameter input interface 22, the counter 2A is configured to collect timing information, and the aging processing chip 23 is configured to determine an input parameter based on the user parameter and the timing information, and determine an aging parameter set corresponding to the input parameter, where the input parameter includes a power parameter, a current parameter, a voltage parameter, and a temperature parameter.
In this embodiment, the aging processing circuit 20 is configured to input user parameters through the external input unit 21 based on different environments or actual situations, the external input unit 21 may be a keyboard, a user terminal, etc. connected to the building fire early warning circuit, the parameter input interface 22 may be a data line interface, a wireless interface, etc., and the user parameters may include parameters input by the user, including environmental factors (progress-related coefficients of aging), currents, voltage and temperature thresholds, and time-varying change factors, such as for the currents, the change of the threshold current is i=ai+bt, where a is the environmental factor, I is an initial threshold current, B is a change factor, T is a time of use of an electric wire or an instrument, and so on. The counter 2A collects timing information, the timing information refers to the service time of the main circuit line of the whole circuit, the reset switch 2B can be pressed down to perform re-timing after the main circuit line is replaced, and finally input parameters are determined based on user parameters and the timing information, so that the input parameters at least comprise power parameters, current parameters, voltage parameters and temperature parameters, namely thresholds corresponding to the parameters, further, aging parameters of the main circuit and the branch circuit are determined based on the input parameters and serve as aging parameter sets, further, different parameters can be defined based on aging, and accuracy of whole fire detection is guaranteed. When the time of the counter reaches the replacement threshold time, a replacement instruction is output to remind a user to replace, wherein the replacement threshold time is the replacement time of the line set by the user, so that the intelligence of replacement reminding is ensured.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a circuit for detecting a circuit abnormality of a branch circuit of a building fire early warning circuit, the circuit for detecting a circuit abnormality of a branch circuit 30 includes a branch circuit selecting circuit 31 and a branch circuit detecting circuit 32, the branch circuit selecting circuit 31 includes at least one selector 3A, a selecting end of the selector 3A is connected to the system level control chip 40, an input end of the selector 3A is connected to an input end of each of the secondary input lines 70, an output end of the selector 3A is connected to the branch circuit detecting circuit 32 and an output end of each of the secondary input lines 70, and the selector 3A is used for determining conduction information according to the primary abnormality information.
Specifically, the branch detection circuit 32 includes a sub-detection chip 3B, a sub-current detection chip 3C, a sub-voltage detection chip 3D and a sub-temperature sensor 3E,
the input end of the secondary current detection chip 3C and the input end of the secondary voltage detection chip 3D are respectively connected with the output end 3F of the selector 3A, the secondary temperature sensor 3E is arranged on each secondary input line 70, the output end of the secondary current detection chip 3C, the output end of the secondary voltage detection chip 3D and the secondary temperature sensor 3E are respectively connected with the secondary detection chip 3B, and the secondary detection chip 3B is connected with the system-level control chip 40;
The secondary current detection chip 3C is configured to determine an collected target branch based on the conduction information, collect secondary current information of the target branch, the secondary voltage detection chip 3D is configured to collect secondary voltage information of the target branch, the secondary temperature sensor 3E is configured to collect secondary temperature information of the target branch, and the secondary detection chip 3B is configured to aggregate the secondary current information, the secondary voltage information and the secondary temperature information to obtain secondary abnormal information.
In the present embodiment, the detection principle of the divided circuit abnormality detection circuit 30 is identical to that of the main circuit abnormality detection circuit 10, except that the threshold value used in the sub-circuit detection is a threshold value corresponding to the sub-circuit. The anomaly of the branch can be precisely determined for the entire fire detection. Also distinguished is that: the main circuit abnormality detection circuit 10 only needs to detect a main circuit, while the sub-circuit abnormality detection circuit 30 sequentially detects each branch circuit when the main circuit detects an abnormality, mainly based on at least one selector 3A in the branch circuit selection circuit 31, which may be a two-by-one selector, and the number of the selectors needs to correspond to the number of the branch circuits, for example, ac, ab and ad need 3 two-by-one selectors, and the detection ac switches ac into the branch circuit detection circuit 32 and other switches off; then sequentially selecting other accesses until all main paths are detected; the device can also be a multiple selector, and has the advantages that only one selector is needed, and disconnection during detection is not needed. And then can realize the detection of all branches, guarantee to be accurate to which branch has the detection of conflagration risk, and need not set for a detection circuit to every branch, and when the branch is connecting the instrument, can also be directly be connected with the check out test set of instrument, and then judge according to the check out test set's of instrument detection information, and then refine the circuit of specific instrument with whole conflagration detection, because the chip cycle is short and then improved the efficiency of detection when reducing manual detection.
