Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantageous effects of the present application more clear, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only some embodiments, but not all embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present disclosure.
The terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims of the present application and in the above-described figures, are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged where appropriate such that embodiments of the present application described herein may be implemented in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein.
Some of the terms in the embodiments of the present application are explained below to facilitate understanding by those skilled in the art.
Manuscript: various articles, design manuscripts and the like needing to be checked contain files of pictures, characters or image-text combination. Each manuscript at least comprises one manuscript detail page, for example, one design manuscript comprises a first manuscript design page, a first page adjustment manuscript design page and a first page manuscript setting design page, and each design page can be called a manuscript detail page.
Collaborative platform page: after the collaboration platform client or collaboration platform official network is started, a page displayed on the terminal equipment; the collaboration platform can also be called as a collaboration software platform, and is a service platform supporting collaboration on multiple lines.
Manuscript layout thumbnail: and generating a thumbnail according to the distribution condition of each manuscript detail page contained in the manuscript in a canvas, wherein the canvas can be understood as a thumbnail obtained by displaying the background pages, namely, after each manuscript detail page is arranged in a certain sequence in the same display background page, reducing the display background page containing each manuscript detail page according to a certain proportion.
Collaborative audit link: linking refers to the process of transferring parameters and control commands between modules of an electronic computer program and combining them into an executable whole. Links, also called hyperlinks, refer to a connection from one web page to a target, which may be another web page, a different location on the same web page, a picture, an email address, a file, or even an application. In the embodiment of the application, the collaborative audit link is a shortcut key for inviting audit objects of collaborative audit to enter manuscripts and executing collaborative audit operation.
Auditing objects: an auditor for auditing manuscripts; for example, taking manuscripts as design manuscripts, the auditing object can be a product design department personnel. In the embodiment of the application, the auditing objects are divided into the current auditing object and the auditing object of the collaborative auditing, the current auditing object is opposite to the auditing object of the collaborative auditing, namely, the auditing object of the auditing manuscript in the terminal equipment of the current auditing object, and the auditing object of the collaborative auditing is other auditing objects except the current auditing object in the online collaborative auditing operation.
Manuscript overview dimension: taking the manuscript as a browsing dimension, performing overall browsing on each manuscript detail page contained in the manuscript, namely, not starting a certain manuscript detail page, and performing careful examination on a certain manuscript detail page;
manuscript detail dimension: and carefully browsing contents in the manuscript detail page by taking the manuscript detail page as a browsing dimension.
Reference coordinates: and (3) relative to the canvas, the position coordinates corresponding to the auditing positions of the auditing objects are obtained by taking the canvas as a reference coordinate system.
The following is a brief description of the design concept of the embodiments of the present application.
The embodiment of the application relates to an online collaboration working scene, wherein online collaboration is a brand-new working mode, and a plurality of auditing objects can conduct collaborative auditing aiming at the same manuscript under the condition of no attendance, so that remote discussion, communication and other operations are realized, and the whole collaboration efficiency is improved.
In the related art, when the on-line collaboration is performed, each auditing object performs collaborative auditing operation based on the same manuscript, the auditing objects cannot accurately know the specific auditing positions of the auditing objects of the collaborative auditing, and serious, the auditing objects cannot perform collaborative auditing operation based on the same content in the manuscript, so that the efficiency and accuracy of the collaboration are reduced.
For example, the online collaborative software platform in the related art currently supports the mouse information of the audit objects displaying each collaborative audit in the canvas, but the content displayed to the audit objects in the audit area is limited, at this time, in the audit area, only the canvas portion corresponding to the content currently audited by the current audit object is displayed, that is, all the content in the whole canvas is not displayed in the audit area, as shown in fig. 1, and is a schematic diagram of online collaborative audit operation in the related art.
In fig. 1, in addition to the mouse information of the current auditing object, two pieces of mouse information of the auditing object of collaborative auditing are displayed, namely, an auditing object Daniel of collaborative auditing and an auditing object sonie of collaborative auditing, and meanwhile, the auditing object Daniel of collaborative auditing is currently explaining for a manuscript content in a manuscript to be audited, and the explanation content corresponding to the auditing object Daniel of collaborative auditing is matched with the content in the current auditing area of the current auditing object.
Once the audit object Daniel of the collaborative audit and the current audit object respectively audit different manuscript contents, mouse information of the audit object Daniel of the collaborative audit cannot be found in an audit area, namely, the audit position of the audit object Daniel of the collaborative audit cannot be judged in time, and the current audit manuscript contents of the audit object Daniel of the collaborative audit cannot be clearly known, so that it cannot be determined which contents in the manuscript are modified, explained, related comments or suggestions are proposed, and the like by the audit object Daniel of the collaborative audit.
For example, on the basis of fig. 1, the current auditing object changes the auditing content, as shown in fig. 2, which is a schematic diagram of another online collaborative auditing operation in the related art, that is, a schematic diagram after changing the auditing manuscript content. At this time, only the mouse information of the audit object soniei of the collaborative audit is displayed in fig. 2, but the mouse information of the audit object Daniel of the collaborative audit is not displayed, but the audit object soniei of the collaborative audit is the master and explains the audit manuscript, and the current audit object does not know the position of the audit object Daniel of the collaborative audit, so that the explaining content cannot be obtained in time, and the efficiency and accuracy of the collaboration are reduced.
In view of this, the embodiments of the present application provide a method, an apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium for co-locating documents, so as to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the co-location.