In yet another embodiment, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a fire early warning output circuit of a building fire early warning circuit, the fire early warning output circuit 50 includes an early warning processing chip 51, a current limiting chip 53, and an early warning lamp 52;
the early warning processing chip 51 is respectively connected with the system level control chip 40, the control end of the current limiting chip 53 and the early warning lamp 52, the input end of the current limiting chip 53 is connected with the input end 3G of the selector 3A, and the output end of the current limiting chip 53 is connected with the output end 3F of the selector;
the early warning processing chip 51 is used for determining a first current limiting control instruction and a second early warning control instruction according to the early warning instruction, the current limiting chip 53 is used for performing current limiting protection according to the first current limiting control instruction, and the early warning lamp 52 is used for performing building fire early warning protection according to the second early warning control instruction.
In this embodiment, the fire early warning output circuit 50 includes an early warning processing chip 51, which may be an integrated single chip, a current limiting chip 53, which may be a chip for fixing current limiting at B amperes or C volts, and an early warning lamp 52, which may be a diode or an LED lamp, so as to implement at least two processing modes for secondary abnormal information, on the one hand, the input end of the current limiting chip 53 is connected with the input end 3G of the selector 3A, and the output end of the current limiting chip 53 is connected with the output end 3F of the selector, so that a first current limiting control instruction in the early warning instruction can be determined, and further current limiting is performed on the branch, where the first current limiting control instruction refers to an instruction for limiting current, and also the voltage limiting instruction can be determined at the connection voltage limiting chip to perform voltage limiting. And then can guarantee that each instrument that has the conflagration risk normally works basically, guaranteed user experience, and then can avoid the user to stop work suddenly in the use, cause the work progress of user to be interrupted the phenomenon. On the other hand, the second early warning control instruction is determined, and then the early warning lamp 52 is controlled to perform early warning through the second early warning control instruction, wherein the second early warning control instruction is an instruction for controlling the early warning lamp 52 to work and fire to be lighted, and then personnel can be reminded to perform timely maintenance.

As shown in fig. 2, the building fire early warning apparatus may include: processor 0003, e.g. central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), communication bus 0001, fetch interface 0002, processing interface 0004, memory 0005. Wherein a communication bus 0001 is used to enable connected communication between these components. Acquisition interface 0002 may comprise an information acquisition system, an acquisition unit such as a computer, and optional acquisition interface 0002 may also comprise a standard wired interface, a wireless interface. Processing interface 0004 may optionally comprise a standard wired interface, a wireless interface. The Memory 0005 may be a high-speed random access Memory (RandomAccess Memory, RAM) or a stable nonvolatile Memory (NVM), such as a disk Memory. The memory 0005 may alternatively be a memory system separate from the aforementioned processor 0003.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 2 is not limiting of the building fire early warning apparatus and may include more or fewer components than shown, or certain components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
As shown in fig. 2, an operating system, an acquisition interface module, a processing interface module, and a building fire warning program may be included in a memory 0005 as a computer storage medium.
In the building fire early warning apparatus shown in fig. 2, the communication bus 0001 is mainly used to realize connection communication between components; the acquisition interface 0002 is mainly used for connecting a background server and carrying out data communication with the background server; the processing interface 0004 is mainly used for connecting a deployment end (user end) and carrying out data communication with the deployment end; the processor 0003 and the memory 0005 in the building fire early-warning device can be arranged in the building fire early-warning device, and the building fire early-warning device calls the building fire early-warning program stored in the memory 0005 through the processor 0003 and executes the building fire early-warning method provided by the embodiment of the invention.
The embodiment of the building fire early warning method is provided based on the embodiment of the building fire early warning circuit.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flow chart of an embodiment of a building fire early warning method according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the building fire early warning method of the present invention includes the steps of:
step S10, acquiring input parameters based on an aging processing circuit, and determining an aging parameter set corresponding to the input parameters;
Step S20, main circuit information acquired by a main circuit abnormality detection circuit is acquired, and main abnormality information is determined through the system level control chip according to the main circuit information and the aging parameter set;
in this embodiment, the input parameters input by the aging processing circuit are obtained, and the aging parameter set corresponding to the input parameters is determined. And main circuit information acquired by the main circuit abnormality detection circuit is used for determining main abnormality information according to the main circuit information and the aging parameter set through the system level control chip. The input parameters are threshold parameters of parameters input by a user, the aging parameter set is a circuit threshold parameter set of a branch circuit and a main circuit, the main circuit information is information related to a circuit of the main circuit, the main abnormal information is judgment of whether the main circuit is abnormal or not, and whether the branch circuit is detected or not can be determined according to the judgment of whether the main circuit is abnormal or not, so that the detection cost can be greatly reduced. The step of determining main abnormal information by the system level control chip according to the main path information and the aging parameter set comprises the following steps:
step S21, determining a temperature threshold value in the aging parameter set in the system-level control chip, and determining a temperature value of the main path information;
Step S22, if the temperature value is not smaller than the temperature threshold value, determining an early warning voltage threshold value, an early warning current threshold value and an early warning power threshold value in an aging parameter set, and determining a voltage value, a current value and a power value in the main circuit information;
step S23, if the voltage value, the current value and the power value are larger than the early warning voltage threshold value, the early warning current threshold value and the early warning power threshold value, and the duration is larger than a preset time threshold value;
step S24, determining that the main path information contains abnormal information as main abnormal information.