In the embodiment of the application, in response to a collaborative participation instruction, displaying manuscripts to be audited in a collaborative platform page; displaying manuscript layout thumbnail of manuscripts to be audited in a collaborative platform page; and identifying the auditing position of the auditing object for collaborative auditing aiming at the manuscript to be audited in the manuscript layout thumbnail.
In the online collaborative auditing operation, manuscript distribution thumbnails corresponding to manuscripts to be audited are displayed in a collaborative platform page, thumbnails of detail pages of each manuscript to be audited are displayed in the manuscript layout thumbnails, and auditing positions of collaborative auditing objects for collaborative auditing of the manuscripts to be audited are displayed, so that auditing contents of the collaborative auditing objects currently auditing can be timely determined from the manuscript layout thumbnails, and accordingly, the current auditing objects switch manuscript contents displayed in the collaborative platform page to auditing contents corresponding to the collaborative auditing objects based on the auditing positions of the collaborative auditing objects in the manuscript layout thumbnails, so that the situation that unclear collaborative auditing objects modify, explain and propose related comments or suggestions is avoided, and the collaborative efficiency and accuracy are improved.
In one possible implementation manner, when the contents of the manuscript audited by the audit objects in collaboration audit change, and the audit positions of the audit objects in collaboration audit change in the manuscript, the audit positions of the audit objects in collaboration audit identified in the manuscript layout thumbnail also follow the change and update in time, so that the audit objects can be positioned in collaboration in time, and the collaboration efficiency is improved.
The embodiment of the application also relates to a cloud technology, and mainly relates to cloud storage in the cloud technology, for example, each to-be-checked manuscript is stored in a server in a cloud storage mode.
Cloud technology (Cloud technology) refers to a hosting technology that unifies serial resources such as hardware, software, networks and the like in a wide area network or a local area network to realize calculation, storage, processing and sharing of data.
The cloud technology is based on the general names of network technology, information technology, integration technology, management platform technology, application technology and the like applied by the cloud computing business mode, can form a resource pool, and is flexible and convenient as required. Cloud computing technology will become an important support. Background services of technical network systems require a large amount of computing and storage resources, according to video websites, picture websites and more portals. Along with the high development and application of the internet industry, each article possibly has an own identification mark in the future, the identification mark needs to be transmitted to a background system for logic processing, data with different levels can be processed separately, and various industry data needs strong system rear shield support and can be realized only through cloud computing.
Cloud storage (cloud storage) is a new concept that extends and develops in the concept of cloud computing, and a distributed cloud storage system (hereinafter referred to as a storage system for short) refers to a storage system that integrates a large number of storage devices (storage devices are also referred to as storage nodes) of various types in a network to work cooperatively through application software or application interfaces through functions such as cluster application, grid technology, and a distributed storage file system, so as to provide data storage and service access functions for the outside.
At present, the storage method of the storage system is as follows: when creating logical volumes, each logical volume is allocated a physical storage space, which may be a disk composition of a certain storage device or of several storage devices. The client stores data on a certain logical volume, that is, the data is stored on a file system, the file system divides the data into a plurality of parts, each part is an object, the object not only contains the data but also contains additional information such as an Identity (ID) of the data, the file system writes each object into a physical storage space of the logical volume, and the file system records storage position information of each object, so that when the client requests to access the data, the file system can enable the client to access the data according to the storage position information of each object.
The process of allocating physical storage space for the logical volume by the storage system specifically includes: physical storage space is divided into stripes in advance according to the group of capacity measures for objects stored on a logical volume (which measures tend to have a large margin with respect to the capacity of the object actually to be stored) and redundant array of independent disks (Redundant Array of Independent Disk, RAID), and a logical volume can be understood as a stripe, whereby physical storage space is allocated to a logical volume.
After the design concept of the embodiment of the present application is introduced, some simple descriptions are made below for application scenarios applicable to the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, and it should be noted that the application scenarios described below are only used to illustrate the embodiment of the present application and are not limiting. In the specific implementation process, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application can be flexibly applied according to actual needs.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 exemplarily provides an application scenario provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the application scenario includes at least two terminal devices 10, each terminal device corresponds to an audit object, a target server 20 and a service server 30;
the terminal device 10 is installed and operated with a client and a website which can be opened to realize online collaboration. It should be noted that, the terminal device 10 may be a personal computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook, an electronic book reader, a vehicle-mounted terminal, and other computer devices;
The target server 20 is a server corresponding to a client and a website for realizing online collaboration, and the target server 20 may be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server for providing cloud services, cloud databases, cloud computing, cloud functions, cloud storage, network services, cloud communication, middleware services, domain name services, security services, content delivery networks (Content Delivery Network, CDN), basic cloud computing services such as big data and artificial intelligent platforms;
the service server 30 is a third party server, and is mainly used for forwarding data between the terminal devices 10.
In one possible implementation, the terminal device 10 and the target server 20 may communicate through a communication network, which is a wired network or a wireless network. The terminal device 10 and the target server 20 may be directly or indirectly connected through wired or wireless communication. For example, the terminal device 10 may also be indirectly connected to the target server 20 through the wireless access point 12, or the terminal device 10 may be directly connected to the target server 20 through the internet, which is not limited herein;
Similarly, the terminal device 10 and the service server 30 may also communicate through a communication network, which is a wired network or a wireless network, and will not be described herein.
In the following, two terminal apparatuses 10 are taken as an example, and the two terminal apparatuses are respectively a terminal apparatus 10-1 and a terminal apparatus 10-2; the terminal equipment 10-1 logs in an application account of the auditing object A, the terminal equipment logs in an application account of the auditing object B corresponding to 10-2, and the auditing object A and the auditing object B perform online collaborative auditing operation aiming at the same manuscript.
Wherein, the auditing object A is a current auditing object for the terminal equipment 10-1 and is an auditing object for collaborative auditing for the terminal equipment 10-2; similarly, audit object B is the current audit object for terminal device 10-2 and the audit object for the collaborative audit for terminal device 10-1.
First, the terminal device 10-1 and the terminal device 10-2 acquire the manuscript to be audited from the target server 20, then the terminal device 10-1 receives data of the manuscript to be audited in the collaborative audit operation by the terminal device 10-2 through the service server 30, and the terminal device 10-1 sends the data generated in the manuscript collaborative audit operation to the terminal device 10-2 through the service server 30, wherein the data comprises but is not limited to audio and video data and text messages used for representing audit positions.
In one possible application scenario, in order to facilitate reducing the communication latency, the target servers 20 may be deployed in respective regions, or for load balancing, different target servers 20 may serve respective regions corresponding to the respective publisher terminal devices 10. The plurality of target servers 20 may also share data through a blockchain, and the plurality of target servers 20 corresponds to a data sharing system configured by the plurality of target servers 20.
Since each target server 20 in the data sharing system has a node identifier corresponding to the target server 20, each target server 20 in the data sharing system may store the node identifiers of other target servers 20 in the data sharing system, so that the generated block may be broadcast to other target servers 20 in the data sharing system according to the node identifiers of other target servers 20.
Similarly, the service server 30 may be deployed in various regions, and will not be described in detail herein.
Based on the above application scenario, the method for co-locating contribution from the exemplary embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to the above application scenario described above, and it should be noted that the above application scenario is only shown for the convenience of understanding the spirit and principles of the present application, and embodiments of the present application are not limited in this respect.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart of a method for providing a contribution co-location method according to an embodiment of the present application, including the following steps:
and step 400, responding to the collaborative participation instruction, and displaying the manuscript to be audited in the collaborative platform page.
In the embodiment of the application, when the on-line collaboration function is realized for the manuscript to be inspected, each audit object participating in the on-line collaboration should trigger a collaboration participation instruction to join in the on-line collaboration audit operation for the same manuscript to be inspected, so that each audit object can conveniently conduct the collaborative operations such as explanation, discussion, communication, modification and the like for the same manuscript to be inspected.
In one possible implementation, at least one function toolbar is presented in the collaboration platform page, and one or more function keys are presented in the function toolbar. Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is an exemplary schematic diagram showing a first function toolbar in a collaboration platform page in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, a first function toolbar is displayed in the collaboration platform page, and a participation function key, a search function key, a save function key, a share function key, and the like are displayed in the first function toolbar.
In the online collaborative auditing operation, audio and video functions such as communication, discussion and explanation are required, so the participating function keys can be function keys with the audio and video functions.
In one possible implementation, the participation function is implemented based on Real-time audio and video (Real-Time Communication, RTC), the software development kit (Software Development Kit, SDK) provides a basic audio and video function, supports the auditing object to perform Real-time audio and video communication in the collaborative auditing operation, and implements the Real-time audio and video auditing function by applying the capability.
In general, when online collaborative auditing operations are performed on the same manuscript to be audited, each auditing object participating in the online collaborative auditing operation can pre-contract the time of the collaborative auditing operation, so that clicking operation is triggered for function keys for selecting participation functions displayed in a collaborative platform page at the contracted time, namely, a collaborative participation instruction is triggered to be added into the online collaborative auditing operation process.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram illustrating a key-press triggering collaboration participation instruction in an embodiment of the present application. As can be seen from fig. 6, the auditing object triggers a click operation for the displayed participation function keys in the collaboration platform page, and at this time, the terminal device responds to the selected participation instruction for the manuscript to be audited in the collaboration platform page, and displays the manuscript to be audited in the collaboration platform page.
Further, when the auditing objects are added into online collaborative auditing operation through the collaborative participation instruction, displaying the number of auditing objects which are added into the collaborative auditing operation currently and an auditing object list which is added into the collaborative auditing operation, wherein the auditing object list contains identification information of auditing objects which are used for carrying out the collaborative auditing operation together with the manuscript to be audited, so that auditing objects which are added into the collaborative auditing operation are determined among all auditing objects; wherein the identification information includes, but is not limited to: head portrait information, nickname information, and real-time video recording information.
For example, currently, four people perform collaborative auditing operations on the same manuscript to be audited, namely reddish, purplish and purplish, respectively, at this time, the number of auditing objects is displayed near the participation function key, and identification information of reddish, purplish and purplish is displayed in order in the auditing object list according to the time of joining the manuscript to be audited to participate in online collaborative auditing operations in the auditing object list, please refer to fig. 7, and fig. 7 provides a schematic diagram for displaying the auditing object list in a collaborative platform page in an embodiment of the application.
It can be appreciated that in the specific embodiment of the present application, related data such as identification information of the auditing object is related, when the above embodiments of the present application are applied to specific products or technologies, permission or consent of the auditing object needs to be obtained, and collection, use and processing of related data need to comply with related laws and regulations and standards of related countries and regions.
In one possible implementation manner, when the audit object is added to the collaborative audit operation, whether the audit object which needs to participate but does not participate in the collaborative audit operation yet can be determined according to the number of people of the audit object and the identification information of the audit object which are currently displayed. When the auditing objects which participate in the collaborative auditing operation determine that the auditing objects which need to participate in but do not participate in the collaborative auditing operation exist, the auditing objects which participate in the collaborative auditing operation can initiate a collaborative auditing invitation to the auditing objects which do not participate in the collaborative auditing operation.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, when the auditing object is added to the collaborative auditing operation, a collaborative auditing function key is also displayed in the collaborative platform page. In one possible implementation manner, a collaborative audit function key is displayed at the lowest end of an audit object list displayed in a collaborative platform page, and the collaborative audit function key can invite other audit objects to join in the collaborative audit operation. Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is an exemplary schematic diagram showing a collaborative audit function key in a collaboration platform page according to an embodiment of the present application.