In this embodiment, the temperature threshold value in the aging parameter set is determined in the system level control chip, the temperature value of the main path information is determined, and when the temperature value is not less than the temperature threshold value, the early warning voltage threshold value, the early warning current threshold value and the early warning power threshold value are determined, and meanwhile, the voltage value, the current value and the power value in the main path information are determined. The temperature threshold value refers to the maximum temperature value of the main path, the temperature value refers to the temperature value of the main path, the early warning voltage threshold value, the early warning current threshold value and the early warning power threshold value refer to the maximum voltage, the current and the power value of the main path, and further when the current, the voltage and the power are all out of compliance, or both are out of compliance, or a specific detection current is out of compliance, abnormal information in main path information is determined to be used as main abnormal information, that is, fire risk of the main path information is determined, and further the next detection is performed.
Step S30, secondary abnormal information acquired by a sub-circuit abnormal detection circuit is acquired, and target abnormal information is determined through the system level control chip according to the main circuit information and the aging parameter set;
and step S40, generating a corresponding early warning instruction based on the target abnormal information, and carrying out building fire early warning based on the early warning instruction.
In this embodiment, when secondary circuit detection is required, secondary abnormality information acquired by the sub-circuit abnormality detection circuit is acquired, and target abnormality information is determined by the system level control chip according to main circuit information and the aging parameter set. The step of determining the target abnormal information according to the main path information and the aging parameter set by the system level control chip is consistent with the step of determining the main abnormal information according to the main path information and the aging parameter set, but the judgment basis is a threshold value of a secondary path voltage, a current threshold value and the like, and other judgment modes can be adopted when the judgment is performed, for example, the heat productivity is judged according to the collected current and voltage, and the judgment is not limited. The secondary abnormal information refers to information of each branch, and the target abnormal information refers to information of a branch whose branch information satisfies fire risk. When the secondary abnormal information is acquired, the selector is controlled to sequentially check each branch, and the selector can ensure that current limiting or voltage limiting treatment is performed when a plurality of branches are abnormal at the same time by using two choices. Finally, corresponding early warning instructions are generated based on the target abnormal information, building fire warning is conducted based on the early warning instructions, the early warning instructions control instructions of the current limiting chip 53 and the early warning lamp 52, and then a plurality of current limiting chips 53 can exist so as to limit current to a plurality of branches, and further the whole detection and processing efficiency can be guaranteed.
The embodiment provides a building fire early warning method, which is based on an aging processing circuit to acquire input parameters and determine an aging parameter set corresponding to the input parameters; acquiring main path information acquired by a main circuit abnormality detection circuit, and determining main abnormality information according to the main path information and the aging parameter set through the system level control chip; secondary abnormal information acquired by a sub-circuit abnormal detection circuit is acquired, and target abnormal information is determined through the system level control chip according to the main circuit information and the aging parameter set; generating corresponding early warning instructions based on the target abnormal information, carrying out building fire early warning based on the early warning instructions, generating an aging parameter set through input parameters, detecting the whole circuit based on a main circuit abnormal detection circuit, detecting each secondary circuit through a sub-circuit abnormal detection circuit after the abnormality occurs, further determining the target abnormal information and generating early warning instructions, and realizing early warning of the whole electric fire. Therefore, the phenomenon that the fuse is disconnected due to instantaneous abnormality of current or voltage in the prior art is avoided, an aging parameter set is generated through input parameters, the whole circuit is detected based on the main circuit abnormality detection circuit, the accuracy of detection basis can be guaranteed according to aging, the secondary circuits are detected through the sub-circuit abnormality detection circuit, target abnormality information is determined, an early warning instruction is generated, the specific branch is warned, the whole detection is intelligentized, and the accuracy of the whole detection is improved.
The application also provides building fire early warning equipment.