At this time, the auditing object can trigger clicking operation for the displayed collaborative auditing function key in the collaborative platform page, generate a collaborative auditing link, and send the generated collaborative auditing link to the corresponding auditing object which is not added to the collaborative auditing operation at present.
In a possible implementation manner, after triggering a click operation for a displayed collaborative audit function key, the terminal device responds to the click operation for the collaborative audit function key in the collaborative platform page, and correspondingly responds to the collaborative audit link so that the audit object copies or stores the collaborative audit link and sends the collaborative audit link to other audit objects, so that the other audit objects are added into the collaborative audit operation based on the collaborative audit link.
In one possible implementation, the manifestation of the collaborative audit link includes, but is not limited to: two-dimensional code, meeting number, automatically generated text link. For example, when the generated collaborative audit link is a text link, please refer to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of a collaboration platform page after responding to a collaborative audit function key in an embodiment of the present application. For another example, the generated collaborative audit connection is a two-dimensional code, please refer to fig. 10, and fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of a collaborative platform page after another key responding to the collaborative audit function in the embodiment of the present application.
After the audit object acquires the collaborative audit link, the collaborative audit link can be sent to other audit objects in a short message notification, a mail notification, an instant messaging application notification and the like. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, when the collaborative audit link is generated, an optional sending mode and the like can be displayed in the collaborative plane page.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the auditing object can also be added into the collaborative auditing operation through the collaborative auditing link.
In one possible implementation, the received collaborative audit link is displayed in a terminal interface of the audit object; and receiving clicking operation of the auditing object aiming at the displayed collaborative auditing link, wherein the terminal equipment responds to the clicking operation of the collaborative auditing link, displays a collaborative platform page, and displays manuscripts to be audited in the collaborative platform page.
It should be noted that, the manner of displaying the received collaborative audit link is mainly dependent on the transmission manner when the audit link is transmitted and the expression form of the transmitted collaborative audit link;
for example, when the audit object is determined to be invited to the collaborative audit operation for the to-be-audited manuscript, the audit object is invited to be invited to the collaborative audit operation for the to-be-audited manuscript by selecting a mode of sending a two-dimensional code through the instant messaging application. At the moment, for the auditing object, the auditing object is added into the collaborative auditing operation in a collaborative auditing link mode, a two-dimensional code for inviting the auditing object to be added into the collaborative auditing operation is displayed in a page of an instant messaging application of the auditing object, at the moment, the auditing object is triggered to click the displayed two-dimensional code, the code scanning function is realized, and after the code scanning is successful, the auditing object is added into the collaborative auditing operation aiming at the to-be-audited manuscript. Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 schematically provides a schematic diagram of triggering a collaborative participation instruction by scanning a two-dimensional code in an embodiment of the present application. For another example, the auditing object can also be added into the collaborative auditing operation through the received text link, which is similar to the scanning of the two-dimensional code, and will not be described here again.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, for the auditing object, the collaborative participation instruction can be triggered in two ways, and added into the collaborative auditing operation of online collaboration for the same manuscript to be audited. However, the audit object of the collaborative participation instruction is triggered based on the collaborative audit link, and is the audit object which is not added to the same manuscript to be audited for collaborative audit operation.
In the embodiment of the application, when the auditing objects are added into the collaborative auditing operation, all auditing objects can communicate with each other, and in the communication process, not only audio and video information but also auditing state information of the auditing objects can be transmitted by means of text messages in the communication process;
the auditing state information comprises one or a combination of auditing manuscript identification, auditing detail page identification and auditing position coordinates, so as to synchronize the position information.
In one possible implementation manner, when the manuscript to be audited is displayed in the collaboration platform page, at least one manuscript detail page of the manuscript to be audited is mainly displayed in a manuscript display area in the collaboration platform page; referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 is an exemplary schematic diagram showing a manuscript to be audited in a collaboration platform page in an embodiment of the present application. It should be noted that, the manuscript display area may be and obviously identified in the collaboration platform page, that is, the auditing object cannot see the boundary of the manuscript display area in the collaboration platform page, so that the manuscript display area in fig. 12 is displayed in a dotted line manner.
In the embodiment of the application, the auditing object can select the manuscript to be audited, and after the auditing object selects the manuscript to be audited, a manuscript list is displayed in the collaboration platform page, and the manuscript names and the names of the detail pages of each manuscript contained in the manuscript are displayed in the manuscript list.
When the auditing objects determine to carry out collaborative auditing operation aiming at the manuscripts to be audited, a selection participation instruction can be triggered aiming at the manuscripts in the manuscript list, the terminal equipment responds to the selection participation instruction triggered by the manuscripts to be audited in the manuscript list, the manuscripts to be audited are displayed in the collaborative platform page, and meanwhile, the number of auditing objects corresponding to the names of the manuscripts and the names of the manuscript detail pages is displayed in the manuscript list of the collaborative platform page.
For example, after the current audit object is added to the collaborative audit operation for the to-be-checked manuscript, displaying that the number of audit objects corresponding to the first page manuscript is 1 and the number of audit objects corresponding to the first page manuscript is 3 in the manuscript list, please refer to fig. 13, fig. 13 exemplarily provides a schematic diagram of a collaborative platform page display manuscript list in the embodiment of the present application.
Step S401, a manuscript layout thumbnail of manuscripts to be audited in a collaborative platform page is displayed.
In the embodiment of the application, a second function toolbar is further displayed in the collaboration platform page, and one or more function keys are displayed in the second function toolbar. Referring to fig. 14, fig. 14 is an exemplary schematic diagram showing a second function toolbar in a collaboration platform page according to an embodiment of the present application.
As in fig. 14, a second function toolbar is shown in the collaborative platform page, and thumbnail positioning function keys, region zoom function keys, and the like are shown in the second function toolbar.
In a possible implementation manner, the auditing object triggers clicking operation on a function key of a displayed thumbnail positioning function in a collaboration platform page, at the moment, the terminal equipment detects a triggered thumbnail positioning instruction in the collaboration platform page, a thumbnail display window is created in the collaboration platform page, and a manuscript layout thumbnail of manuscripts to be audited is displayed in the thumbnail display window, wherein the manuscript layout thumbnail contains detailed page thumbnails of detailed pages of each manuscript in the manuscripts to be audited. Referring to fig. 15, fig. 15 is a schematic diagram showing a contribution layout thumbnail in a collaboration platform page according to an embodiment of the present application.
Therefore, under the condition that the thumbnail display window is opened, after the auditing object clicks the function key of the thumbnail positioning function, the thumbnail display window is retracted, and at the moment, the manuscript to be audited is displayed in the collaboration platform page.
The thumbnail display window in the collaboration platform page can be displayed when the auditing object is added into the collaborative auditing operation for online collaboration of the same manuscript to be audited, and the clicking operation is not required to be triggered by the auditing object aiming at the function keys of the thumbnail positioning function. Meanwhile, when the thumbnail display window is folded and then opened again, the method can still be realized by adopting a mode of triggering clicking operation by a function key aiming at the thumbnail positioning function.
In one possible implementation manner, in the manuscript layout thumbnail, a positioning annotation frame matched with the manuscript content currently displayed in the collaboration platform page is displayed; for example, when the first page manuscript and the first page manuscript are currently displayed in the collaboration platform page, a positioning marking frame in the manuscript layout thumbnail is at a position matched with a detail page thumbnail of the first page manuscript detail page and a detail page thumbnail of the first page manuscript detail page, please refer to fig. 16, and fig. 16 exemplarily provides a schematic diagram for displaying a thumbnail display window in the collaboration platform page in the embodiment of the present application.
At this time, the current auditing object can trigger a moving instruction for the positioning annotation frame, namely dragging the annotation frame to change the position of the positioning annotation frame. After the current auditing object moves the positioning annotation frame, the terminal equipment responds to a moving instruction of the positioning annotation frame, moves the positioning annotation frame in the manuscript layout thumbnail, and displays manuscript contents corresponding to the moved positioning annotation frame in the collaboration platform page.
For example, when a movement instruction is triggered for the positioning annotation frame, the positioning annotation frame is moved to a position matched with a detail page thumbnail of a detail page thumbnail first page 2 of the first page manuscript detail page, the first page manuscript and the first page 2 manuscript will be displayed in the collaborative platform page, and referring to fig. 17, fig. 17 provides an exemplary schematic diagram for changing manuscript contents in a manuscript display area in the collaborative platform page based on linkage of the positioning annotation frame in the embodiment of the application.
In another possible implementation manner, the manuscript content in the manuscript display area of the collaboration platform page can be changed in a linkage manner according to click operation triggered in the manuscript layout thumbnail by the auditing object in the manuscript layout thumbnail;
specifically, when the audit object triggers a clicking operation for the manuscript layout thumbnail, the terminal device responds to the clicking operation of the manuscript layout thumbnail and switches the currently displayed content in the manuscript display area in the collaborative platform page to a to-be-audit manuscript matched with the clicking position of the clicking operation. For example, before the auditing object clicks the manuscript detail page corresponding to the top page manuscript, the top page manuscript is displayed in the manuscript display area, when the auditing object clicks the manuscript detail page corresponding to the top page manuscript, the top page manuscript is displayed in the manuscript display area, please refer to fig. 18, fig. 18 exemplarily provides a schematic diagram for changing manuscript contents in the manuscript display area in the collaboration platform page based on click operation linkage in the embodiment of the application.
In one possible implementation manner, in order to facilitate the auditing object to audit the contents of the manuscript in the manuscript display area, in this embodiment of the present application, an area scaling instruction is set for the manuscript display area, and the contents of the manuscript in the manuscript display area may be scaled based on the function keys of the area scaling function in the second functional toolbar, and the contents displayed in the manuscript display area may be scaled in the collaboration platform page.
For example, the auditing object is currently auditing the first page manuscript, and needs to carefully audit a certain part of contents in the first page manuscript, at this time, the auditing object can perform clicking operation on an amplifying instruction in the region scaling instruction, and simultaneously amplify the displayed first page manuscript in the collaboration platform page. Referring to fig. 19, fig. 19 is an exemplary schematic diagram of zooming content displayed in a manuscript presentation area on a collaboration platform page based on a region zooming instruction according to an embodiment of the present application. Similarly, the displayed manuscript content can be reduced.
In one possible implementation, in the manuscript layout thumbnail, an audit location of an audit object for collaborative audit with respect to the manuscript to be audited is also identified, specifically see step S402.
Step S402, in the manuscript layout thumbnail, an auditing position of an auditing object for conducting collaborative auditing on a manuscript to be audited is identified.
In order to quickly locate the auditing positions of auditing objects for collaborative auditing, in the manuscript layout thumbnail, information of each auditing object for collaborative auditing aiming at a manuscript to be audited is respectively displayed at a target position matched with the manuscript audited by each auditing object.
Meanwhile, in order to improve the cooperative efficiency, the communication rhythm is controlled, and the audit object information of the audit object which performs cooperative audit on the manuscript to be audited is respectively displayed on target positions matched with the manuscript audited by the audit object in a manuscript display area.
In one possible implementation manner, in the manuscript layout thumbnail and in the manuscript display area, based on the auditing state information of each auditing object of the collaborative auditing, each auditing object information of the collaborative auditing aiming at the manuscript to be audited is respectively displayed at a target position matched with the manuscript audited by each auditing object.
Therefore, before each audit object information for collaborative audit of the manuscript to be audited is respectively displayed at a target position matched with the audit manuscript of each audit object, audit state information of the audit object of the collaborative audit is acquired.
Specifically, audit state information of an audit object forwarded by a service server can be obtained; the method can also obtain the auditing state information corresponding to the identification information based on the identification information of the auditing object forwarded by the service server; the auditing state information comprises one or a combination of manuscript identification to be audited, manuscript detail page identification and auditing position coordinates.
In the embodiment of the application, when the information of each audit object for collaborative audit of the manuscript to be audited is respectively displayed at a target position matched with the manuscript audited by each audit object, the audit dimension of each audit object for collaborative audit can be determined firstly based on the audit state information, namely, the audit dimension of each audit object for collaborative audit is the manuscript overview dimension or the manuscript detail dimension; and adding audit object information to positions matched with the audited manuscripts of all audit objects in canvas generated according to the layout of each manuscript detail page according to different positioning modes of the manuscript overview dimension and the manuscript detail dimension, scaling the canvas added with the audit object information according to a scaling proportion, mapping the canvas added with the audit object information into a manuscript display area of a collaborative platform page, scaling the canvas added with the audit object information according to a specific scaling proportion, obtaining a manuscript layout thumbnail, and displaying the thumbnail in a thumbnail display window, thereby realizing a position information synchronization function.
In the following, by two embodiments, explanation will be made with respect to audit object information showing collaborative audit in a manuscript layout thumbnail, and audit object information showing collaborative audit in a manuscript showing area.
Embodiment one: and displaying the auditing object information of the collaborative auditing in the manuscript layout thumbnail.
Since the auditing object information of the collaborative auditing is displayed in the manuscript layout thumbnail, the auditing dimension of the auditing object of the collaborative auditing is influenced;
therefore, the information of the auditing objects displayed in the manuscript layout thumbnail is respectively described for the two cases that the auditing dimension of the auditing objects of the collaborative auditing is manuscript detail dimension and the dimension of the auditing objects of the collaborative auditing is manuscript overview dimension.
Case one: and the auditing dimension of the auditing object of the collaborative auditing is the manuscript detail dimension.
In one possible implementation manner, the audit dimension of the audit object of the collaborative audit can be determined to be the manuscript detail dimension through the manuscript detail page identifier carried in the audit state information of the audit object of the collaborative audit, and the manuscript detail page corresponding to the audit object of the collaborative audit can be determined.
When the auditing dimension of the auditing object of the collaborative auditing is the manuscript detail dimension, in the manuscript layout thumbnail, the identification information of the auditing object of the collaborative auditing is displayed on a target position matched with the auditing object of the collaborative auditing, wherein the target position is a designated area of a detail page thumbnail corresponding to a manuscript detail page, such as the left upper corner, the right upper corner or a part of the uppermost area of the detail page thumbnail of the manuscript detail page.
In order to clearly identify the auditing object of collaborative auditing in the manuscript layout thumbnail, head portrait information of the auditing object of collaborative auditing can be adopted in the embodiment of the application.
For example, an audit object of collaborative audit is currently audited in a manuscript detail dimension, and audited in a first manuscript, and in a manuscript layout thumbnail, the head portrait of the cymbidium is displayed at the upper right corner of a detail page thumbnail matched with the first page manuscript; referring to fig. 20, fig. 20 is an exemplary schematic diagram of first identifying information of an audit object for displaying collaborative audit in a contribution layout thumbnail according to an embodiment of the present application.
In another possible implementation manner, when a plurality of auditing objects of collaborative auditing all carry out auditing in a manuscript detail dimension and audit in the same manuscript detail page, in a manuscript layout thumbnail, according to the joining time sequence of joining the same manuscript detail page, the identification information of the auditing objects of collaborative auditing is displayed on a target position matched with the auditing objects of collaborative auditing, wherein the target position is a designated area of the detail page thumbnail corresponding to the manuscript detail page.
For example, when the audit object of the collaborative audit is the first and the second part of the audit object is the second part of the audit object, the third part of the audit object is the third part of the audit object, and the third part of the audit object is the third part of the audit object.
When the number of people browsed in the same manuscript detail page is large in the dimension of the manuscript detail, the number of the auditing objects audited in the manuscript detail page is displayed in a designated area of the detail page thumbnail corresponding to the manuscript detail page.
And a second case: the auditing dimension of the auditing object of the collaborative auditing is manuscript overview dimension.
In one possible implementation manner, the auditing dimension of the auditing object of the collaborative auditing can be determined to be the manuscript overview dimension through the manuscript identifier carried in the auditing state information of the auditing object of the collaborative auditing.
When the auditing dimension of the auditing object of the collaborative auditing is the manuscript overview dimension, in the manuscript layout thumbnail, the identification information of the auditing object of the collaborative auditing is displayed on a target position matched with the auditing object of the collaborative auditing, and the target position is a position matched with the auditing position of the auditing object.
In order to clearly identify the auditing object of collaborative auditing in the manuscript layout thumbnail, head portrait information of the auditing object of collaborative auditing can be adopted in the embodiment of the application.
For example, the auditing object of collaborative auditing is audited by a manuscript overview dimension at present, and the mouse position is a certain distance above the first page manuscript, if the auditing position of the small current auditing is determined to be a certain distance above the first page manuscript, the small head portrait is displayed in a manuscript layout thumbnail at a certain distance above a detail page thumbnail matched with the first page manuscript; the method comprises the steps that an auditing object of collaborative auditing is slightly red, the manuscript overview dimension is used for auditing currently, the mouse position is the middle position of a first page manuscript, the current auditing position of the slightly red is determined to be the middle position of the first page manuscript, and in a manuscript layout thumbnail, a slightly red head portrait is displayed in the middle position of a detail page thumbnail matched with the first page manuscript; referring to fig. 22, fig. 22 is an exemplary schematic diagram of third exemplary embodiment of the present application showing identification information of an audit object for collaborative audit in a contribution layout thumbnail.
It should be noted that, the audit object information of each audit object showing the collaborative audit in the manuscript layout thumbnail is not affected by the audit dimension of the current audit object, and is determined only based on the audit state of the audit object of the collaborative audit.
In the embodiment of the application, the information of the auditing object of the collaborative auditing is displayed in the manuscript display area of the collaborative platform page, and at the moment, the current auditing manuscript content of the auditing object of the collaborative auditing needs to be ensured to be contained in the manuscript display area.
That is, when the contents of the current audit manuscript of the collaborative audit are displayed in the manuscript display area of the current audit object, the identification information of the audit object of the collaborative audit is displayed on the target positions respectively matched with the audit positions of the audit objects of the collaborative audit, so that the current audit object can determine the current audit position of the audit object of the collaborative audit more conveniently.
Embodiment two: and displaying the auditing object information of the collaborative auditing in the manuscript displaying area.
Because the information of the auditing objects of the collaborative auditing is displayed in the manuscript display area, the information is influenced by the auditing dimension of the auditing objects of the collaborative auditing and is also influenced by the auditing dimension of the current auditing objects, and therefore, four modes for displaying the identification information of the auditing objects of the collaborative auditing in the manuscript display area exist.
The method comprises the following steps of: when the auditing dimension of the current auditing object and the auditing dimension of the collaborative auditing object are manuscript overview dimension, a mode of displaying the identification information of the collaborative auditing object in a manuscript display area exists; when the auditing dimension of the current auditing object and the auditing dimension of the collaborative auditing object are manuscript detail dimension, a mode of displaying the identification information of the collaborative auditing object in a manuscript display area exists; when the auditing dimension of the current auditing object is the manuscript overview dimension and the auditing dimension of the collaborative auditing object is the manuscript detail dimension, a mode for displaying the identification information of the collaborative auditing object in the manuscript display area exists; when the auditing dimension of the current auditing object is the manuscript detail dimension and the auditing dimension of the collaborative auditing object is the manuscript overview dimension, a mode for displaying the identification information of the collaborative auditing object in the manuscript display area exists.
The explanation of the information of the auditing object displayed in the manuscript display area is respectively given below for four cases.
Case one: the auditing dimension of the current auditing object and the auditing dimension of the auditing object of the collaborative auditing are manuscript detail dimension.
In the embodiment of the application, when the auditing dimension of the current auditing object is the manuscript detail dimension, displaying the manuscript detail page audited by the current auditing object in a manuscript display area of the collaborative platform page; and in the manuscript detail page, the identification information of each auditing object of the common auditing manuscript detail page is displayed on a target position matched with the auditing position corresponding to the auditing object of the collaborative auditing.
In one possible implementation manner, in a manuscript detail page, when identification information of an auditing object of collaborative auditing of a common auditing manuscript detail page is displayed on a target position matched with a corresponding auditing position, in a designated area of the manuscript detail page, the identification information of each auditing object of the manuscript detail page is audited together, and is displayed according to the joining time sequence of joining the manuscript detail page; and displaying the identification information of each auditing object on the matching positions respectively matched with the corresponding auditing positions in the manuscript detail page.
For example, if the current auditing object performs auditing on the first page manuscript, the first page manuscript is displayed in a manuscript display area of the collaborative platform page; at this time, if the review object of the collaborative review is reddish, when the reddish is also currently browsed in the first page manuscript, displaying the reddish head portrait in the appointed area of the manuscript detail page, displaying the mouse information and the nickname in the current review position of the manuscript detail page, for example, the reddish is currently reviewed in the middle position of the first page manuscript, and displaying the reddish mouse information and the nickname in the middle position of the first page manuscript. Referring to fig. 23, fig. 23 is a schematic diagram schematically provided, in which identification information of an audit object of collaborative audit is shown in a manuscript audit area in the first embodiment of the present application.
And a second case: the auditing dimension of the current auditing object is manuscript overview dimension, and the auditing dimension of the collaborative auditing object is manuscript detail dimension.
In the embodiment of the application, when the auditing dimension of the current auditing object is the manuscript overview dimension, displaying manuscript contents audited by the current auditing object in a manuscript display area of a collaboration platform page; and displaying the identification information of the auditing object of the collaborative auditing in a designated area of the manuscript detail page in a manuscript display area of the collaborative platform page.
For example, if the current auditing object performs the auditing of the overview dimension for the first page manuscript and the first page manuscript, the first page manuscript and the first page manuscript are displayed in the manuscript display area of the collaboration platform page; at this time, if the audit object of the collaborative audit is reddish, when the audit of the detail dimension is performed in the first page draft, displaying the reddish head portrait in the appointed area of the displayed first page draft in the manuscript display area. Referring to fig. 24, fig. 24 is an exemplary schematic diagram for providing identification information of an audit object showing collaborative audit in a manuscript audit area according to a second embodiment of the present application.
For the first and second cases, when a plurality of audit objects for collaborative audit perform the audit of detail dimension for the same manuscript detail page, the number of audit objects can be displayed in a designated area, and the head portrait information of the audit objects is displayed according to the time sequence of entering the same manuscript detail page, and the head portrait information is not completely overlapped.
Referring to fig. 25, fig. 25 is an exemplary schematic diagram of third identification information of an audit object showing collaborative audit in a manuscript audit area according to an embodiment of the present application.
And a third case: the auditing dimension of the current auditing object is the manuscript overview dimension, and the auditing dimension of the collaborative auditing object is the manuscript overview dimension.
In the embodiment of the application, when the auditing dimension of the current auditing object is the manuscript overview dimension, displaying manuscript contents audited by the current auditing object in a manuscript display area of a collaboration platform page; and displaying the identification information of each auditing object in the auditing dimension which is the manuscript overview dimension on the matching positions respectively matched with the auditing positions of each auditing object in the manuscript display area in the collaborative platform page.
For example, if the current auditing object performs the auditing of the overview dimension for the first page manuscript and the first page manuscript, the first page manuscript and the first page manuscript are displayed in the manuscript display area of the collaboration platform page; at this time, if the current auditing dimension of the reddish auditing object is also the manuscript overview dimension and a certain distance is above the first page manuscript of the current auditing position of the reddish auditing object, displaying the reddish identification information in the manuscript display area at a certain distance above the first page manuscript; the current auditing dimension of the auditing object of collaborative auditing is also manuscript overview dimension, and the current auditing position of the civilization is in the first page manuscript, the civilization identification information is displayed in the first page manuscript in the manuscript display area, and the reddish identification information and the civilization identification information can be mouse information and nickname. Referring to fig. 26, fig. 26 is an exemplary schematic diagram of first identification information of an audit object showing collaborative audit in a manuscript audit area according to an embodiment of the present application.
Case four: the auditing dimension of the current auditing object is the manuscript detail dimension, and the auditing dimension of the collaborative auditing object is the manuscript overview dimension.
In the embodiment of the application, when the auditing dimension of the current auditing object is the manuscript detail dimension, displaying the manuscript detail page audited by the current auditing object in a manuscript display area of the collaborative platform page; and displaying the identification information of each auditing object in the auditing dimension which is the manuscript overview dimension on the matching positions respectively matched with the auditing positions of each auditing object in the manuscript display area in the collaborative platform page.
For example, if the current auditing object performs auditing on the first page manuscript, the first page manuscript is displayed in a manuscript display area of the collaborative platform page; at this time, if the current auditing dimension of the reddish auditing object is the manuscript overview dimension and the current auditing position of the reddish is in the first page draft, displaying reddish identification information in the first page draft in the manuscript display area, wherein the identification information can be mouse information and nickname, and the display mode is similar to that of fig. 26, and the description of the drawings is not adopted.
It should be noted that, since the auditing manuscript included in the manuscript display area is affected by the operation of the current auditing object, the manuscript display area may include all the manuscripts, that is, all the manuscripts detail pages in the manuscript, or may include only a part of the manuscripts, and the part of the manuscripts may be one or more complete manuscript detail pages, or may be a part of the manuscript detail pages.
And because the manuscript display area can display the identification information of the auditing object of the collaborative auditing, the identification information of the auditing object of the collaborative auditing is influenced by the auditing position of the auditing object of the collaborative auditing and is also influenced by the auditing position of the auditing object of the current auditing, the manuscript display area comprises the identification information of the auditing object of the collaborative auditing and possibly does not comprise the identification information of the auditing object of the collaborative auditing.
In the embodiment of the application, when the auditing object with voice input is detected, the voice state identification is displayed at the identification information of the auditing object in the collaborative platform page.
In one possible implementation manner, if the identification information of the auditing object with voice input is displayed in the current manuscript display area, displaying a voice state identification at the identification information of the auditing object in the manuscript display area; for example, when reddish identification information is displayed in the current manuscript display area and it is determined that there is a voice input in reddish, a voice state identification is displayed at the reddish identification information, please refer to fig. 27, fig. 27 exemplarily provides a schematic diagram showing a voice state identification at the identification information of the auditing object in the first collaboration platform page in the embodiment of the present application.
In one possible implementation manner, if the identification information of the audit object with voice input is not displayed in the current manuscript display area, displaying a voice state identification at the identification information of the audit object in the audit object list; for example, when detecting that the object with voice input is reddish, but no reddish identification information exists in the current manuscript display area, displaying the voice state identification at the identification information of the auditing object in the auditing object list. Referring to fig. 28, fig. 28 is an exemplary schematic diagram for showing a voice status identifier at the identifier information of the audit object in the second collaboration platform page according to the embodiment of the present application.
The voice state identifier may be a dynamic icon or a static icon, which is an identifier for identifying the voice input state of the auditing object. If the voice state is a dynamic icon, the dynamic effect displayed in the icon is related to the voice audio input by the auditing object.
In the method, the auditing position of the auditing object of the collaborative auditing is displayed in the manuscript layout thumbnail, so that auditing contents of the auditing object of the collaborative auditing currently auditing can be timely determined from the manuscript layout thumbnail, the condition that the auditing object of the collaborative auditing is unclear in modifying, explaining and proposing related comments or suggestions to which contents is avoided, and the collaborative efficiency and accuracy are improved.
